I have sent important documents from Chennai to Bangalore on 12th November and till now it is with status of “Pending” with reason of “Address Insufficient”. Consignment number is C991B1618212
Three days back (Monday – 16th Nov) I had called up Bangalore contact number ([protected]) to give them correct address and provide clarity on address, given them contact mobile numbers and mentioned the importance of those documents to reach to my parents and the executive promised that they will be delivered within 24hours but didn’t deliver till now. Many other consignments have reach till date through other courier services to the same address without any hiccups. Even yesterday I made a call and also e-mailed them and same fake promise made that it will be delivered in 24hrs. Today once again I am chasing them and still in vain.
Please stop using this useless, pathetic and hopeless courier services and don’t waste your time & money

    The worst courier service i have ever experienced. I sent a courier from Bangalore to Kerala on 7 th of November 2015. Expected delivery was 9 th . After 3 or 4 days as i was not getting any response i contacted their customer care, no one is aware of the details and where it is. they are simply checking web tracking and saying it is in transit which we can also check without their help. i tried calling everyday to ask about the courier . i tried mailing to their customer care i just got one reply saying please send us the consignee address i sent that and there after no responses at all . i told them this is urgent and i need to deliver this asap. After 10 days when i checked the web tracking found that it reached kochi. if this was the situation then i could go directly to kerala to give this as this was really urgent for me. For transit from Bangalore to Kochi they took 10 days which will take hardly one hour in flight. Then again tired up of calling many numbers they gave whenever i called the bangalore customer care.most of them were out of order . i was really worried whether my parcel got lost or not . Today it was in Tiruvalla branch and then again the delay is happening .So i asked the recipient of my courier to collect from that branch directly or else we dont have any surety in receiving the courier. This was really a worst experience .the customer care service is not at all good .no one is aware of the details when we call and they cannot provide any solutions. Also most of their customer care and branch numbers are out of order whenever we call. Thought i can deliver my courier safe and fast when i approached first flight. but i was wrong. They should improve their service and this should not happen to others.

      On August 18th, I went to one of the FirstFlight office located in Huskur gate, Electronic city, Bangalore. I wanted to ship a material to Rajasthan, India. They accepted the shipment, but I was charged Rs.2400/- for the same. The weight of the item was around 11 KG. Later I got to know that, I was exorbitantly overcharged for the courier. Many mails to the concerned people didn't help. Finally they started replying un-ethically & arrogantly.

            Dear Team,

            I have been highly dissatisfied by the services provided by First Flight!

            My Consignment (Tracking Number: B991Z6528341) was given from Mumbai on 1st October, 2015. It was supposed to be delivered to Bareilly, UP latest by 10th October, 2015. Your tracking service shows it to be delivered on 8th October 2015 at 14:00:00 hrs (Find attached the screenshot of the same). However, I didn't receive the parcel. Yesterday, 3rd November 2015 I checked into their Bareilly office and found that they were keeping the parcel for the past 1 month. The parcel contained my PAN Card issued from Income Tax Department. Moreover, the attitude and casual behaviour of the concerned person at Bareilly Office was highly unacceptable. Making an excuse that they didnt find my address and not contacting on my contact number was highly dis-satisfactory.

            Such a delay to the delivery of an important parcel and a casual behaviour above it from a reputed organization as yours, is highly unprofessional. In addition to it, in spite of mailing the top authorities of First Flight and making them aware about the negligence, no response has been received from them yet. Kindly help in providing suitable steps on how to proceed ahead on the same.

              I dispatch the item on 12th Nov and still the product is not delivered and moreover it is not updated in the system so that we can track the product easily. when i called to the care on which the number provided is switched OFF and i drop a mail also no any revert till now.

