I am waiting for my parcel from last 12 days it is already despatched from bangalore courier office my Rf number is F991B0781507. On friday i talked with bangalore office they told me that they will deliver by yesterday but till now i didn't receive any notification from the courier office, Today i called them again to enquier about my status they are not answering my call.That parcel is important for me.I need a reply, i am totally dissatified with your courier service.

    I am waiting for a courier (demand draft ) from citibank from 01-sep-2015 this was booked in first flight courier against docket number B[protected] .while tracing in first flight online system this docket number the status is updated as wrong address but am staying in the same address also i have not received any phone call against this from first flight, even after checking in the online i have contacted the customer care cell through phone 8 to 10 times and told them to revert this to me but even after many reminders even they are least bother to help me out .

        With reference to Consignment No. W991B1579894, my courier was supposed to be recieved at the address F-48, F-Block, Suncity, DLF Golf Course Road, Sector-54, Gurgaon-122003. But the courier has not been recieved yet. When I checked the courier status, it said 'PENDING-HOUSE LOCKED', whereas I was never informed on call that the courier boy was there to deliver it. I have been calling the customer care, but it says invalid number. Kindly check my courier status and re-deliver it. Please make sure that I recieve a call when the courier boy is at the delivery place. Thank you Aakanksha Jindal

          I have sent a shirt to sonauli, maharajgunj district from cochin.and so shame to say the shirt has been eaten by a rat, , , , i do have a picture of it. its very shamefull to say this .. also they have charged me 540 rupees for the packet.. it is very shameful to say..that the work of first flight sucks...especially the gorakhpur branch first flight people are ill treating the customers and have a very bad attitude towards us.

            From PUNE to JAMMU (Pin: 181205) Consignment No (24 August 2015): M991B2360082, Branch: Jagtap Dairy, PUNE Consignment No (1 September 2015): M991B2360938, Branch: Jagtap Dairy, PUNE I have placed the order for shipment of my product on 24 August to be delivered in Jammu. As told it should have been delivered within 3 days but the product was not received even within 7 days. Moreover, No communication was made to inform the product had been returned (due to company's fault). I personally went to check on 1 September, and then the staff then informed me about the incident, which is not acceptable. The staff assured me to resend the parcel and the parcel will definitely delivered to the desired address within 2 days. It is 7 Sept already and no progress is made. I have informed the company about the same. No Action Taken!

              Hi, I have sent the courier of required documents to NSDL, Pune on 4th Sep 2015. Acknowledgment number : [protected]. In the status of courier (website : http://firstflight.net:8081/single-web-tracking/singleTrackingMail.do), it is showing that, it has been delivered on 5th Sep 2015. (First Flight Courier, Consignment no : M991B2493628) But in NSDL website (https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack) websites, it is still showing that documents are not submitted. Please do the needful.

                what is the status of this courier tracking number A991B1912838, the parcel is despached from Hydrabad on 14th August. Then when it is struck, are we able to recieve it or not. let me know the correct status and contact number . we will wait again one day other wise we can move legally against the courier service.                   Poor customer service and they can't understand the customer need. Consignment # B[protected] was supposed to be delivered to me but they returned it to the origin in spite of my instruction to send it to the local branch where I can collect it.

                    Dear sir/madam, i have sent a courier from bhiwadi, rajasthan to mahabub nagar, hyderabad through first flight couriers ltd. Bearing docket no.R991m0298031 on 25.08.2015. Till date above said courier neither delivered nor returned to me. So i have sent several mails to first flight couriers ltd. In their email id [protected]@firstflight.Net from 31.08.2015 to till date but they are not provided any feedbak in this regard. Also i personally contact in bhiwadi branch in this regard but they are not give any response. So you are therefore requested to take this case as a serious issue. Thanks with warm regards.                       It is regarding bad service for the consignment Ref No. F991B0745636 booked on 21st August 2015 from Kiran Enterprises HSR Sector 2 Bangalore. The consignment got returned due to unknown reason on 2nd September 2015 and rude bahavoiur of the shopkeeper not to refund any money.The consignment was booked for INR 480 and returned with more than 10 days delay.                         Last Friday I have sent a parcel to Hyderabad and was assured that it will be delivered by Saturday, but if there is any delay it will definitely be delivered by Monday. When I called customer care today(Thursday) he said it is out for delivery today. Its so horrible to hear that and decided not to opt their service from next time.

                          In their tracking they showed that the consignment of AWB NO. B991Q1850842 was delivered on 10-8-15 but we have not received any consignment from first-flight courier. They are giving wrong info to government. I mailed & try to contact there number but no one is responding. Please resolve this issue & arrange to deliver the Pancard.

                          Yesterday finally we found the First-flight office in Nizamabad, they shifted their office to new address, its not updated in website.
                          We collected Pancard[protected] evening. If track in First-flight website they are showing that item delivered on[protected].

                          I observed hundreds of pancard laying in First-flight Nizamabad office, they are not dispatching from a long time, No delivery boy & proper responsible person available. They updated in tracking that most of the Pancard are delivered.


                          I have received mine. Requesting you to take proper action to deliver the rest pancard.

                              My parcel was dispatched on Aug 24 from first flight Churchgate branch . It reached Bhubaneswar on Aug 28 and delivered to some watchman named Sarat Pradhan. The recipient mentioned in the parcel was Sourav Patel. No One is responding to this mishandling.

