A consignment was to be received at Jalgaon. it was not delivered to the concerned person at jalgaon & the consignment was returned back to Bangalore.

I want to bring to U r notice that the delivery person has not delivered the consignment to the addressee nor he has phoned the person at Jalgaon . For u r reference I m giving the detail of the consignment bellow. we r receiving other letters at my house & u say that the address is insufficient. I request u to look into the matter & advice the delivery boy to deliver the consignment or make a call . Mobile number are given to u at the time of booking the consignment.

I had booked consignment Nos. B991B4494339 & B991B4494338 on 19/10/2015 from Mumbai to Kolkata. As I write (02/11/2015), the same has not reached their destination. No calls from the courier company. The Service Nos. are either ringing away or "all line in this route are busy". The Tracking portal of the First Flight shows "In Transit" since 10 days back to even today. Such a courier company even exists today...!? I think its license should be blacklisted. I wish I had couriered my shipment through India Post or a better courier like Blue Dart. I sincerely seek intervention.

I have sent my courier from trichy to kolkata on 27/10/2015. But it was not yet dispatched to me. There is no proper response from customer care and also they don't have proper contact number to fetch information. Kindly take the necessary action to resolve this. Consignment Number : s991b0120546

I have sent a document from Kolkata to Imphal on 24th Sep 2015 ( Consignment No . : - E[protected] ), still now the said document has not been delivered . I have called several times to their Kolkata office ( Mr Shahid, Mr Gupta, Mr Tapas etc etc ) on their landline # 32011042 but still now not received any response from them .

Unprofessional services I was supposed to receive an important document from HDFC Bank. The consignment was dispatched on 13 and till date it is not being received. On speaking to the representative he is not giving proper respons. The courier guys are not able to understand the urgency of the documents and keep on harassing the customer. Simply putting insufficient address. Am getting my statement from HDFC for the same address. Its worst service. I need proper reply from you guys. The docket number is B991Z6726941. Copied below is the mail I sent to first flight couriers on 10.10.2015, which is self-explanatory. The consignment was delivered on 11.10.2015, 6 days after booking. From Bangalore to Mysore, a distance of 140 kms took 6 days. I was charged Rs. 55 as against their tariff of Rs. 35. As of this moment (19.30 hours on 27.10.2015) the courier company has not bothered to respond to my complaint!

I personally delivered the letter to your booking office in Yelahanka at about 7.30 pm and was informed that it would be delivered in Mysore the very next day!

1) Your tracking shows that it reached Mysore on 7th. I am told that it was door lock! Why did your Mysore Office not contact the persons? I contacted the Mysore delivery office and am informed that the delivery boy is not provided with a mobile phone and we CANNOT expect him to contact us! Does FFC expect us to wait at home ALL the time (like waiting for a dead body to arrive?)
2) I contacted your Yelahanka booking office yesterday. The person was rude to me. He stated, on my requesting him to follow up with Mysore "there are thousands of items everyday. We cannot track all of them". You can track it OR contact the company.
3) I sent a mail to your Bangalore office yesterday. I am yet to hear from them!
4) I contacted your Bangalore office today. They gave me two numbers for contacting Mysore - [protected] and[protected]. Both were switched off! What do you expect your customers to do?
5) I had to call your Bangalore office again and give them both the numbers and explain what happened, and THEN they gave me[protected] which was luckily for me, working!
6) To top it off, I am charged Rs. 55. (See the CG copy attached, while your website states that you should charge me Rs. 35! Your Bangalore office tells me to have this point resolved with Mysore office and Mysore tells me to contact Bangalore.

The question is "Why should I not go to Consumer Court"? to claim not only deficiency in service, but also gross negligence and overcharging?

May I expect an answer at least from the Corporate Office?

The consignment is not delivered within desirable time period and it has been told to customer executive that the product is to be delivered on urgent basis and the product is a medicine of child.
I have also contacted the customer executive in Banglore 3-4 times and they have assured that delivery will be done the next day but no action has been taken.
First call to customer executive was done on 23/10/2015, Friday. I have told the executive that the parcel is urgent and contains medicinal baby food for a 3 month old child and very important for the health. the customer executive has assured me that product will be delivered the next day i.e. 24/10/2015, Saturday.

But the product was not delivered and again I have called on 26/10/2015 and I have registered a complain that my product is not delivered on time and still the product is nowhere.

With respect to my courier from Chennai to Delhi. It has been approx. one month but it is not deliver yet.

This courier has to deliver at following address:-

As spoken in customer care came to know that the consignment number C991Z2300784 has been delivered wrongly at Nehru place.

Pls look in this case asap . Already It has been delayed by 1 Month. Pls launch complain for this asap.

Hello sir.. I need to complaint about kumbakonam first flight courier. Because they are very worst in service and don't have any punctuality. My tracking no is O991Q2176507. Today i got a message that ur product is returned.. I really frustrated.. when i checked.. Its been since 5 days in courier office. Why They not delivered to my address?? Its ok atleast they have to inform me by phone.. Why they are so dumb?? I already faced the same issue a month back. If its going to followed by ur courier.. I gonna complaint in consumer court. My another track no is O991Q2176678. I now checked its also in kumbakonam Firstflight. They got the courier by date of 16th.. Still they not deliver me nor informed me. If they not deliver it.. I Surely gonna complain. And change the courier dealer in kumbakonam if possible for their worst activities.

Date of courier :12/10/2015 I have sent a courier from Delhi to Pune on above mentioned date which did not arrived on time and its been four days and their is no response about the same, as per the courier shop guy courier should be delivered with in 2 days but now its been 4 days and still the courier company is tracking the parcel which has been misplaced by them. This courier service is just a bunch of cheats...it has been 4 days over the primised delivery date and I have placed atleast 50 calls to their office. Nobody answers the phone or disconnects the call. Their tracking system says out for delivery for more than 48 hours and nobody has bothered to call or email me regarding the package. I have sent numerous emails and there has been no response. Bloody theives.

Irresponsible service, they r very fishy n do not want to allow harrasrd customer to speak to their senior person n do not want to reveal their manager's name or number. Head office Mumbai is a big cheat also as u can not b able to contact them as they will never pick ur call. I sent a percel from Bangalore to ghy but its 15 days now I did not able to contact any of the numbers as few not working n few no one pick calls. When i boojed theyvsaid it woukd take 48hrs to reach. Very Very careful from such fraud called First Flight Courier.

Document not delivered from Sept 18th.
Since past 10 days we are daily following up but:
1) Your customer service dept does not give us the correct status
2) Your phone numbers go unanswered for hours together
3) We are told to call Ahmedabad then Mumbai offices

Now over a month they cannot give a response.