              Very Very Poor Service that I have ever seen. The courier was sent on 05-Nov-2011.
              But it's not delivered till yesterday[protected].. when i checked the status in the internet, it was mentioned No such consignee at the given addree.. I dint even get a call. when I collected the courier directly the original pack is been opened and one kurta is missing. Do not ever opt for this courier. Poor customer care service too. If you call 100 times, once the phone 'll be picked up and some non-picked, ringing number will be given to you specific to that courier branch.
              No proper response at all. I Do not know who is responsible for my missing dress

                  I would really raise a complain in consumer court and sui you bunch of.

                  I call delhi head office.. They say call dehradun office. They dont pick up phone.. Tha they route me to panipat.. Panipat people route me to delhi.. And circle keeps going on.

                      I shipped expensive biscuits boxes and some mixture packets for diwali to my parents. Yesterday when they received they did not get any mixture packets inside there at all and also buscuits packets were opened by someone and stuck with cellotape again. i payed 500 for shipping and the worth of item i shipped in it was rupees 800 . After spending so much of money on this and getting so much of destructive items it was very disappointing. I would like to get my refund. When i call these people they answer but noone speaks on other end. Please get my refund for all the destruction.

                        My parents have sent me courier of edibles on occasion of diwali from vadodara gujarat. Date:7/11/2015 It was promised that courier will reach at destination by 9/11/2015 at hinjewadi, pune. But i did not receive it till date(12/11/2015). I have tried contacting company but no one answers the call. Docket number : g991b0403357 Even if I receive my courier now edible would have been spoiled completely. Company service is very poor. customer care is always busy and they start charging you as call connects.

                          Non-delivery of an important Diwali courier. This despite their online tracking system shows "out on delivery" status since 9th November and today is 12th.

                          Also all their numbers are not working or not responded with where I have been trying since morning of 10th Nov.On top of it when I got connected to the delivery office personnel he was rude and was simply stating that it will be delivered tomorrow disconnecting the call.This was in 11th.

                          How can a courier service be so callous and irresponsible. This is a clear case of professional negligence.

                            On 2nd Nov, 2015 my friend sent a surprise gift to me from Hyderabad to Chennai, at my residential address. Starting from 6th November, because the items sent were perishable in nature (i.e. food items), my friend upon knowing that the courier had reached Chennai, started enquiring First Flight Courier's customer care about the status. Their customer support would either not be available, or show that my address was insufficient for the delivery (Very surprising, as I receive all my mails and couriers on the same address). I am attaching the photo proof of the tracking details of the courier. When the surprise did not remain a surprise anymore, as the courier started getting delayed, and my friend started getting about the contents getting rotten; I was told by my friend to follow up with the courier company as well. I was then told by a representative that I would receive my courier on the 9th of Nov (never happened). Today (10th Nov) I travelled around 30 kilometre from my place to First Flight's warehouse (at Chitlapakkam, Chennai); doing First Flight Courier's job of delivery the product to me, the customer. After much of the initial 30 minutes of panic, a few workers at the warehouse were able to locate my courier for me. And to my utter disgust and anger, the box had been torn open at one corner. (Attaching pictures of it) A few biscuit packets had been finished off, leaving just the wrappers behind. Such a shame. I was so disgusted and infuriated the very moment I had my first look on the huge hole on the box. How shameful that this is the kind of respect and care First Flight Couriers pays, for the trust by which its customers send important stuff via it!! How unprofessional, disrespectful and careless of a company that claims to have tens of branches all around India. Not only the sight of my box made me absolutely disgusted with this company's attitude towards their customers, there were a few other things, with attached photo proof that I wish to bring to the readers' notice. Following are the ones I am submitting with photographic proof, so I don't have to argue with anyone going against my observations. While I was at their warehouse today: 1. I saw hundreds of packaged boxed spread around the floor, some thrown at corners, some stacked against each other irrespective of what was inside them. 2. There were a few bagged packages, that I could see opened up. For instance I took a picture of a package with a shirt inside it peeking out of the packaging. 3. The stuff was lying around throughout the whole warehouse, unattended, disarranged (that is probably why it took them 30 minutes to find my package). I could have easily picked up a few boxes (small or medium sized) and snuck out of the warehouse, and none would have know. Such is the kind of security of those deliveries, the customers keep waiting for. Needless to say, I did not receive the box. I have contacted one authority today, but I am unsure if he would do anything. The box of sweets and snacks, although costed my friend 1200 rupees; it was more the element of surprise and emotion, that was precious and important. Nothing that this company will do can bring that good feeling. I do not know how much effective this "complaint" may help me. The complaint might seem full of anger and bitterness, but that is exactly this is meant for. First Flight Couriers, you owe me 1200 + 100 (my fuel wasted on nothing) = 1300 INR. You can have those sweets and snacks to celebrate your Diwali. I have a pretty darn good network of socially active friends. I will refrain from putting this on the actual social platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.) only for the next few days. If this is not resolved in time, I am sure my social network can do a decent harm to your reputation.

