Two percels of total weight 2 kg and consignment no. N[protected] were sent through First Flight Couriers Ltd. Tinsukia, Assam on 5th August 2015, to the address Mr. Kamakhya, Maruti Nagar, Bangalore - 68, not yet delivered till the date 30.08.15. I enquired it on 17th August in the Tinsukia office and the manager of the office Mr. R.Gogoi could not say anything about the percels and told me to inform in the evening of the same day.But he did not inform me and when I started ringing him, on the first attempt, ringing sound was there and after that till 11 o'clock next day morning it was in the mode of 'All routs are busy'.After that he received the phone, but failed to say anything about the percels.Then I told him to take it seriously, after 3 hours he rang me up and told me some problem was there and he made it correct.Next day on 19th in the status I found 'Arrived at BAE Thanisandra HUB'. On 20th I found in the status 'Pending - address Insufficient'. I informed Mr. Kamakhya(receipent) about the insufficient address and he went to the regional office of the First Flight courier on 24th and given his address and mobile no. to the concerned person there.From the office they told to Mr.Kamakhya that percels were not available at that time in their office and they would deliver it on that day itself but they could not do it. After two days of it Banglore courier person talked over phone with Mr. Kamakhya and told again that tey will deliver it on the same day, but till date it is not delivered.     Hi Sir I ordered a set of rakhi for my beloved ones on 18 Aug, 2015 on RakhiBazaar.com, and since then I am trying to track it. Raksha Bandhan occasion has come to an end but the order is not yet delivered to me. I called and mailed, both Rakhi Bazaar.com and First Flight Courier people but they are not responding. I am very disappointed with both RakhiBazaar.com and First Flight Courier Service. I request you to take action on them on Money Fraud.       Dear Concern, Please Let me know what is status of my Courier. i waiting from long time. The courier should have been delivered on 11-Aug-2015, i did not receive my courier and no one is taking response about that i FFL. and today is 29-August-2015 till date i did not receive. but i want clarification, in FFL tracking status it is showing courier is delivered on 19-August-2015. and i contact with HSR Layout FFL, ([protected]) he told that he doesn't know about that he will check and confirm within 24hrs, and i gave my contact details and i waited 1st day i called him he told i should check with delivery boys, after that he is not responding my call only.and i waited for 18 days. if i did not receive the courier i will lodge a compliant against you people. i have mentioned a details of the tracking details. I believe that problem will solve ASAP. i wait till Tuesday, if i did not receive my courier i will lodge a complaint.         I had sent my courier from Pune(Jejuri) to Banglore on 21/08/2015 (Consignment No.-M991B2414889). It reached at Banglore, we tracked it online. But after 24th Aug, the status was not at all updated till 28th Aug. And on 28th Aug, it was directly updated saying "It is Returning". Reason was-Wrong pincode. My explanation is- 1) Pincode was correct 2) It was delivered 3 times before on the same address. Then how come not this time? 3) Phone numbers of both the parties were written on the parcel. But nobody from company ever contacted in case of some doubts in address. 4) We are trying to reach Pune and Banglore company people, but they have their stupid reasons not to respond. Their phones are switched off, not receiving etc. One person cut the call on my face while I was talking! Why to hire such people who have no concern with company and customers! I almost called 20 to 25 times on various numbers to stop that parcel from coming back. ALL USELESS. 5) Destination party was ready to receive the courier from head office or any office, but nobody received our calls lateron (Not even so called "customer care"). Infact the person from Pune started blaming me for wrong address! This is simply ridiculous! Not at all acceptable behaviour of company people! 6) It really caused my huge loss, monetary plus mentally. The destination party was one of my customers of my business. My products are coming back, so that loss.plus the customer is never gonna order anything from me-another huge loss! n calls to these stupid company people-3rd loss. I am never gonna trust firstflight. Its not at all worth! If you do not care for your customer, then eventually you will lose your customers.. Please respect customers and give them good service. 7) People to whom I am contacting since 2 days are- [protected] / [protected] - Jagdale (Saswad, Pune) [protected] - (Jejuri, Pune) [protected] - (Banglore Office) 8) I claim my courier charges- Rs. 180 and telephonic loss- Rs.50 (Not claiming any of my business loss, which is caused just because of FirstFlight)

