We have couriered parcel on[protected] from Kharagpur, west Bengal to Hyderabad, telangana, it is supposed to deliver us on Monday morning...we stayed at home completely and called on mobile number : [protected] but no response ...later monday evening he answered and said i can't delivery if you need come and pickup from office in arrogant way replied ...upon asking he gave his manager number : [protected] to call about parcel delivery. after calling his Manager, he promised to delivery in first hour of Tuesday( next day) ...we have waited till afternoon at home but no delivery boy cam till now. we have called again to manager: [protected], he said no one available to delivery your parcel today[protected] and we try to delivery tomorrow i.e[protected]. my wife kept leave to collect this parcel. In tracking they have given "pending reason : Address Insufficient" which is incorrect and noticed that there is no professionalism and commitment. I kindly request please do needful to delivery my parcel as soon as possible in good condition ... Thanks Damodar Dubai

My PAN card was sent through first flight courier. Item reached on 07 August, 2015 at BOLPUR branch.They did not deliver my PAN card, also they insisted me to take delivery from their office and told if I do not take delivery they will return the article and they refused to deliver at home.They always do the same for every article, and to every customer. They never deliver at home . This time they returned my PAN card and they have shown the reason that address is insufficient. This is ridiculous and totally false. Their behaviour is also very bad. The often play the same trick with most of the customers. THEY ARE JUST THIRD CLASS AND NOTHING BUT WORTHLESS.

My pan card dispatched from Mumbai to Bangalore on 29th of July 2015. Awb no. Is B991Q1454280. It reached Bangalore on 30 and dispatched for delivery branch sarjapur road on 30th July. Today is 7th and I not received my pan card as well as any communication from first flight.

First flight is one of the worst courier service. For last 10days they are bloody updating as Out for delivery and no results. Called Customer care, tried reaching Ranchi FF they are useless. Check my tracking number, since 24 they are out for delivery, every time we call our boy is out with the package by evening we will deliver but nothing at the end. none of the useless people able to help. I have booked a urgent consignment related to job of my daughter from Allahabad to Barabanki (UP) vide docket No. J991M3232025. This consignment has not been delivered by you til 04.08.2015, 2.30PM. I have contacted several times to your Allahabad, Lucknow and Barabanki offices and requested to deliver the consignment but you have delivered the same.You are giving reason of non-delivery that there is non service station at Barabanki. If there is no service station at Barabanki, why you have booked the consignment? By non delivery of consignment, you have given me physical and mental tension for which you are solely responsible.

Dear Sir, I had orders an item from shopcluse.com as per merchet the item should be deleverd to me on 29th of July but till now I did not got my product and first flight courier services no do there services properly and they have doing frods with coustmers please help to get my parcel or my money back from them. I never these kind of courier service in my life. The courier was send from Madurai to Bangalore on 22/07/2015, today is 25/07/2015. till now i am not received the courier. I called the Bangalore Branch and ask for it. They were telling that, the local branch is not came and pickup the same. Whether the customer has to call and tell the local branch to go pick my courier or what? Then why they are paid for it. This is my last consignment in First Flight Courier. Even i will tell everyone to don't go this courier company.

Sir, One consignment was despatched from New Delhi by Naaptol On Line Shopping in through First Flight courrier Services vide No D991B4696397 which reached at the Jeypore Office on 20.07.2015 which has neither yet delivered to me nor he is responding to my telephone.Rather he has telephoned me on 20.07.2015 to collect the article from his office which is 22 kelometre away from house address which is given in my consignment as mentioned below My adddress: Sri Rati Kanta Das, Trinath Tmple Street Near P H D Colony Koraput (Odisha) 764020 Mob: [protected] E Mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com

I booked my package for delivery from first flight on 16 july 2015. The package was containing medicine of a heart patient with attached prescription on its cover. The package was booked to deliver to my grand mothr living in "dehri on sone, bihar".
Its been 10 days and my package is still not delivered. There is no tracking information about the package available on their site and not even the company is taking any action on this matter. The docket number of packet is " w991m0458128".

My friend sent me a parcel from rudrapur to Gwalior on 8 may its consg no is w[protected]. And it is over 2and half months it not delivered to me when I check it through consignment no it is first showing that parcel sent to Bangalore instead of Gwalior and now when it comes back to origin it is showing that satellite schedule for next day delivery sir please help me getting my parcel as soon as possible I will pay extra courier charge for it.

