I am based in New Delhi and I had placed an order for a Birthday cake to be delivered to Mumbai through the phone after viewing the ferns n petals is the best delivery website which is:

I placed an order on 10th for the Rakhi to be delivered on 16th. It doesn't reach. I call them up, talking to some Ms. Rosy who tells me that it'll be confirmed by Monday (and if possible she'll give me a call the next day about the order). No calls, no response. I call on 20th morning, and they tell me they'll confirm by 10. I get a call at 12:30 informing it'll take 4-5 days.
What's the use of ordering through this website? I'd have ordered with someone else and would've got it delivered well in advance. The worst part being, telling me on Rakhi that they cannot deliver.

    i had placed an order with ferns and petals on 07th Feb'2012 (order no[protected] for a product named "You are My Love" EXVL28
    to be delivered on 14th Feb'12. though i was told by the customer care that the order would be delivered anytime b/w[protected] hrs but on 14th Feb'12 when i called the customer care they said it will be delivered before 2100 hrs since it was a busy day for them.
    i had to literally plead to them that if they can deliver before 1800 hrs since it was an office address where the gift would be delivered.i asked for the vendor number so that i could directly communicate but they refused stating its against their company policy.i asked them to put to their Manager so that my request could be adhered but they refused stating the Manager is busy. at end of it i was left to God's mercy.
    Finally when the product arrived which was at 1730 hrs i was shocked that i had to pay such a hefty price for a product which was of such an inferior quality & not even worth that cost.
    i dont know if this is what they call service - on a special day when we want to wish our loved ones at the beginning of day, for them it begins at the end of day. to be cheated on what they show on the site & in reality the product is no close match with poor quality.am attaching the photos to judge for urself the quality of flowers(half dead & dried) against the one shown in their site www.fnp.com. Moreso in the website there is no option to register any complaint.(i believe they feel they are PERFECT..such arrogance)
    will i be compensated for such poor quality & horrendous service.

    Gifts delivered to my fiance were of inferior quality as well. I complained and the only think i hear is sorry but no improvement in the service or products. FNP should ban these vendors because of whom they are getting bad name in the market.
    I had delivered flowers and a what is supposed to be a pineapple cake. She got the flowers that were fresh, but different from the picture. The cake however was a disaster. It was purely cream with thin layer of cake, and no pineapple on it. Very disappointing. When she tried calling fnp, the customer service was very irresponsible, rude, and unhelpful. I called up fnp, their number displayed on the website does not work. I googled for another number, and the agent was very arrogant and determined to not be helpful. They always try to throw their policies on you. Said that I should have called them within 48 hours. My sister did call them within 48 hours but they did not try to help. I am never going to use Fern-n-petals for my future purchases. So disappointed. My suggestion to them would be if you cannot keep up with the Internet orders, close the site.

      Order No[protected] was placed on 1st February, 2012. This delivery was to consist of a flower arrangement comprising of 15 blue roses, 5 carnations with 5 glads. Delivery was to take place on 10th February, 2012 on account of my father- in-laws birthday.

      As the order had been placed well in advance (i.e 9 days before the delivery date) it was assured that the delivery will take place at 10am in the morning. However, on 10th February, 2012 at 1:45pm in the afternoon was informed by the representative that the delivery of the order cannot be made as the selected flowers were not available. Instead, was told that the bouquet would be delivered using some different kinds of flowers. Placed several calls after that to talk to the senior most officer from the company, but either my call was placed on hold or was disconnected from their end.

      Customers invest their time and money to ensure that such occasions turn out to be the most memorable day in their families or friends life and hence make endeavors to select the best options available. Such un-professionalism, where firstly delivery is not made on time and then ignoring their customer by not answering his/her calls, especially from a renowned brand like Ferns n Petals is completely DISAPPOINTING and at the same time completely UNACCEPTABLE.

        It was my brother’s 25th Birthday and I wanted to make it a special occasion for him, so I ordered a Bouquet and a Champagne bottle, thinking that I am sitting in Delhi and ferns n petals being a reputed brand name will deliver what I wanted in Mumbai.