          When i submit that courier at ahmedabad, sarangpur branch.they accept aND TRACE pin code number in thier WEB Sight at make bill 70 rupees BILL but couple of days when its not reached i track on net for delivery its shown no service at destination place. firstly i have question why accept my courier if no service at that place and no inform me also. normally, we will use this like services due to fast and safe and for most conform delivery but all is wrong as hear subject. now they says me to collect your courier at theri juctional station. what can i do. my courier no G991M0225639 DATE 22.08..2015 FROM SARANPUR, AHMEDBAD FIRST FLIGHT SERVIES.             Hi my name is Sunil Kumar Gautam. My dear friend sent me a courier weighning 2kgs from delhi to patna via FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. But the package received here is not a condition to accept. The packet has been torn from sides and 500 pieces of visiting card is missing. I got all other things in the courier but the visiting card was missing. Contacting the office they told to contact the head office and hence the main office gurgaon. My consignment number is D991B5014137. I can specify that the visiting card was on the name of AMIT SINGH.

              I was sanded a rakhi courier from first flight on 18th august from Pune to Raipur Tracking no was M991B2410958, they told me that it will be delivered in 4 dats till saturday, i inquired about that on monday evening, so they told we will give you status by tomorrow afternoon, and now they told it came back due to insufficient address, i wanted to know if they are not getting the address then why they are not called on given number and inquired about the address. if they dont want to courier on right time then why is the need for courier services i wanted to delivered that courier maximum by friday. i don't know how they are going to do that but i just wanted to delivered on time. If that is some issue with not finding the address so they should inform us that the courier is return why they are waiting for our call. I talked on following no [protected] with one lady after that i told her to give the managers no so she gave me mr Bimal's no i.e. [protected], but he left his mobile on the office and he is not avilable.                   I have booked the parcel containing 15 rakhis vide docket no. O[protected] first flight courier and when it was received the 8 rakhis were stolen and the envelop was pasted by cello tape.

                  This is really very shameful act.
                  Strict action sholud be taken to the person involved in the activity.

                    Hello Team, This Is Regarding C991B1464738 delivery, Vendor from your Team called me on 22-August, Sat, which was holiday in office, then also I reached their within 10 mins, and when I called him he told me he will give now on Monday and disconnected the phone after discussion. In 2nd call I requested him to give me parcel outside the company becz of holiday, he come outside and misbehave with me, he touched my shirt when I told him I will not sign on parcel paper, after that he called someone from his phone, as when I told due to this misbehave I will complain against you, he also misbehave with me on Phone .                       I have received a courier with ref C991Q3530438, They first called me on 04-Aug-2015 from the gate of my flat and unfortunately no one was present in the flat and I have asked for a rescheduled delivery. Since then no one has called me for delivery, The just keep updating Pending - Wrong Address Dropped a couple of mails, no response. I have called them atleast 10 times and I was lucky they picked it up once, the response was they requested for my address and mobile number and since then no update.. I called them again no one picks up.

                        His is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

                          I sent some life saving drugs for my aged parents residing in Kurukshetra on 17 Aug in the morning but have not reached till today this afternoon. Jaipur Gandhi path office people don't even pick up the phone in spite of my several phone calls at regular intervals. Customer care people are the worst. No response.This is really pathetic. This kind of service from so called reputed company is not expected in any case. Such type of courier company must be banned.

