Item reached on 07 August, 2015 at BOLPUR branch.They did not deliver my PAN card, also they insisted me to take delivery from their office and told if I do not take delivery they will return the article and they refused to deliver at home.They always do the same for every article, and to every customer. I never these kind of courier service in my life. The courier was send from Madurai to Bangalore on 22/07/2015, today is 25/07/2015. till now i am not received the courier. I called the Bangalore Branch and ask for it. They were telling that, the local branch is not came and pickup the same.