        On 27th-Jan-2012 this order (order #[protected] was placed and I launched a complaint for the Champagne and flowers by calling in to the customer care number[protected].

        The Champagne bottle delivered was of Sula brand for which they charged me INR 1,599.00, while the actual MRP of that bottle is INR 395.00. When launched the complaint, the contact person agreed to replace that bottle with a better quality Champagne which would near to the amount I have paid for it. But later on, a bottle of Sparkling Wine was delivered and the Champagne bottle has been taken back. And this Sparkling wine again costs just INR 495.00.

        Again a complaint was launched that it was promised that a good Champagne would be delivered, but instead a wine bottle is delivered. For this the receiver sent a photo of that bottle at [protected]@fnp.com .

        Also the flowers which were sent were not fresh and were of very poor quality for which INR 499.00 was charged, if I would have spent INR 200.00 at the road side floweriest, then I would have bought a much better bouquet.

        I have put in the written complaint to them, but no action has been taken. They have not only charged me excessively and cheated, but have hurt our sentiments also for this special occasion.

        Would appreciate if you can atleast take a legal action against them.

        I am shocked to see the services of Ferns and Petals. what a horrible thing done. my order number is[protected]. My husband ordered flowers and Cake. The CAKE is smelling like and its a bloody stale cake. It was our Anniversary cake and its been delievered written 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' on it. I am very disappointed by the service and had to see embarresment in front of my friends. I hape who so ever has eaten doesn't fall sick or this matter will go worse. I spoke to Bhavna whose the supervisor and Amit and hope they refund the amount.
        frens and Petals were supposed to make my day but it just spoilt the entire day and the occassion and i faced a big embarracemnet infront of my friends an relatives.
        I hope soon the action will be taken.

          Booked a delivery through Ferns n petals to Jaipur vide. order no.[protected] with clear instructions for a pre 9 am delivery. No confirmation received untill 11.55 am, message received states "delivered to Hotel staff", while the delivery address provided was a residential one. Upon checking up with the customer care, i'm told there was a mistake and that the shipment is still not delivered with a delivery promised time of 1pm. At 1.05, I receive another message saying "delivered to Self", which is perplexing to say the least.

          Why is the customer mislead into believing that a shipment has been delivered when in reality it is still lying at the local vendors shop? Why does the message not communicate the precise recepient?

            Hi,

            I had placed an order on august 30 for a basket of flowers and pineapple cake to be delivered to my father at midnight on his birthday.The order no. was[protected].

            1.A wrong cake was delivered (chocolate instead of pineapple).My parents particularly dislike chocolate cake and I had called the fnp call centre thrice to make sure a pineapple cake was deliverd at midnight and each time they reassured me.

            2. The order was not delivered on midnight ,instead at 11 pm(thus spoiling the surprise and un justify the extra amount paid for midnight delivery order as no where does a half kg cake and “24 mixed seasonal flowers” cost 1499 rupees.So it is assumable that the premium was being charged for a midnight delivery). This is the first break of a promise to the customer. The fact that it is an independent house rules out the possibility of any excuse. To quote their website: that –“security arrangements at your residence may cause us to vary the delivery time.”Moreover it is mentioned in an example that “Example: If occasion is on 16th Jan……... We will deliver the product on 15th Jan. Night between 11.30pm -12.15am.”
            2. I called ferns n petals thrice to make sure they understood the instructions, still they paid no heed. Infact my message that should have accompanied the order was not sent.
            3. After complaining to them I waited patiently for them to get back to me,I called up at 9.15 am to tell them my grievance and sent them a mail subsequently.There was no response from them for a along time.On many occasions(atleast 10-15 times) I called them up continuously to get an update.I was made to wait,was kept on hold each time for several minutes and on three occasions my call was disconnected while I was holding.Clearly I was being harassed to dissuade me from persuing the case further.
            4. At 1.10 pm they promised an apology note and correct cake delivery in the second half of September 3,2011.At 8.40 pm in the night I got a call telling me that no cake would be delivered as “they had accidentally delivered it to the WRONG address”.

            All this time my father waited patiently for his cake to arrive ,did not even cut his birthday cake-but they failed to deliver YET AGAIN.

