Due to an emergency, i sent a parcel through
first flight courier from hyderabad to kakinada with the consignment no as a991b1892819.
The consignment reached kakinada on[protected]. I repeatedly informed the kakinada
first flight people that the consignment is most urgent and i need it to be delivered on[protected]. They said that they have the consignment with them and they said that they shall deliver it on[protected].
On[protected] i repeatedly asked them if the consignment is delivered or not. They said that it is out for delivery. I asked the courier boy's mobile number to update him with the location of address. But to my astonishment they said that their courier boy do not have any mobile with him.
And the courier is not delivered on[protected]. They said that the door is locked. I can't figure out that the answer by them is such insane that there are 12 people currently in that location all the day. But how can they say that the door is locked.
Today i sent one of my people to kakinada
first flight office to collect the consignment and the arrogance of the
first flight people is displayed at that time.
They said " if the courier is such important to you then you should come to take it. If you want us to deliver it, it will take time".
Is this the response we get after paying an amount above 200.
Shame on
first flight.
First flight is the worst service offered ever. This is not the first time i got similar response.
Bluedart and
fedex are always my 1st option. But even professional and
dtdc couriers offer excellent services.
