I am regular subscribe of monthly subject book. Receiving books from Delhi. i am resident of Coimbatore. But the Coimbatore Fisrst Fligt Courier Service is not delivering the courier properly and they don't respond properly about the non delivery of courier. Instead of proper deliver, they return back the courier. The say since the door is looked, we could not give deliver. But my residence is a flat where 24 hour security available and they are authoraised to receive the material. Moreover there is an office in our flat, there also they can give delivery. But simply they return back the material. This not he first time. They do the same mistake even after repeated complaints.

I am a student. For my study I have subscribed the books from Delhi. Because of the irresponsibilty of the above courier I face many difficulties and mental stress. Kindly take necessary steps for my Complaint. You can view the tracking details from the wesite of the above courier.

I had sent a parcel on 24 May 2016 from Bangalore to Khammam, it has to be delivered by 28 May 2016. When i tried to track the shipment it is not showing anything. For call also there is no response. Tracking number is F991B1310516.

Looks like they have lost my parcel.

Please take a necessary action and respond it back.

This is in regards to consignment no. J[protected].

The consignment was received by kanpur gandhi gram branch at 4:30 pm on[protected]. I had already requested to get it delivered by[protected] at jaipur which is very normal time for first flight couriers, but till date[protected] its not delivered.

As updated by the jaipur branch the consignment is received by them on[protected]. Also there is no updation after[protected] till[protected].

Where was the packet on[protected] &[protected]?


Asides, employee (Nitin) at kanpur branch had asked me to sit quietly till mon - tuesday.

I am paying first flight charges but the services provided by you is equal to some local couriers whose normal delivery time is 4 days. I really don't understand why the packet is sent via gurgaon if the services are not perfect there, & there is also a direct mode between delhi & jaipur.


Your delhi & gurgaon offices never ever receive the phone.

Appreciate jaipur office for their humbleness & smart response.


I want an action against the one who have delayed it unnecessarily.

Hi first flight team,

My first flight tracking id: d991q3942489

I found the status online as "out for delivery" since 26-may-2016 10:42 am, but not delivered still as on this email written (28-may-2016 8 pm).

I contacted the corresponding courier region who had the contact number as "[protected]" who behaved very bad.

I have asked him for the courier, he said "all the delivery persons are on leave". I have also informed that i (Nobody to receive the courier) would not be available from 30-may-2016 for the next 1 week.

I explained him that i will reach and receive my courier, when i called him on (28-may-2016, 5 pm) for getting to know the address to collect my courier, he did not receive my call (Tried 10 times of which 2 times not received, and other 8 times blocked my number).

Again when i called him at 7:30 pm on the same day (28-may-2016), he received the call stating, "it is not possible to receive the courier now."

When i asked alternative, he states, "i can't repeat the same thing to you as all the delivery person are on leave".

I told him, "i will raise a complaint".

He said, "raise wherever you want to do".

This is such a poor experience and extremely dissatisfied experience from first flight courier.

I really do not understand with what courage they speak so.

Feel ashamed of the executive spoke to me (Very poor behavioral manners of such person).

I definitely require this particular issue to be investigated.

I also seriously warn him about his poor way of behavior. Better do not repeat it in future.

Eventually, also demand reason for the delay of delivery, even if it has been stated as "out for delivery".

Also mind, i could not wait for the delivery person who don't even have courtesy to send a message or call and explain me about the delay.

This mail is to bring to your notice about my worst experience at first flight courier.

My doc no:D991Q9813825, the courier was dispatched from RBS on 5th may 2016, and your website shows as delivered on 7th May. However I have not received any courier. I had raised second request with my bank on 14th May and it was Dispatched on 15th May, but still not received the courier. I would request Urgent response on this one else will file a complaint for not delivering the documents to correct address and no response from customer care service.