            Now I am being told that they will refund me money for half kg cake or deliver the cake now(which is pointless since the birthday has gone).

            I spent several rupees calling them on std ,was kept on hold for several tens of minutes and atleast thrice my call was disconnected while I was on hold.They did not deliver the cake and message on midnight and charged me a premium for this service! I would have ordered from some other place ,but I paid extra money as I was led to believe this was a midnight delivery.How can a basket of 24 seasonal flowers and half kg cake cost 1500 rupees!!

            They promised a service ,I paid for it yet my father could not cut his birthday cake.When I told them that you are harassing me and that your attitude leaves me no option but to go to a consumer grievance cell,i was told-"Its your call" and the phone was disconnected!

            Is it fair that you pay a premium for a service,donot get what you were promised and pay for getting harassed! Why do such big companies feel they are almighty and the customer is of no consequence?

            Ferns & Petals — False Promises & Wrong Delivery

            Inspite of being a renowned org F & P is fake in its promises .
            1) The delivery is not in time
            2) It does not match with the code chosen
            3) There are false promises of redelivery or refund which are never met

            SUCH FAKE SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUED . THEY CHEAT ON TO THEIR CUSTOMERS . NO RESPONSE IS GIVEN ONCE PAYMENT IS TAKEN. THOSE AT HIGHER LEVELS ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH THE WORKING.

              A real insight of Ferns and Petals (Ferns n Petals)

              I placed an order on 24th July for a Cake Rs 1000 and Nice Designer Bunch of 18 Orange Roses Rs 699 to be delivered on 25th for location Jalandhar.

              They gave a call on 25th, that orange roses are not available and they can repace with other roses. I confirmed to replace with red roses.

              When the boy went to deliver these gift items to the receiver, the receiver was surprised to see the bouquet of 10-12 roses and cake and was refusing to

              accept the items. They assumed that the person is deliverying to wrong address. The condition was so bad, the quality was so poor, the cake was a 3rd class

              cake. They accepted seeing my name and took the contact details of the vendor (ferns n petals retail or franchisee)

              They gave me a call informing about this quality. I made a complaint to Ferns n Petals to either resend the correct items or give a refund. To a suprirse,

              they asked me to get a screenshot from the receiver for the items. What tf? They are telling me to ask the receiver to take screenshot and send.

              I refused to do so and asked them to take immediate action or confirm the things with vendor first. I also called up the vendor assuming that he might have

              tried to save the money by sending 3rd class items. However, he confirmed that he bough the cake for Rs 350 from a local shop because ferns and petals do not

              pay them more than this amount. Further he said he was not told about any design or any silk wrap around the bouquet. He was simply asked to send a bunch of

              12 roses.

              SO this is the real insight of Ferns and Petals. Beware before you place an order with them. They service, quality has now gone to this extent. I have used

              ferns and petals service earlier as well and they used to send Radisson cake Rs 800 every time. However, now their service is 3rd grade as they are paying

              only Rs 350 to vendor without giving them bouquet design instructions or materials.

              Further they customer support is poor. I emailed them the response of the vendor as asked to either resend items or give a refund.

              They didn't replied to me through phone or email and instead send someone to get the items back from the receiver.. What tf?

              So i am trying to bring their real face in front of you guys.. Beware of such companies... I called up a local florist in Jalandhar and asked him to send a

              nice bouquet and radisson cake. He did so for the same amount and next day i deposited the money in his account.

              Don't buy from Ferns and Petals unless you want a 3rd grade quality and service.

              hi, I want to share a beautiful experience i had with Ferns N petals..

              I ordered a strawberry cake, chocolates, a teddy and flowers..and the order was delivered in good condition and cake, flowers were fresh..

              It was My anniversary...My wife really liked the surprise..Will continue shopping...

                I am writing this complaint against Ferns and Petals. We ordered a cake for my father through their website. The same was to be delivered the enxt day. However, even till 8: 30 pm in the evening the cake was not delivered. The customer care executives were unprofessional and didnt provide any proper feedback about the same. They kept delaying the matter by one hour each time we called and finally at 8pm we got a reply " The delivery boy is stuck in traffic". I wonder if we can take any action against such instances because the tension caused and the emotional trauma at times is difficult to handle.

