A parcel is booked at Lucknow on 30th June for delivery to Koremangala area in Bangalore. Insufficient information on web tracking portal. Later updated to show that parcel is " out for delivery" . Status unchanged for 3 consecutive working days. No telephonic support form customer care in Lucknow or corporate office. Bangalore office customer care putting calls on hold and music for 90% of the time. Finally given information of the last mile franchisee who could not deliver parcel due to under staffing or attrition. Wife had to pick up the important document by self ( She happened to be staying in Bangalore at this time). Later web portal updated with status depicting-"wrong address"! Unacceptable by any standards. First Flight Management must improve efficiency of its customer care department and it's response time. They have lost me as a customer for rest of my life.

First flight courier worker got return my document and did not return my money. And kept my document on my car and get away before i came to him . and your courier office is in ballabgarh chawla colony pin code 121004. And my phone number [protected]

my courier is dispatched from Udupi on 30/6, but till date not received. Consignment ref no.F[protected]. At 2.30 Pm it show received at destination on 04/7/2015. However doesnt show branch or branch contact no .The contact no given on website for Gurgaon is not working. I got another no 3211717. The gentleman there gave three no. 3211709/ 08; 3228029. No one picks up in-spite of repeated try. It is simply disgusting. Why one should use courier service when documents are not received even after seven days and there is very poor tracking information system. I have sent two mails on 04/07 to customer care and Head office of First Flight courier service, but that too has not been responded.Now through this mail I seek a damage of Rs 5000/ for the delay and harassment. We have booked the consignment vide ref. no. F[protected] on 21st June 2015 from Bangalore addressed to Krishnadas Puliampotta, Sri Krishna Athipotta, Palakkad, Kerala 678544 and contact no. [protected]. Let us know the status of the courier, otherwise we may have to intiate further action.

These courier service is really worst. My courier shipped from mumbai on 25-Jun-15 with tracking number B991Z4764575 and reached Tenkasi branch on 29-Jun-15. Till now i.e., 4-July-15 also it not been delivered and there is no update on web site trackingand actual fact is that they can't delivery a single shipment to my address. Tried calling many times to customer care and which is useless and not helping me in getting my parcel. They wont understand the customer needs and deeds and which is worst services from FirstFlight... We want an immediate and urgent action in this matter.

Hi, My product is not yet delivered, its been a week since i sent the product and its only a 400km distance from my place . The tracking id is useless when i used my tracking id to check the where the product is, it shows me a messsage "There is no information available on the Consignment/Reference # you have entered" my tracking id is H[protected] .plz look into the issue.

My courier no is awb b991z5695472 and the current status of the courier is showing that party is not available. But i did not got any information and call from them on my registered no [protected].

Kindly take some action against my complain. It's urgent for me.

My consignment no B991B3909904 was sent through First Flight Courier on July 1st, 2015 from Andheri, Mumbai to Vikhroli, Mumbai. It had my office extension number and address clearly mentioned on it. Despite this, no effort was made to contact me and the package was delivered elsewhere in the huge premises. It contained the original agreement for my house and one key. Also, the Vikhroli Branch people and Customer Care person was unbelievably rude and mentioned that calling a person before making a delivery was not a part of their standard process.

These courier service is really worst. My courier shipped from mumbai on 19-Jun-15 with tracking number B991Z4646243 and reached nagawara bangalore branch on 22-Jun-15. Till now i.e., 3-July-15 also it not been delivered and web site tracking says party not available which it's annoying to the customer and actual fact is delivery boy is absent. Tried calling many times to customer care and which is useless and not helping me in getting my parcel. I asked for the manager but they always says he is not there. They wont understand the customer needs and deeds and which is worst services from FirstFlight. And I also sent mail to the ID [protected]@firstflight.net I didn't receive any feedback.

The following courier was despatched more than a month back and has still not been delivered to cstmr.The courier was sent from hdfc bank ltd and contained imp documents.I had personally talked with mr.Mohit at ur ggn ofc on[protected]and he committed to redirect the consignment to the following hdfc bank ltd branch on 19/06/15

Hi, Consignment number Consignment # D991B4450464 was booked from Delhi on 23rd June 2015 to be delivered to Bangalore. Till 1st July it is sitting in Bangalore and there is no one to deliver the consignment. Called more than 40 times in past 5 days to Bangalore call center.All the personnel tells something or other(will be delivered today evening, tomorrow first thing in the morning, past noon for sure etc). Last Saturday, it was posted in First Flight's website as if someone tried delivering the courier.Total lie!No one came from First Flight and Security also did not have any visitor from First Flight. This is happening from past 5 days and it was a very important document to be submitted to bank.This will result in lots of issues for me. Another thing is, First Flight's corporate office never picks up any calls at all(sent around 7-8 mails to them already.No response from First Flight courier). 9 days already over.And, what I got to know from Bangalore call center is there is no one to deliver the courier to my place so it is not reaching! Really terrible service from First Flight .Getting all couriers from other courier service(Blue Dart, DTDC) without any issues.

Shipment reached bangalore on[protected], & this is laying in HEBBAL & it is critical for our one equipment & it is directly affecting our production. Equipment got break down since from 2 days. Today we have contacted local office (Phone no.[protected], answered Mr. Srinivas) we have not satisfied with response, i have told to transfer the call to manager & he disconnected the call & he asked me to send delivery address details to [protected] & we had forwarded. If we call to that no. but no response for almost 30-45 min. We need that shipment before 10.30 Am tomorrow without fail. Please do needful on top priority.

Sir, It is sad to intimate that there has been numerous complaints against this company locally from Nagpur, recent being when I send a shipment to Imphal through their branch office at Laxminagar square on 17th Jun. The said shipment is still being shown in transit and status has not been updated for the last 10-12 days. I don't understand why this is happening for a legitimate business deal. Please take this company to task so that other members do not suffer such difficulties in future as well. The courier tracking number is given in the internal mails that their company office at Laxminagar square gave me. Or if they've lost this parcel/damaged it, they must intimate us immediately and refund me the cost of my goods. Unfortunately, there is no communication from their Guwahati office, neither are they picking up the phone. I had send a courier an Important Document and it should reach by Wednesday. Still now Thursday i.e. 06/26/2015 it has not reached. The above consignment was sent from Chennai to Bangalore on 22nd June. However not delivered yet. When I spoke to customer care today, they said it would get delivered today but not done so far. It is important that it gets delivered tomorrow at any cost.

I have shipped a consignment - F[protected] from First flight on Saturday 20th June 2015 within the city. It was for just another location in Bangalore only. But the courier is not yet delivered to the concerned person.Today is 25th June 2015. The courier within City should actually get delivered in 24-48 hours. The envelope had an important document within it. And every time I contact the customer care service, they are very very rude talking to me. They promised me twice that they will get back to me with whatever the status is, they NEVER CAME BACK. no one called me. The Courier is lying in Kanakpura branch. I want my documents back if it cannot be delivered to the concerned person. I WANT IT BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Can someone please help me with this. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST COURIER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! I would like to inform every individual please please DO NOT use this courier service at all.