Hello Team,

This is the most disgusting experience I've had with First Flight Courier and I promise to myself and my family and friends that no one will ever use First Flight Courier any further.
Yesterday your team messaged me the status of the courier that its out for delivery and till now I've not yet received it.
I am continuously calling on the help desk customer care number - [protected] and they are always giving me reasons and false commitments that the guy is out for delivery and in the afternoon they told me their server is down and hence they routed my call to the call center.
The call center folks gave me no. of the delivery guy who has my parcel which is "[protected]- Manikyam"
On calling ohm the above no. the guy is telling me that he is on a leave since pone week and has no parcel. He then gave me this no. and said pls. talk to him as theres this other guy called Kumar who has my parcel "[protected] - Kumar".
I called this Kumar and he said he doesn't have my parcel but he may have to collect something from the office. He also asked my address. He asked me to call him in one hour. I called him in 2 hours and then I asked him the same thing about my parcel and its status, he said call me in 2 hours as he's not in office. I told him, all right ill call yur office. SO he abused me in hindi and said call wherever and I will not give your parcel.
Now First Flight Courier - You have to answer to me what the hell is going on here. Ill make your life screwed up and and make sure ill publicize each thing on Facebook and twitter. I have the recording of the courier guy and i have each mail nd even the receipt of the items couriered from Noida.
LOOK INTO IT AND CALL ME WITH THE STATUS!!!

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

As per the subject matter I ordered for one cheque books at HDFC bank which was sent thru First Flight vide ref no.E991Q1689930, but it was not delivered till date. When I checked the status it is showing returned to origin. I again ordered for another cheque book where the same case happened. The ref no. is E991Q1931351, which is also not delivered till date. When I checked the status it is showing pendng.

So I called up the office and I came to know that they don't have delivery agreement at Amingaon, Guwahati-781031, which I least bother. Being a ciustomer, I am not concerned whether they have their delivery agreement at the address. When they accepted the courier they must deliver it.

I also agree that if they could not deliver it they could have called me, as the phone number would definitely be there in the envelope, as they wont accept courier without phone number. But without delivering both the courier how they could returned it. The bank has already charged me cheque book charges twice, but till now I have not received any cheque book. This is not the first time I am fining difficulty with the First Flight Courier Courier. If they could not deliver they should not accept the courier at the origin or they dont have any co-oridination between their branch.

I expect a favourable reply when can I get the courier

I was temporarily staying in pune and have to shift back to my residence at delhi. Asked my friend to courier the above consignment, which she booked on 02-april-2016.
But unfortunately till today i haven't got any acknowledgment from the first flight pune or delhi office. The delhi first flight office (At mahilpalpur) say they haven't received the physical consignment, but the pune office says they have already delivered at delhi and it might have lost at delhi office.
Almost 2 months are passed but there is no response from any one.
My friend has also provided a written complaint at the pune first flight office.

We had booked one consignment at rajkot on 18th may 16 to deliver at panjim goa but till 26th may 16 its not deliver at panjim goa. So give us proper reason for not deliver timely as per tat. Vide awb no is g[protected] dtd 18.05.16 from tata motors finance ltd rajkot - to tata motors fiance ltd record at panjim goa.. Give us proper justification for late deliver doc.

Reached destination yesterday on 24th may, 2016 @9.14 am but not yet delivered. Very lazy snail speed response - absolutely un-professional! Local courier is lazy enough not to deliver. Pathetic indeed! I have given email reminders multiple times but to no avail. I think everyone in this courier service is in deep hibernation.

I did not receive the parcel with consignment no B[protected].
It has been dispatched from the source location on 12th May and was expected to arrive at destination by 22nd may.

I tracked for it and found it has been in Bangalore and was out for delivery on 18 of May.
No one is picking up the phone both at bangalore office and registered office at mumbai

Please resolve the issue asap as the parcel is very important.