                  Pathetic behaviour from Kandivili Mahavir Nagar Franchisee of Ferns N Petals. The delivery was not done on the Valentine day but next day and on top of that the lady there had guts to ask me that if the flowers are not delivered that day then will ur husbands love get less for u. Wrong delivery, bad flowers and worst behaviour. There should be some action taken by the head of FERNS N PETALS So that any person sending flower on some special day wont get upset as me n my husband were as that was our first valentine after marriage and he was sending from out of india. Hope we get some action from ur end atleast thanks.

                  vstrechayutsya all people, all people vlyublyayutsya, but the basis of their strong relationship, there's nothing like a beautiful open and frank gift. This gift can be anything, but it's better when it's beautiful and lush bouquet of flowers from the best florists in Russia.

                    I had placed an order with ferns n petals on phone for delivery of flowers to my wife. The company has not delivered the flowers and has still charged my credit card. They are refusing to refund the amount - is there any recourse available?
                    I would like to advice everyone Reading this section to beware of Ferns N Petals. They showcase a good picture and description of the product and what they deliver is completely opposite.
                    I ordered for Orange Gerberas, and what i got were yellow sunflowers!! And there is no reply to the complaints.. its a good way of fooling customers.. these guys should be made an example of for abusing customers trust. They charged my creit card, and did not even give me a receipt.
                    Shalini Gera - General Manager is very polite and courteous in her spam emails that she sents on the corporate email ID.. but in reality works for another street stamped flower vendor, who can doing nothing better than speak good English.

                      I experienced lowest grade of service experience with India's most reliable florist "FERNS and PETALS".
                      I placed an order on 10.03.11 for a next day express delivery with order no. "[protected]" and getting a message on next day evening(5 pm) of 11.03.11 that your order cannot be delivered because destination is far off and leaving no option for me to do something about it.
                      It was very much critical to have a delivery due to some personal reason.
                      What the hell these people were doing for one day?
                      It is shocking to know that this is the best they can do for customer by adding a chocolate and deliver one day after promised date.It showed highly unprofessional attitude.
                      I'll never use their services and neither recommend anyone to use it
                      Pls, recommend me something so that i can address this issue further.

                      I completely agree. The attitude they have is as if they are delivering for free. They charge so much but the delivery is never done on time. They spoil someones special day. There must be a strict action against them

                        I placed an order from BANGALORE (on PHONE) for my Grandparents ,in ALIGARH, for their 50th anniversary.. Order No :[protected].. I ordered 1 boquet and a box of sweets to be delivered on 4th March 2011. The delivery guy delivers the gift on 3rd March itself. and when i complain about that, he takes back back the gift from my grand parents to bring it back the next day.. Now how sensible is this from his and company's side to keep this kind of policy to take the gift back..
                        First off they ruined my planned surprise for the day.. and hen when my grandparents were happy to receive a gift from my side. he takes it back..
                        I would like to talk to some authoritative person about this. but the company company has different people to handle phone calls so they just listen to what we say and not act sensibly..
                        A very very poor first time experience for me.. HUH.

                            Due to less time i cudnt add this, but trust me m sure these people have spoiled many peoples valentine. This is very much true that they show some other picture and deliver something else. But the behaviour and flowers which i received was pathetic. My husband also similarly booked the flowers for me for 14th feb online. I got wrong delivery & top of it wrong behaviour from the vendor at Kandivili branch of theirs, the lady there got so personal with me and i can never forget the insult & still the delivery was made next day & that too so bad flowers. The roadside flower sellers sell much better flowers than them trust me.

                              I have ordered flowers through ferns n petals online portal on 12th Feb 2011, delivery date being 13th Feb 2011. The flowers were not delivered and the amount of Rs. 1349/- got deducted from my account. I didnt get the order no./reference no. as the page didnt display anything but the amount got deducted. After repeated follow ups and explaining the problem I was told that they dont have the order no as reference to check or in other words such order doesn't exist (even after I furnished the consignor/consignee details, contact details etc)!!!!

