I've ordered a product on eBay and they have sent it via first flight courier with some tracking number, when I checked it the product shows dat it is delivered on 2nd June itself to some Suiv but I have not received the product but the status s delivered . I request to take certain action on these sort of inconvenience caused to customers who shop online .

The courier has been sent on thursday 02nd June 2016 and till now the courier has not reached. The response from the customer care and the person at the corier office Shollinganallur signal, Chennai. The courier firstly has not been sent and the number on the slip was not valid it says in the internet and
If I reach the office and ask to check the acknowledgement book then lady says as if its tissue paper and she cant keep them more than a day.

I had applied for pan card sometime back. But after waiting for a long time, i tried tracking it in the pan card status and it says it's been delivered. I tracked it in the first flight courier tracking, and it says it has been signed and delivered. I tried calling first flight peenya office, but nobody answers the call there. I need help. Please suggest me a way out.

We have sent official technical report through first flight courier and docket number f991b1304928 on 13/05/2016 which has not been delivered till date and from the website we checked the status of the document which shows that it has been returned back on 24/05/2016 (Consignor)

But we have not received the courier at our end, so kindly let us known who has received the courier.

The consignment number f[protected] is showing as delivered to me on 1st june 2016. However i have not received it nor anyone has collected the same on my behalf in my house. Can i please know the name of the person who signed for the package. The package was from jet airways. And i have not signed for any package from first flight because i am not in town for the past one week.

This courier has been with first flight courier delivery service since the 25th of may 2016. They refuse to deliver the courier or provide adequate information regarding when it will be delivered.

Their customer care numbers are not functional and neither do they respond by email.

These are important documents i'm looking to collect sent by the income tax department.

If this courier service is incapable of delivering courier then there should be some fine or restriction placed on them for delaying couriers in this fashion.

Please guide me about what can be done and how i can retrieve my documents.

I booked an order from Yepme, the on line selling company on 17 may 2016 having order no.31102498 the same was dispatched to my Dehradun address through First Flight Courier. The order is yet to delivered me.Tracking my order I came to know that the delivery is kept as "pending" due to insufficient address, whereas the address is sufficient to be delivered any item. The delivery man even did not botherd to make a phone call on my mobile which is already endorsed in my order booking form. The telephone numbers of first flight in dehradun are not in use nowadays.So in nutshell it is said that the deliverymen pretended to visit the location and could not find the address, the address is well organised as it being a ministry of defence colony, many time other consignment were delivered by first coriour in past.

We have sent courier through First Flight vide reference no.G[protected].We have called your team to provide proof of delivery but they have denied for the same.Please provide proof of delivery on my mail ID Kartik.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.

We have called First Flight Courier team several times but they are not ready to provide proof of delivery. It seems that consignment is not delivered to the recipient.

Is not in services. I'm very helpless for receving my parsel. Please giving action for irresponsible behaviour for your customer. Please do an action for your officers & servents for not giveing proper information & delay to dispetched materials.

Im very unsatisfied about your service. I sent an important parcel to Coimbatore from Ludhiana on 26th of May, 2016. Somehow successfully reached after 9 days. First the people who are doing service should understand the value of time. You continue the same service to all, hope very soon you'll reach the world's No.1 courier service. My consignment which was booked on 27 th of may reached bangalore on 30th, but still it has not been delivered.
The helpline no for bangalore - [protected] is not answering as i have been trying for two days now.
While tracking the package shows out for delivery. Plz give me the no of the delivery guy.

My courier was dispatched on 25th may from hajipur, bihar to bangalore.
It is 3rd june. But till now i have not received my courier. When i checked it online, on 30th may only it reached to bae koramangala branch, bangalore. But till 3rd june, it is not delivered to it. I called customer care several times. But they are not receiving my call. I don't know what is the issue. The courier contains some important paper which i need.

I was promised of a delivery on 31st May or max 1st june.
Today is 2nd June and still it is not delivered and the status shows in tracking as "Pending - Address Insufficient".
Highly surprising as all the companies and online orders are easily delivered in the address and first time i see this issue using FIRST FLIGHT.

Also, if you faced an issue in locating the house the delivery boy should have called in the number provided to get the details of the house.

The delivery is highly urgent and so please make sure you do something and deliver today.
A company like FIRST FLIGHT with this type blunder and delay is highly unexpected.

Please give me a call at ******if you need my assistance.

I have called the first flight shop owner almost 6 times till now and did not receive any help.

The worst courier company we have in india, Fake allegations of Guaranteed next 2 pm delivery or payment back. But these people play with people's time and money. I had sent a parcel to my father and these people updated online its out for delivery for two days it was not delivered and when contacted the cutomer care they dont bother to answer the call and even if answered transfer the calls to different branches and people give you vague answers about your parcel and my father who is old has to go to two different offices far away from each other to bring the parcel and the people are giving silly reasons for not getting the parcel delivered.

Worst Service and FAKE Guarantee.

Dear Sir, I have booked a International Courier from Hosur tamilnadu to Italy and given the documents which he required that time and paid 5632/- but after 20 days they are asking the another docket and I given 2 times by mail but they are not considered so that requirement of the courier at Italy is closed because of the third class of service . Now we gone to collect the our courier return they given courier but not given money back. He is just telling you come on Monday, and some other day, person not there, manager not there, we will not return money.

so, please see this issue seriously.

My name is ankur and i am facing problem with one of my consignment not delivered yet by first flight couriers. I have tried several times to first flight customer care but even they are not able to track my shipment.

My consignment no. O991b2838866 was dispatched from gurgaon (Haryana) on may 14 and reached hyderabad on may 18. Now it's almost 12 days i have not received it. I have visited 4-5 times their respective branches but nobody is ready to take any responsibility.

I have tried almost all numbers which were there in google but no solution till now. Here i am also posting tracking details as well.

18-may-2016= hyderabad despatched to branch for delivery from hyderabad hub
18-may-2016 = hyderabad arrived at hyderabad hub
14-may-2016 = gurgaon despatched from gurgaon hub
14-may-2016= gurgaon booked at gurgaon hub

I have also contacted to concern person in hyderabad hub but no results.

At this point of time i am very uncertain whether i will get my parcel or not.

A staff from your company was extremely rude to me when I wanted to enquire about a parcel. She said it was not her department and asked me to hang up. The number is [protected]. Earlier as well, when I called a number that was given to me, they said it was not their concerned department. No one wanted to take responsibility. Even though I did receive the parcel, I wanted to bring to your notice the behaviour of the staff.