I had booked the parcel (Consignment Number: m991b3687204) on 14th May 2016 but first flight didn't deliver it though the parcel has been all ready reached to destination city on 19th May 2016 and yet to be deliver. Since 19th May 2016, the tracking status is showing "Pending - Delivery Cycle Missed-Scheduled for Next Day Delivery". I sent several email to first flight but they didn't take bother to give clarification about the same.
It was my first and unpleasant experience with first flight. Pathetic service..

We have send 3 Sarees to my sister as a surprise birthday gift,
This parcel packing was done in front o[censored]s by your courier agency in Bangalore, and we have paid for the packing charges too separately .

My sister Bhumika Navin Sharma has received this parcel on 24 May 2016 in mumbai, and this parcel was opened from one side one only one stapler pin was stapled,
AND OUT OF 3 One SAREE was Missing,
As soon My sister received the parcel she call us and informed she has received only 2 Sarees in the parcel and the parcel was opened

I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICES and I Need sarees back .

THE COST OF THIS SAREES WAS around Rs 2000

I am a prospect student applying for Post graduation this year. I trusted their service to courier my application form. They promised to deliver the parcel in 3 days. There were 10 days left for the last date of receiving the form. I trusted the company and their fake promises. 16th may was the last date to receive the application form and I posted on 6th may.

I almost forgot all the possibilities of delay or error but was shocked to know yesterday (Date 22nd may 2016) that my parcel retrieved. 6 days after the last date and I had my package in my hand. The reason given to me was that the delivery location was out of your Zone. (20kms from BHOPAL)

I accept that fact, but please tell me, if that was the case, the parcel reached BHOPAL in 3 days. They had my contact number, Why didn't they call me ?If these guys would have told me in advance, I would have gone there to take the package and deliver it myself.

what will they do now for my losses ? I am not enrolled for the Admission process cause I'm late. Is that how they treat their customers ? Is that how they deal with their consignments ? I have lost an entire year becuase of their negligence.

As per the tracking details, it shows that the courier has reached hyderabad on 15th May 2016. But since then there is no update in the system.
This is clearly a sign of Carelessness of the part of the Agency who failed to deliver and also update the system.
Also there is no response from the customer care people.

I book a consingnment from karimnagar telangana no a991b2576755 on 17.5.2016 for jaipur. It is sorry to say that not reach jaipur yet on 23.4.2016. It contains 3 aadhar card and one birth certificate. I booked flight ticket for jaipur to hydrabad for the date 24.5.2016. All document are origional if they not reach airline company not boarding pass to me. I gain loss of 20000 rs.
It is a case of consumer protection if company not delevir me this consignment i definitely go to consumet fourm

I have booked courier to khammam, telangana on 9th may, 2016 at first flight couriers, dange chowk, pune but it is not yet reached to destination.
Almost it is 14days. They charged rs.210/-. I have the consignment no : m199b3547195

When i make a call to customer care no[protected], no response from them. I am attaching the image of my receipt too. Please take necessary action regarding this.

A shipment through First flight courier services (consignment # B[protected]) was supposed to be delivered to the address Kumaon Hostel, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi -110016 but the online tracking shows that it has been refused at the security gate on[protected] at 00:00 hours. It shows that it is out for delivery but I haven't received it yet. I am trying to contact them but they don't recieve any call. I kindly request them to resend the shipment and submit it at the reception of Kumaon Hostel, IIT Delhi. I am not present at the above address so just give the parcel to the hostel office or to the security guard at the hostel reception and my colleague will receive it on my behalf.
Please try send it as soon as possible.

The courier was dispatched from mumbai on april 22, 2016 and contains an important document, but has not reached me until now, tracking shows it reached their hyderabad address on 25 th april. When i called their customer care it's coming busy continuously both on their head office and hyderabad office. Please help me getting my document

My friend send a courier containing in first flight 'express' service on 17th with consignment no. .J[protected] late status is showing, booked at Auraiya. Phone no. provided in website is not working. My courier contains important document which I require I immediately. I am so much unhappy with first flight parcel service.