I received mail from nsdl that my correction to PAN CARD is done.

"Your Pan Card has been dispatched on 07-Jul-2015 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B991Z5137290, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 17-Jul-2015."

Now, I have Not received my pan card and I am worried about my credential.
Company is not answering my calls,
No Satisfactory resolution :- Customer Care and office numbers to different branch are at ringing to first flight couriers Ltd.

Since for two days trying number [protected], [protected], [protected] no one is receiving call at their respected Office.
I raised mail with due request on July 21, 2015 at,

When i am calling from my registered number mentioned in (Application form)
They are not receive calls, Its My (Rights To Know Information) about It.
So when i tried from alternate number i was connected.This means they are blocking a customer with their Wide-System Technology.
After Two days i am connected to Bangalore CC : (Trying from alternate number).
1.Number : Bangalore Customer Care-[protected] Date July 21, 2015.
Feedback : Documents are not delivered and they inform to call at [protected].

2. Number : [protected].
Feedback : She answered Pan Card is delivered to customer who's name is Mr.JEET.
(Who is He/She i don't Know this person) and further i was told to contact at another number([protected]) for more details where they delivered.

3. Number : [protected].
Feedback : Dull sounded Man answered the call from panipat, Haryana. We have not
received any consignment to the given consignment number (B991Z5137290) and further he gave me another number to contact at.([protected]).

4.Number : [protected].
Feedback : Number is still not contacted. by 11:51 am July 22, 2015.

5.Number : Finally i called back to customer centre([protected]) They inform to call me at NSDL customer centre.
Feedback : Wait for 4 - 5 Days They will dispatched it back once they receive Pan Card from First Flight couriers LTD.
(But they fail to revert me real time communication alert via email, telephonic, etc )
Still nsdl havn't replied in written.

And now most of the branch numbers at First Flight Couriers LTD are busy and ringing

Other are transferring from one office to other office Here i feel that customer are not fool to be kept ringing and keep trying to reach at concern office. It is their duty to call us on time and Deliver the same consignment without any leakage of CONFIDENTIALITY.
I Tried calling them almost 5 hrs for 2days.

In my Personal Opinion Company like First Flight Couriers LTD is not capable enough to handle NSDL account.
How Important Is Pan card In India? it show How vigorously it is dispatched and routed throw careless channel...
THIS IS INDIA Were Whole lot off Corruptions Takes place with negligence. And such companies are not at all worried before hiring employee without Knowing how to handle Customers relationship, Its Their Duty to give right information, and customer has right to Know Information for any Query.

Before going Digitally - - - - .There are lot many Loophole in the Government system need to be corrected on timely basis.

Customer are suffering with great time loss and penny loss due to time involved in calling - Tracking down such consignment for long time
Need Right Authority to take Serious action against such Companies.

Dear First Flight, I have a complaint with your delivery services, One parcel Consignment No-1991M0110753 is booked on 15-July-2015 and moved from Jammu on 15-July-2015 but there is no any information in your site, where is parcel, what is status, when I call local bases office no one pick call on first flight office no. [protected], and your corporate office No-[protected] and your Jammu office once he picked call and replied, We are not responsible of delivery, Ask from your merchant . Dear First Flight Team, I will never suggest to anyone send courier from first flight because they are not professional in there field, Please don't take overload if you are not able do these task. Dear first flight if today my consignment is not delivered I go to consumer court and lodge the complaint against.

This is with respect to the consignment number J991M3078429 which was sent from Lucknow to Srinagar through your courier service but a pack of chocolate was missing from the packet when received at Srinagar. It was a 5$ worth of Hershey's chocolate which went missing. While it was getting packed at Lucknow I was informed that there is no problem with the contents in the consignment, nothing was contraband. And I was not even informed before it was opened on the way (if opened by first flight) Now I really don't expect such irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from First flight This is a very serious issue for me and I am going to take it as further as possible until unless I get to know where the packet of chocolate was sneaked off. Had conversation with Ms.Gayatri (Coimbatore) on 16 July and she promised to deliver it the next day before the exam for which the books were send but it got delivered today on exam day!