                              Till date there is no reponse from them. This isn't fair and I want complete refund of my money!!
                              I have my bank statement and SMS sent by my bank to support that the transaction was completed from my side.
                              I placed an order on 10th for the Rakhi to be delivered on 16th. It doesn't reach. I call them up, talking to some Ms. Rosy who tells me that it'll be confirmed by Monday (and if possible she'll give me a call the next day about the order). No calls, no response. I call on 20th morning, and they tell me they'll confirm by 10. I get a call at 12:30 informing it'll take 4-5 days.
                              What's the use of ordering through this website? I'd have ordered with someone else and would've got it delivered well in advance. The worst part being, telling me on Rakhi that they cannot deliver.

                                Complaint against Ferns n petals
                                I placed a Rs.1699 order "Fill my heart" order no "[protected]" on 14th feb'11 and was supposed to be delivered on same date and couldn't be done because recipient was not present.
                                1) On 15th Feb'11 I called their customer care and they told me that "their vendor is not picking up the phone so they cannot do anything now."
                                2) On 16th Feb'11 I called their customer care and then they told me that "it was received by guard and they have the receipt signed by him and that they will show me" whereas the guard says he didn't received anything.
                                3) On 17th Feb'11 I called their customer care again and they told me that same product will be delivered with the price of Rs.75 for delivery charges and later he told me that even Rs.75 is not required to pay and the same product will be delivered at the same address.
                                4) On 18th Feb'11 I called their C.C. again around 2pm and some 1 by the name of "Ankur" told me that i will receive a call from them within 10 minutes and even after waiting for 2-3 hours no 1 calls.
                                5)On 18th Feb'11 I called their C.C. again some 1 by the name of "Manish" around 5pm told me that money cannot be refunded and the vendor cannot deliver the same product again but a complimentary "12Rose Bunch" will be sent at same address.
                                6) On 19th Feb'11(today) i called their CC again around 3pm and they tell me that nothing cannot be delivered as vendor don't agree.

                                Ferns and Petals Customer care representatives have been making fake promises to me from so many days and the product is finally not delivered. I would like to file the complaint against their behavior of keeping client under wrong impression and Product non delivery.

                                I had a very bad experience regarding an order(no.[protected], I placed for valentine's day. I write this to warn future customers before they sign up for any service from Ferns and petals.
                                1) I had mentioned during the time of order placement to deliver the item either before 11 am in the morning of 14th feb or after 6 pm in the evening. Instead, they delivered the item at the shipment address at 11:45 am without making any proprietary phone calls to ascertain of the client's availability. In spite of the promise of premium delivery, they chose to deliver the item to the security people at the shipment address. This is not what we expect when we avail such services, a courier service would have done a much better job at it. They normally call in advance and ascertain delivery at a time convenient for the customer.
                                2) The item I ordered was cuddly affair which as per your website mentioned a package of "Bunch of 12 Red Roses + 6 inch high teddy bear + 5 Cadbury's chocolates", but instead what was received was a "Bunch of 11 Red Roses +6 inch high teddy bear+ 3 Cadbury's chocolates". In short the delivery was short of what was promised.
                                the highlight of the event is that once I complained about the poor service, FnP came back with an apology letter as quoted below

                                Kindly accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

                                In an attempt to compensate for the damage caused, we will be re-delivering a complementary bouquet and the remaining 2 chocolates.

                                and since then neither have I heard from them nor have any compensatory measures been taken up as promised. This was my first experience with FnP and my last one at it as well. but, more importantly I want to warn future customers of the abysmal quality of service being offered, where commitments are ignored with wanton disregard.
                                I placed an order on 12 feburary 2013, order on[protected]. Its not delivered. I tried to reach customer care mobile no, but its always busy. Absolutely no response for the email communication from support team.

                                If the delivery could not managed, then new orders should be stopped from booking. Simply accepting the order and not delivering is horrifying.

                                I would like to escalate this behavior through other forums and everyone have to be aware of their service and should not loose money.

                                  My Order No.[protected] was placed at 11:20 AM on 6/12/10. I received a mail confirming the same. The vendor responsible for dispatching the bouquet got the order according to them at 12 'o Clock.

