I am writing this regarding the courier H[protected] i sent to ludhiana, punjab from thrissur, kerala. i was promised delivery with in 2 days, and the order got dispatched from thrissur on 5th october. i waited and waited, and yesterday october 8th (4th day) i tracked it online using your track courier tool and found an interesting status that my courier got delivered on 8th october 6 : 25 pm.. seeing this status i made a call to the local office chema chowk ludhiana and they told me they will deliver it tomorrow. how can you show your status as delivered when it is not done. i am adding a screen shot of the page displaying the delivery status. this is totally unacceptable from a trusted courier partner like first flight to its customers. i expect the authorities to look into this matter and take appropriate actions so that these things are not repeated. m also adding the ludhiana chema chowk local office contact number - [protected] also screen shot of the status is attached

Hi Team, My AWB no. is J991M3539146. This shipment status is" Despatched to Branch for Delivery from Lucknow HUB" since 04-oct-2015. But it has never been tried for delivery yet. I called at their customer care service centre but they are not picking call. Please look into this matter ASAP...as it contains some medical reports...Its urgent that's why we prefer first flight .

My name is Deepak Patil. My parents booked one courier from the above address on consignment no. M991B2547806. The packing changed. We packed in carts where the packing was in polythene. Three things found missing. Address and mobile no written on parcel was wrong. Worst service provided me. I will launch my complain in consumer court if I not get timely solution.

Hi Team, My AWB no. is P[protected]. This shipment is there at BAE Sarjapur Branch since 28-Sep-2015. But it has never been tried for delivery yet. I called at their customer care service centre thrice but even then the delivery has not been done not even tried. When I called at their customer care service, they assured me that it will get delivered on Sat, 3-Oct-2015 but it never happened. Please look into this matter ASAP.

Hi, The consignment no- M991B2514273 from Pune to Angul, sent on 29th Sep 2015 has not yet reached in Angul. There is no update while tracking online also. Also no one is helping. Yours is worst and pathetic courier service in India. Please do something asap, or I will raise a complain at cansumer court and claim for my loses.

I received a courier from Bettiah, Bihar to Bangalore Consignment number - U991B0058769, The courier boy handed over the package which was torn and we found one item worth Rs 1500 was stolen by first flight courier people already, when I called courier office they just kept me redirecting from one branch to another.

Hello, i couriered my important documents on 29th september 2015 for delhi on urgent cause and also paid the paid the extra charges as well. I got surity of getting my documents delivered the next day that is 30th september 2015. But till now, delivery has not been done. Today is 1st october 2015 and no courier has been received in delhi. My Consignment no:-J991P0123308. This is a case a frogery. Extra charges are taken for what. Please look into this matter otherwise i will take this matter to higher authorities.

I Purchased a combo pack (Order ID: [protected], Placed On Sun, 09 Aug, 2015) from snapdeal but I was unhappy with the product and filed a return request. After getting verification for return for refund of the item’s amount along with courier charge from snapdeal I sent the item by first flight courier (Consg no-J991M3322371) on dated 21/8/2015. The courier man physically verified all the items, taken weight and mentioned the list of items (also weight) on the return pack as well as consignment receipt (proof attached). The return pack reached at the destination on 22/8/2015 and after that a call came from snapdeal that all items are not in the pack and due to this my return request has been rejected. After that snapdeal sent the return pack to me. I found two items of the combo pack missing. My complaint is that all the items of return pack were verified by courier man and listed as well on the return pack along with their weight then how is it possible? Please consider my complain and do the needful. Thanks

Hi, my consignment id is m991b2457374 and it was send from nagpur office on dated 16/9/2015 and received at goa office 16/9/2015...todays date is 28/9/2015 still i am waiting for mt parcel .it is showing pending for local holiday... I tried to contact for the same but no one replied me properly please do the needful for this.

I have placed a Book order with Amazon and they have handed over to First flight. On July 26th they have delivered to wrong address. But here i was waiting for my book then Aug 8th called to amazon and raised a complaint. But FF is not responding at all and they are claiming that they have delivered to the right address. Finally now i raised A-to Z complaint in Amazon and they have assured me that they will track behind FF.

First Flight courier service is worst they are cheating the customers, they do not have ethics.My pan card despactched on 3rd Aug 2015 still now i have received, daily i am following up they are telling today you will get, i do not know when is that today.Please any one help me how to get my pan card. I got a msg on 18 sep 15 that My consignment B991Z6182242 returned back due to insufficient address and contact on [protected] within24hrs otherwise it will return back I talked to Mr. Summit Mandal and gave my address till date I did not get my courier

This is regret to state that as I send the courier to my brother on rakhabandhan but this is very unprofessional attitude that not yt my courier has been delivered so far.this is really a pathetic issue as it going to complete one month the courier has been sent but not delivered to the location ..plz look into the issue and get the delivery done with replay of my funds...as it is the courier mistake not mine and I am suffering due to this Regds Neha Sethi [protected]

Do not use first flight

First flight gives very poor service. They are not able to deliver the parcel on time even within city.
I had to call 5 - 6 times to check my parcel however no one answer they just hand up on me

Date 31/08/2015 I dispatched a parcel from bilaspur chattisgarh first flight courier counter via pod p991b0190680 to gaya bihar.But till date the courier has not been received by the consignee.On query I was communicated that the address was not cleard.So on 12 of this month address and mobile number of consignee was again provided at the first flight courier but till date I have not got any update.Upon tracing online the status is showing intransit. I booked an urgent courier on 14 september 2015 from lucknow to bikaner. Before this I talked with them that I want it to be delivered tomorrow anyhow and they agreed to it. But they dispatch it next day and I still waiting for this urgent parcel to be delivered. This is worst service I experienced till now in this service oriented companies. Due to late delivery I am suffering from financial loss too. My POD no is J991M3504838. If they cant deliver it on time they should not have commited for it also.

I sent a parcel to delhi and the parcel was not delivered . when I call them they provided a no to call, but no body picked up the call .we got really frustrated.Very Irresponsible service .Please don't send any thing important through them or atleast anything through them . they are not reliable.