                                  Hi, I had applied for re-issue of PAN card through https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/. PAN card was dispatched on 5th August from Mumbai to my Residential Address in Bangalore through First Flight Courier Service. Consignment Number : B991Q1863270 When I did not receive my card, I contacted the First Flight Courier Service Bengaluru's Head Office Customer Care on[protected] on 10th August 2015 and was informed that the consigment was at Kanakpura Branch and there are facing issues such as shortage of delivery boys at that branch, due to which the delivery was delayed. I was further promised that the shipment would be delivered atmost in 2 days. But I did not receive the shipment even after 2 days, hence I had to again call up the customer care on 17th Aug 2015 and also sent an email to their Bengaluru Head Office email id : [protected]@firstflight.net, but did not receive the Card so far. The process of calling up the customer care only to be promised by them that the shipment would be delivered today continued for over a week. Also, email reminders were sent to delivery the shipment asap, but no use. Finally on 21st August, I called up Customer care again and insisted to talk to the Kanapura Branch Office Manager, a conference call was set-up with Sharmila from Kanakpura Branch Office who promised me that the shipment would be delivered before 7 pm on 21st August. On my insistence, she confirmed the same by sending me an email stating the consigment would be delivered today. When I had checked the shipment tracking status on the website : http://firstflight.net:8081/single-web-tracking/singleTracking.do on 21st aug 2015, the last status update was on 12th Aug as "Out For Delivery", but after a week when I checked the status on 31st Aug 2015 the status has been updated as "Delivered" with date as "12th Aug 2015" with Receiver name been as "Company Name & Seal" This is the worst service I have come across, where in I am still struggling to receive my PAN card, but the courier company has wrongly updated the status as delivered though i have logged a Complaint with them [No : 261973] for non receipt of the shipment Best part is when I had checked the PAN delivery status on TINS site : https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html on 21st August, the status was "Delivery in progress with FFCL", but today even the TINS site has updated the status as "Delivered" on 8th August. I have also contacted the TINS Support via email and informed them about non receipt of PAN card so far. You could see the mismatch in the delivery dates on both the sites, on FFCL site it shows as 12th Aug where as on TINS site it shows as 8th August, where as the reality is I have not received my PAN card so far. It would be of great help, if you could help me to receive the PAN card safely. Thanks, Pavana

                                  To add on, this is the worst customer service I have come across, each time I call up the customer care, I have been promised call back which never happens. Again I need to call them up and wait in the queue for some Customer Care agent to answer the call.

                                  They even drop the calls after answering and taking down the Consigment Number.

                                  Though the consignment is not delivered and Courier Kanapura Office and Head Office Management are aware of the same, still in order to showcase their work productivity they have wrongly updated the status as "Delivered' with receiver been a "Company'. How could they deliver an individual's PAN card to a Company ?

                                  I hope some serious action would be taken and I receive my PAN card safely.

                                  I have applied pan card from https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/ card dispatched through firstflight currier.
                                  after 15 days they have not delivered pan card and show the status delivered.

                                  I tried to call them many times but no is not reachable no response from the firstflight currier not even single call.

                                  NSDL please stop sending pan card from the firstflight look at the no of complain and take and action against him.

                                    Hello, I am so regretful and frustrated to send this message to you. I have sent 5 KG worth of shipment from Jhansi UP to Irvine, California USA. I just now received this package. To my surprise, there is only 2.27 KG stuff in there. Someone has removed rest of the stuff without my consent. Please see picture below from FedEx which says it had only 2.27KG worth of stuff. I paid Rs4959/- for sending 5 KG worth things to USA. I need refund on the damage first flight has done to me. I would never recommend this courier service for international shipping. This is very frustrating. Please refund my money back. Please see attached my original receipt from Jhansi, I paid $4959/- for 5 KG worth of shipment. Please take action as soon as possible. thanks, Preeti.

                                    My parents informed me yesterday that FirstFlight Delhi has sent them back 18 days old ROTTEN sweets back. I do not understand why you would do that. What is the point of sending it back? I need my money back for 2.25KG sweets which was removed. Please ask you Jhansi center to give Rs2000/- back to my parents. This is ridiculous. I am going to file a case against it. This is not at all professional. I need my money Rs2000/- back. Please send a Money order to the following address.

                                    I cannot find a single logic to send back the rotten mithai.

                                    I have filed a complaint with consumer forum and plan on filing the case. I feel that Airflight has to think about their customer and provide better service.

                                    I need resolution as soon as possible.

                                      Hi there, I have sent a mobile from First Flight courier shipment #F981B0762778 from HSR Bangalore to Rampur UP on 24/Aug/2015. I have informed the shopkeeper that I am sending a mobile and he asked me extra Rs 120 for its insurance apart from the courier charges Rs 240 and asked me fill a declaration form about the mobile details and it's value. Today, 31-Aug-2015. It reached the destination. The courier boy denied to open the packet in front of him to verify the content (mobile) saying that he(First Flight) does not provide open delivery and ran away after handling over the packet and get the signed from my brother. My brother was surprised when he opened it. The mobile was missing from the box. I raised a complaint at both source and destination e.g. Bangalore and Rampur. But I have not heard anything back from anyone. I am still waiting for their response.

                                        This is regarding courier which has been send from UP which was supposed to reach bangalore after 2 days but after 10 days also there is no news for the courier. They charge more and deliver product so late. I want compensation for this..
