This is regarding a parcel which i sent via first flight (B991b5724306) from mumbai to trivandrum. This was supposed to reach the receiver as fast as possible and the courier was collected from my office on 10th may, 2016. On checking the tracking system it says that the courier reached trivandrum on 17th but still this has not physcially reached my receiver. My office folks managed to get hold of the trivandrum number - [protected]. We managed to get hold of the person who committed to deliver at a different spot on 19/05/2016 where the receiver made arrangements for the parcel to be collected. But this was not delivered yesterday. Me, my office staff and the receiver have been trying to reach the tvm number - [protected] since morning but the person is not attending the calls.

I am the owner of a business here in mumbai and due to this unprofessional delay, i have decided to suspend all courier services rendered by first flight from here on.

The whole matter is still unfinished as the parcel has not yet reached the receiver even when i am posting this. This is really annoying and unwarranted.

Important document posted through firstflight courier service, consignment no f[protected] destination - chennai. Still not delivered it's been 10days current status shows "pending due to bad weather". Every day morning it shows out for delivery but courier is not delivered. Customer care no poor service no one is answering the calls.
When are you going to deliver my courier?

I was to waiting to get my parcel from "yep me" on[protected] tracking number D991Q3937624 these people did not even deliver the product they sent it back the same day, telling in sufficient address details they did not even bother calling me to ask my address if they were not able to find in and when i called the branch in avinashi road coimbatore to ask about my parcel they asked my order id and when i said they told server down and hug up the next day again when i called they said the same thing and hug up

This is to draw your attention that my company had sent a courier to me on 10th may 16 from kolkata to mumbai which had arrived in mumbai on 12th may & was also out for delivery same from vasai east branch to my place.
Unfortunately it is still not reached (It contain a very important document which was suppose to be reached on 12th may).
Their vasai branch number given on net is keep on ringing all the time[protected].
The height of tolerance is that even their goregaon head office number is keep on ringing. Such a bad company to keep faith on.
Do something at the earliest or i will personally visit your head office & complain to higher authorities..

The shipment was dispatched from Bangalore on 9 May
The shipment arrived in Bhopal on 12 May
The Tracking detail shows out for delivery on 13, 14 and 16
and in all these days it shows that 'Party not available'.
But the truth is no one contacted me. Not even a call.

Its 16th today and package is still not there. There tracking website shows that Party not available for today as well

I had sent a courier from gurgaon to bangalore on 5th may. I was assured that the courier would be delivered within a couple of days maximum. It has been more than 11 days but no response from them. When i track online, it says address issue. I had even given the contact details of the recipient but to no avail. The consignment number is o991b2880714.

Not sure whether the courier is lost or what has happened to it.

Please make a note that, on 30th april 2016 fullerton india credit company ltd. Has sent a courier (Noc letter) to me with pod no. C[protected] at the address as bldg. No. E-36, flat no. 102, 1st floor, unique garden chs, shanti park, gokul village, mira road (East), thane-401107.

Since, my address mentioned is changed to b/102, anamika bldg., aboli estate, bhoirwadi, khambalpada, dombivli (East), thane-421201. The courier couldn't get delivered. I requested your company people on may 06, 2016 and they said that the courier is sent back to chennai. I contacted the fullerton india office and they say they haven't received it back.

Request you, to please assist me for the same asap.

This is in regard to the courier sent through first flight courier with pod f[protected] on 30th apr/1st may to hyderabad. This courier was sent on an urgent basis & was scheduled to get delivered by last tuesday/wednesday i. E. 4th/5th may. However, for last 1 week its lying in some hub in hyderabad & not delivered to the required destination. This is a highly irresponsible & pathetic service by a courier of some national repute. Moreover, none of the calls are being answered to get any update on the delivery.

First item was booked under consignment no.A991B2472801 to Begusarai.
Address and all the details are correct, even mobile no. is provided but first flight people at Begusarai neither called anyone nor checked the address, they simply returned.

Now, again I have booked the item with different consignment no. A991B2524517, and again in tracking I find, that they have mentioned the address is wrong.

When I call them, they are saying they are yet to check the address.
Now the funny thing is my house is just 5 mins walk from First flight office.
Also, both the office and my house are in same area(Pipra).

I had given a consignment on 28/04/16 from jaipur to Aranmula Pathanamthitta.
They assured me its delivery to its destination within 7 days, but the customer has not yet received the consignment . We and our customer are trying to contact the kerala first flight office but there is no response. Tracking shows that it is out for delivery but still didn't reach to the customer.

Please take immediate action and deliver it by today positively as it is fouling our good will .

