Hi, Consignment No: H[protected], this parcel despatched from Cherthala to Bangalore on 13th July 2015, when I tracked on 14th July it shown will reach on that day, but its not happened . On 15th July when i called them they said it was reached and delivered to Koramangala office but there is lack person to deliver this to our office address, I called up again and said that as it is an urgent courier, please make arrangement to deliver fastly. Today also i called the main branch Ph no. they again telling the same answer, my ques. is why are you keeping this in too much time, this is not fair.

Dear sir, I have send a consignment No. B991B4590245 on dated[protected], which have some medical things.but when tracking on 14th july it is found that material dispached on 13th at present search shows it is in transit. please give reason that why it deleyed by two days in dispatch and when it reach destination.

(Consignment No. : 0991B1802821) i had deposited my courier to the first fight courier service (Consignment No. : 0991B1802821) on 8th July 2015 an today its 14th July 2015, 7 days passed but my courier is not delivered to destination kolkata. The customer care operator didn't perform her job poor response. kindly deliver my courier to destination as fast as you can its already been 7 days, and i think the company must think of his reputation delay in courier is not a positive sign.

Due to an emergency, i sent a parcel through first flight courier from hyderabad to kakinada with the consignment no as a991b1892819.

The consignment reached kakinada on[protected]. I repeatedly informed the kakinada first flight people that the consignment is most urgent and i need it to be delivered on[protected]. They said that they have the consignment with them and they said that they shall deliver it on[protected].

On[protected] i repeatedly asked them if the consignment is delivered or not. They said that it is out for delivery. I asked the courier boy's mobile number to update him with the location of address. But to my astonishment they said that their courier boy do not have any mobile with him.

And the courier is not delivered on[protected]. They said that the door is locked. I can't figure out that the answer by them is such insane that there are 12 people currently in that location all the day. But how can they say that the door is locked.

Today i sent one of my people to kakinada first flight office to collect the consignment and the arrogance of the first flight people is displayed at that time.

They said " if the courier is such important to you then you should come to take it. If you want us to deliver it, it will take time".

Is this the response we get after paying an amount above 200.

Shame on first flight. First flight is the worst service offered ever. This is not the first time i got similar response. Bluedart and fedex are always my 1st option. But even professional and dtdc couriers offer excellent services.

I called at the office at Jaipur twice but they had not responded properly. Please look into the matter and do the needful. That consingment contain some document which i need urgenturgently. A consignment was booked from bhopal (Jp cement regional marketing office) to noida (Jp cement head office) through first flight courier (Thaddaram complex, zone - i, mp nagar, bhopal) on 8. 7. 15.

Against the assured delivery within 2 working days, embarrassingly, the consignment was delivered on 13. 7. 15. Due to above, we had to face huge problems in our crucial meeting conducted on 11. 7. 15 at noida office.

Besides imposing suitable penalty on the courier company, we also desire refund of minimum rs 25000 / - for the mental & professional harassment faced.

A consignment was booked from JP cement, Regional marketing Office, Bhopal to JP Head office at Noida vide First flight courier (office at Thaddaram complex, Zone-I, MP nagar, Bhopal) POD no. P[protected] on 8.7.15 and was advised for URGENT DELIVERY but embarrassingly, the same was delivered to the Consignee on 13.7.15 evening, due to which we had to face huge problem

My order id14209304 from yepme.com is not been delivered to me yet and its almost 12 to 13 days..and when called to the tracking representative he just put me on hold...here is the no [protected]...and when i track my order it declares that its been arrived at the destination... Please do the needful n deliver me my parcel asap.

Till now packet is not received at Hydrabad Address and branch is not responding properly. I want to inform that the first flight courier service is not delivering consignment to address, they simply call and said that collect the consignment from office and this problem occurred multiplies of time, while other courier service delivered at address and at time.

Dear Sirs, My son had sent a consignment from Indore to Chennai, through First Flight Couriers Mhow Naka centre, Indore (MP). Unfortunately, one bag from that consignment containing 1 formal shirt, 1 formal pent, 8 T Shirts and One Payjama was missing as the parcel was delivered to Chennai. Consignee: Aditya Khandelwal / Consigner: Aditya Khandelwal (Indore to Chennai) Bill no. is P991M0228618 dated July 2, 2015. It appears to be case of some one has taken out that bag from the consignment. We are not getting any support from First Flight Couriers Mhow Naka, Indore and also from First Flight Couriers Onam Plaza office (Mr. Shabbir) at Indore, as they want us to prove that the material is taken out. Pilferage from consignment is a serious thing. But First Flight Couriers Indore office staff has been evasive about the responsibility. Nobody seems to to be interested in correcting the situation. They are pretty sure that I can not prove it in court of law. So they ask me, Have you seen clothes being taken out? Do you have proof? To First Flight Couriers, All u guys.. be professional in your work.. or else leave yor jobs. My courier was supposed to come on 3rd July. I was not there at home and house was locked. That means you will take the courier back and eat it.. ?? !! Dont u have the process to call and check where the person is ???????? After calling and scolding, still courier has not been delivered.. U people dont deserve to work...

i am purches a product by amazon.in i track the item are shipped 16 jun and arriving date is 7 july but today is 9 july and my order is not delivered at my address i tracking the seller given first flight Consignment No. D[protected] but my item status is return whay this item a ordered and waiting before 2 month please help and delevered fastly

K.P Pvt Ltd, Barbil send me a parcel thru First Flight Courier services with tracking number U991Z0532275. Parcel came Hyd on 4th july 15 and status shows as sent out for delivery but not deliver till now, i have mailed on this to [protected]@firstflight.net &[protected]@firstflight.net but no one responding me including Hyd courier/call center people

Consignment no. J991M3099226 booked on 25th June 2015 not recieved till now. I am calling them daily starting from 30th June but they are not providing me any proper detail. First they were saying daily that they will deliver it by evening. From last friday they started saying that its been delivered on wring address so we will arrange it within 48 hours. Now they are saying they will deliver it by evening but they have not delivered it yet. If i am calling there customer care number they are not even responding properly. Courier contains some documents worth 1 lacs. Those documents i can not get from anywhere. Now i want to claim 1 lacs from First Flight Couriers for that lose. Please help me in this.