                                People opt for courier service instead of government's postal service, for speedy delivery. However, in my case not only was the delivery late, but their customer care was also much worse. SMS tracking service does not work. Response received that service is not available. No response to my email requesting status of delivery. Customer support contact numbers do not get connected. When you do get connected they are rude and do not bother to provide correct information, apart from saying it will be delivered. Online status check works but is full of lies. On a day it was out of delivery, if the consignment is not delivered by the delivery guy, they update the status as house is locked, though that is not the case.

                                Neither the company, its management nor its employees seem to be fit to run a courier service company. Never choose them. Any other courier service will be better than First Flight.

                                  This man at first flight shop at chandivali, opposite boomerang, mumbai, Maharashtra is very bad at service.I booked an urgent courier with them and paid 4800 to them on 4th November.so that I cud reach on 7th November to the destination as said by them.But what came as a surprise to me is when I tracked the courier it got dispatched only on 6th..It was supposed to reach by 6th or max 7th as said by them.They are just looting the people claiming wrong commitments.They were so excited as it was a big courier of approx 5000. Instead o[censored]nderstanding my urgency they lied to me and took my stuff.even Now my courier has not reach to the destination today being 8th Nov.I am frustrated and irritated by cheating and looting attitude of this branch of first flight people.My dock it number is B991A0085103. And Booking date us 4th November.But when checked on website, it is saying dispatch date as 6th November.

                                    I have never had such poor experience with other courier service providers.

                                    I was supposed to receive my study materials via courier on 6th November. The consignment number is P[protected]. On checking the status on 6th, it showed that it was out for delivery. But to my surprise, I never received any call from any delivery boy asking for my address. Yesterday, again on 6th according to the last update, it showed that "House locked". I got pissed off when I saw that. I was at home full day waiting for the parcel.

                                    Today when I checked, its "Weekly off". I was like "WTF" . ALREADY THEY WASTED 1 DAY AND NOW 2 DAYS MORE!!!

                                    I mean I really don't know how the courier agency works. Do they just blindly barge into someone's house without even informing the customer.

                                    I have exams coming up in less than 2 weeks. These useless courier services have wasted 1 days of mine. Now today and tomorrow is their " Weekly off". So basically they have wasted my 3 precious days. I would really want this to be taken seriously.

                                    Who should bear the loss????

                                    I would request the concerned authority to take necessary action so that such kind of carelessness is not repeated.

                                    Am still unsure when will I receive my study materials. Its highly frustrating to have such pathetic courier services in India.

                                    PLEASE SHUT DOWN THE COMPANY IF YOU CANT DELIVER THE GOODS ON TIME!!!

Hence i received a call from one of your delivery boy (Don't know his name) for address confirmation on my mobile. Though I am in a meeting. He directly asked the address in very arrogant and insulting manner.His attitude is so disturbing, that I didn't confirm him the address. I request First flight to hire some civilized and at-least literate delivery boy. As they are going to residence of clients where most of the time only females or kids are available.