Please contact our customer on [protected] and discuss about her proper address.

Consignment booked on 5th may'16 from chennai under note no. C991b1885710 has not reached our office till 10th may'16 at shrirang sahwas bldg., office no.6, 3rd floor, nehru road, vile parle (East), mumbai 400057, in spite of calling your nagardas road several times. On the contrary your staff sitting there is much arrogant and does not care for us lodging a complaint against him. The letter is very urgent and important. We need an explanation to the delay in delivery of our letter.

This is the worst courier company in the india.
My pancard is not delivered but status of tracking is your pancard is delivered.

I am supposed to receive a parcel posted on 3rd may, 2016 at first flight courier service and the company themselves are not sure when it is supposed to get delivered.
It has edible stuff along with some important documents and all must have gone stale by now. (I will lodge a complaint again when i get the parcel)

Apart from that, a lot of customers have the same issue but no strict action has been taken yet.

The way the communication of this people is very bad. They do not have manners to speak. When they dont have manners then why are they provides the courier service to the voonik. Voonik people need to take a note of this before choosing the courier service company. Due to the bad behavior i have discarded to take the courier and returned the product back to the Voonik.

Actually we had couriered a packet on 23rd april 2016 (Docket no - d991b6623431), which is not delivered till yet to the customer, i tried to contact their respective branches number of time but i didnt get any reply from them, they are not picking my phone, if by mistake anyone pick the phone then they didnt talk in proper manner and didnt give any reply they just said they are tracking the packet, even on there customer email id they set a automatic reply for my every mail i sent to there customer care email id i am getting the same reply automatic reply set by them...

Even when i track my packet on their tracker it shows that the packet is even not reach the destination area office to get the packet delivered

If they didnt deliver my packet please return it to my office or otherwise they have to pay for the packet,

When our currier reached there mobile was not there i mean mobile was theft why i dnt know this is first flight service or staff issue i dnt know before i wanna clear one thing your kolkata office staff sandip told we are not sending mobile but if we changed name that mean m/part then i can send and u can get ur percale easily, this is not my fault how u send we trust only frist flight and right now i have lost my mobile just because of first flight i have pay also rs-252 for sefty and deliver my percale to my destination, i request all first flight super visor, assistant manager, manager, boss and above please look into the matter very seriously because its very urgent for me i have pay aprox 20000 for mention mobile, i am waiting for positive response

We have sent a courier via first flight from madhapur (Hyderabad, telangana) area to vijayawada, on 21. 04. 2016 but till date courier has not delivered to consignee.

When i was tracking it in online the date of booking is showing as[protected].

We have make a calls to vijayawada division people ([protected] and [protected]) and meet personally to first flight concern person in madhapur & in nizampet and they has given ([protected] and [protected]), nobody is not giving any satisfactory reply on the same and clearly speaking "i do not know where it is"

And even i tried to customer service number "[protected]" and they are not at all responding (Phone ringing but not lifting).

Complaint written to your delhi office email id [protected]@firstflight.Net, two times regarding the consignment sent from delhi to manali on dt- 21/04/2016 but no response.

Actually it should reach Hyderabad and then to Vijayawada
Its been a week and the tracking status is just showing "in transit"

I want the shipment before 4th may
And Now its already 3rd.
I was like becoming very furious on this worst n pathetic courier on this earth

The customer care people on the phone they just don't have manners
They don't no the basic English
Especially PUne branch customer care stupid lady
She lifts the call and hears the complaint and then tells to be in hold
Tats it she never connects again
I have been calling to pune numbers since 2hrs
They r not lifting my calls
I have called from other number and then they lifted
Again speaks tat stupid lady of pine
I just wanna throw that lady out of India

No one lifts the head office phones also.
At last I called to hyd office
N they informed me that my shipment is not shipped in pine yet
Tats y its showing in transit

My god what to do now
Am a south Indian n I can't speak gud Hindi
And those people can't speak basic English also

I just want to complaint in consumer forum and make this courier company closed
Such a stupid show off by name First flight
But they are last bicycles
Just wasted my 2days calling those branches

Plz neva Eva book any courier to this company

I suppose to receive courier [Consignment No: F[protected]] (Courier Dispatch Date: 19.04.2016), still not yet reached. I tried to call regional office & Mumbai branch office but no response !
If you guys can't courier then just close it and do some other business. It's not funny to play with customers. May be in future you guys might be waiting for important document that should not deliver you in time and you face the difficulties to get it, then you guys comes to know our problem...
Finally if some one planning to send courier for next year then you can definitely go with First Flight [i.e, we assure your deliver for next year pakka]