                                  The delivery guy called me up at 9 PM, at about 15 KM away from the delivery location, he told me he received the order at 6 PM.

                                  Now from the company's website disclaimer

                                  "We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.

                                  I tried to cancel the order, they agreed to cancel it but was not so sure when the refund will be done. Then I decided to carry on with the order as at least the bouquet will reach and I will get some value for my money.

                                  On top of that I received a call from a executive at about 9:30 PM telling me that this order is through and cannot be canceled as I have talked with the delivery guy about delivering it ...... THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE INSTEAD OF BEING APOLOGETIC WAS TRYING TO BULLY ME TO ACCEPT THE ORDER.

                                  Three things to noted ....

                                  1 ) These people don't have any values , they don't even think that people send flowers and gifts with a lot of wishes.

                                  2 ) They are a bunch of dishonest people , I dialed them up about 10 times through out the day and each time they said it will reach after one HOUR.

                                  3 ) They have no idea about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, and probably don't even bother about it.

                                  I made an order on website but it did not go through - I was in a work meeting and got 20 calls in a row which is outright unprofessional and harrassment. It was Ferns and Petals - then I called back when free and got such bad customer service and such ridiculous questions that I told them to cancel the on line order definitely and that I would go in person as I had little faith or confidence in their online services. Later I went in person to place the order for an important family member birthday and paid much more than online pricing but was guaranteed it would be delivered this evening (still not delivered). I then got an SMS thanking me for my ONLINE order when I had cancelled it and made the order IN PERSON. i called the number given and got a very rude, argumentative as one reviewer said a riduculous bully telling me that the company is not responsible for their franchises but that all orders go through the actual company - to which I replied, then the ACTUAL company IS responsible for all franchise orders. The person was so rude and doing anything to make excuses and not assist me that I asked for a manager. Before she agreed, she mentioned that my order was 1000 rupees less online than I had paid at the "franchised" company of the same name in person. And just WHAT am I supposed to do with that information??? Then I was left waiting on hold and the same girl came back to verify what I had ordered and I made it clear I was finished speaking to her and that is why I was waiiting for a manager. She put me back on hold and again it was so long that I had to go into a work meeting. let's see if the order ever shows up and if it is what I ordered -- needless to say, TERRIBLE customer service and RUDE, DISHONEST (jacking prices up almost double) people and I will never use them again. Last time I ordered flowers through the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai concierge and not only did they get the job done incredibly efficiently, with a smile and with lots of options yet they didn't even charge me for acting as a third party intermediary. All businesses could LEARN from this level of service in India.
                                  I have a similar problem today and FNP has not delivered an order which is worth more than 15K and there is no way I can reach them up. I just hope that it will be delivered today.
                                  One of the most pathetic customer service. It was the first and the last time I would book with fnp. I reside in Australia and I called them more than 10 times on 13th August to book the order as i was not able to book online. I spoke to Kritika, Nishant, Anil, Abhishek who promised me that someone would call me back in 10-15mins max. I asked him if they can make international calls and then gave my contact number. However I never received any call till date. I called them back many a times because the kind of cake display these guys have kept on their website tempted me to make a special birthday for my Dad with the fruit cake. It was the most pathetic service these have. I'm simply fed up and I will never ever recommend anyone to go for fnp. When asked these executives of the Supervisor or the floor managers, I get the response that we are not allowed to transfer the call or get the supervisor or the manager. I mean what kind of call centre you guys run where you do not have a supervisor or manager who can escalate the call. My order number is OR[protected]. I asked them to give me the email address or the contact number of the head of fnp and I shall write him an email stating that what a customer has to go through when they place an order outside India. These guys literally disconnected the calls and the customer has to call up again. I wish I could get in touch with the CEO of that company to let the person know what all difficulties we have to face and if he/she could keep us in their shoes.
                                  I ordered rakhi for my brother who lives in Gurgaon(not even a remote location) and it has still not been delivered. The website says it’s out for delivery. And the same status has been there for 3 days. FnP just spoiled the festival for me, as I was not able to send a rakhi to my only brother. The service is just horrible and so is the customer care. They don’t answer calls and never respond to your mails. I ordered from fnp thinking I could rely on the service as they charge so much more than the other online services, but no, I should have gone for some other gifts website. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone. Please refrain from ordering flowers/gifts from ferns and petals, if you want your gifts to reach your loved ones on time and not spoil the occasion.
                                  This is a big noooooo, ... Do not order anything... Do not order anything from them... They are just a bunch of cheats... CUSTOMER service is just filled with a**h****.No point wasting your time n money with these ###. Ask them for the supervisor n they will say they are not authorised to transfer the call. Shows the level of education and professionalism they have. No wonder they are able to make money by cheating CUSTOMERs n then pay useless film stars to promote them.