                              Hi, This Is Regarding One Of The Shipments For Not Being Delivered On Time. Few Products Purchased On First Cry Site Have Been Shipped Through Ff With Shipment IDs: F991Q2151629 D991Q2342496 Supposed To Be Delivered On Aug 12th And 14th But Not Delivered Yet. Already Late By 7 Days. I know where The Problem Is. First Flight Couriers Have Received The Shipment In Hubli 2 Days Prior To Delivery Date. I Got To Know This Today (Aug 17th). When I Called First Flight Bangalore Ofc. They Gave Me Hubli Phone Number. I Called Them And They Say They Have Not Delivered The Shipment Because The Courier Boy Who Ships To Our Area Has Met With An Accident, Please Come And Collect, I[censored]rgent. What Does This Mean? Until I Call, I Am Not Informed Anything About The Shipment. If I Had Not Called God Knows If I Would Get A Call From Ff To Collect The Shipment Ever. At Least I Should Be Informed Of Such A Problem Coz My Shipment Is Lying There In Office Since Days. They Are Not Bothered To Deliver It. This Is Not The First Time I Am Facing Such A Problem With Ff At Hubli. If I Have To Go And Collect Then What Are they Paid For? How Many Annoyed And Frustrated Customers Like Me???? Please Note: This Is Not The First Time It Happened With First Flight Couriers At Hubli. This Was Repeated A Couple Of Times 2 Months Back. I Can Also Provide You With That Shipment Number As Well. That Time The Reason Given Was That The Delivery Boy Who Ships To Our Area Quit The Job. Should I Believe Such Things At All... And That's Totally Not My Problem. They Are Supposed To Arrange Another Delivery Boy In Such Case And Not Give Such Silly Reasons To Customers. I Also Went To The Ff Office At Hubli. It Seems That They Have Lost My Shipment. The Staff Is Very Rude And Irresponsible Towards Answering Queries. Very Careless Staff. They were on calls asking others if they had my shipment. Made me wait for long time. And finally said they don't have my shipment and will deliver the next day. The next sat also I dint get any delivery. I mailed ff registered Ofc and Bangalore Ofc. There is no response as such from them till date. Actually all this was firstcry's responsibility, even they are giving saying that logistics team is working and requesting us to wait 24 hrs. Many 24hrs have gone by but nobody is bothered. Firstcry is also not cancelling the order from their side. Carol

                              I also tried calling them several times. They pick and immediately cut the call. If I call back they don't pick and after sometime I get not reachable automated voice. When I went to the Ofc asked them why they are not picking the call. They answered charging got over. It's a landline phone not required to be charged. I asked them they can check my phone number and cal back. Coz that phone had number display system they said it wont display numbers. Soon after that I saw phone ringing with displayed number. All this was said and done by a lady named geetha.

                              First flight has not contacted me till now and they have not delivered the product also. When I called firstcry.com and asked them to cancel my order they are saying that until the product is delivered to customer or the product reaches back to warehouse without delivery to customer, they can't cancel the order. I have called firstcry several times they are saying the same thing. And these first flight couriers is not picking my call. What can I do now. please help

                                Worst service.my wife sent Rakhi on 10th of August'15 and since last 4 days she is struggling to find out why the courier is still not there. We have written email as well.no response.I would never ever suggest anyone to trust first flight for any important or even not so important documents.

                                I sended rakhis to my brothers to vrindavan, i send 5 rakhis, but when delivered it was only 3 in the packet. This is so shameful on ur part guys. U people r total cheats and thief. Worst courier. Pls guys never send any valuable item from these guys

                                Hi all, please stop using first flight services with immediate effect. I sent a mobile and 4 Rakhi on 24-Aug-2015 and paid Rs 120 extra for insurance of my mobile. From Bangalore HSR to Rampur UP, 244901.


                                Firstly it took 7 days to reach the destination while I was promised that the courier will reach in 2 days. More surprising is that when my brother opened the box the mobile was missing. Only 2 Rakhi's out of 4 and mobile charges was there in the box. He tried to stop the courier boy immediately but he ran away very swiftly. I think he was sure that the mobile is not there in the box.


                                I have raised a complaint and waiting for the response from first flight side. I have enough proofs which I will submit at the right place at the right time if nothing works out.


                                I am very disappointed now and I will never ever use the fist flight even it's a last choice.

                                  I haven't received my courier(ref no-P[protected]).According to the company policy i should receive it within 2 days(13.08.15)but its been 8 days now(18.08.15) and i haven't received it till now.The courier service customer care does not seem to care at all even after repeated complaints.i hope to receive my courier as soon as possible.

R[protected] which was booked through amazon.in is not delivered to me. but tracking results shows that it is delivered. its an already paid order. so pls held me and kindly take action in finding my item

                                      The pan card have not delivered. While we check in the online the status was delivered at July 29 but we didn't received the pan card. The courier number is AWB B991Q1312706. We have riced our complain in courier office but no response up to date. Conduct no- [protected]

                                        Dear Sir I had sent a parcel with Docket No. D991M0405162 from Rohini branch of the first flight couriers on Saturday[protected]. The consignment had to be delivered to Meerut on Monday. Today being Thursday[protected] still it has not been delivered effecting our business with huge amount of losses on daily basis. On contacting the customer care no one is picking up the calls. Kindly help us asap as its very urgent.
