To whomsoever this may concern,
I am based in Tamil Nadu and I had placed an order for a cake to be delivered to Kolkatta through the phone after viewing the
FERNS AND PETALS website which is:

to be delivered before 9.00
p.m. the same day and I had made a credit card transfer of cash through the
mobile phone which was also confirmed to be received by the customer service
executive online. Inspite of my repeatedly asking whether it is possible to
deliver
it within the stipulated time, their excutives insisted that the job can be
done.
After making several phone calls to make sure if my order had been delivered, I
came to know that there has been some technical error due to which my payment
had not been received and therefore the order had been delayed and I was told
that it will surely be delivered before 12 am with a compliemntary gift for the
delay caused,which again, did not happen. Finally, The next day,again after
several phone calls from my side to confirm the delivery of the product atleast
on the next day, I come to know that the product had been delivered to the
client at almost 3.00 p.m. in the afternoon, and to top it all...the cake that
had been delievered had gone bad!!!! And they give an excuse saying that
the location was far and it took a long time!! Then why has it been mentioned in
the website that the delivery of products can be made to anyplace in India in
the mentioned locations within 2 hrs??!!! Is that not a MISLEADING FAKE STATEMENT?! And is there an excuse for delivering
a SPOILED cake ONE DAY LATE when the client has paid more than 1000 Rs for the same??!! Even
if it cost only a rupee, this is not the kind of service expected from a so
called "top notch" online flower n cake delivery system!!! I had spoken to the
customer service executives for a replacement with a fresh cake, which they
said,would not be possible,but they assured me the refund for the same, for
which they had asked me to mail a complaint to [protected]@fnp.in and they had also told me that they have registered a complaint and that they will mail me a complaint code to my e mail id,which again has not been done. So although I have sent them a mail, I don't trust that they would even be bothered to follow up, as
Here I am mailing you this complaint, I hope you do what is necessary
to assure no other customer is extorted for money by fake online services like these where they take assure service for a high price and don't keep up their word! I am sure that I am not the first one to be fooled!

What's the use of ordering through this website? I'd have ordered with someone else and would've got it delivered well in advance. The worst part being, telling me on Rakhi that they cannot deliver.