                                    The site FERNS N PETALS is completely a fraud site - cheating its customers.

                                    I have placed an order for 1kG ICED Dark Chocolate cake after sorting its availability by locationat Korba and paid the full amount.

                                    The cake was delivered after 7.00pm and the cake delivered was 1/2kG normal cream cake(not iced, no dark chocolate).

                                    When contacted customer care of Ferns N Petals they have informed that only that cake is available in Korba so they have sent only that.

                                    They have delivered a Rs.180/- cake from local cheap bakery and charged me Rs.1100/- showing some nice photograph of dark chocolate cake.

                                    I have sent the complaint and also sent them the photographs of the actual product delivered. Their complaint department is the worst one i have seen. They have some vendors at different locations and what ever they deliver is to be accepted irrespective of the product order. They services are ok only in Metros nowhere else.

However, upon delivery of the product, it was a suprise to see that all chocolates were of the same make (dairy milk).                                       A Order of a bunch of flower and cake was placed online in www.fnp.com on the 15th of Nov 2010.The web payment was not succussuful as the option was not available in the web site. A representative from ferns and petals called me up on my number stating he will place the order.
                                      I opted for payment on conditions stating the delivery of the package will be on the 16th of Nov 200 before 1200 hours.The address was given and confirmed the time and place and amount was confirmed.Post the confirmation I placed the order.
                                      On the 16th of November a representative from Ferns and Petals calls up my number and states if I need the delivery to happen on the 16th i will have to pay additional cost where in the price for the product and delivery was paid and confirmed on the 15th of Nov 2010.

                                        After making several phone calls to make sure if my order had been delivered, I
                                        came to know that there has been some technical error due to which my payment
                                        had not been received and therefore the order had been delayed and I was told
                                        that it will surely be delivered before 12 am with a compliemntary gift for the
                                        delay caused,which again, did not happen. Finally, The next day,again after
                                        several phone calls from my side to confirm the delivery of the product atleast
                                        on the next day, I come to know that the product had been delivered to the
                                        client at almost 3.00 p.m. in the afternoon, and to top it all...the cake that
                                        had been delievered had gone bad!!!! And they give an excuse saying that
                                        the location was far and it took a long time!! Then why has it been mentioned in
                                        the website that the delivery of products can be made to anyplace in India in
                                        the mentioned locations within 2 hrs??!!! Is that not a MISLEADING FAKE STATEMENT?! And is there an excuse for delivering
                                        a SPOILED cake ONE DAY LATE when the client has paid more than 1000 Rs for the same??!! Even
                                        if it cost only a rupee, this is not the kind of service expected from a so
                                        called "top notch" online flower n cake delivery system!!! I had spoken to the
                                        customer service executives for a replacement with a fresh cake, which they
                                        said,would not be possible,but they assured me the refund for the same, for
                                        which they had asked me to mail a complaint to [protected]@fnp.in and they had also told me that they have registered a complaint and that they will mail me a complaint code to my e mail id,which again has not been done. So although I have sent them a mail, I don't trust that they would even be bothered to follow up, as

                                        Here I am mailing you this complaint, I hope you do what is necessary
                                        to assure no other customer is extorted for money by fake online services like these where they take assure service for a high price and don't keep up their word! I am sure that I am not the first one to be fooled!

                                        Products delivered is such low quality and they charge so high. They took money for archies greeting and gave some local greeting card. Flowers too was not fresh and take so long time to give this kind of low quality products.

                                        delivery time is 12 midnight but not deliver right now
