Dear Sir, my name is Jayesh Chudasama my courier consignment number is O991B1653215 which was sent from FARIDABAD (IMPERIAL AUTO INDUSTRIES) on 18. May. 2015. I didn't receive any courier yet. If I track the consignment, showing customer has received the consignment on But i have not received any courier from first flight. I had received the call of from delivery boy. I inform that give the courier at home or I would take it from your office. Now status shows delivered by Ankleshwar branch at 25.May.2015 but I haven’t received. They are very smart to create POD (Proof of Delivery) they had change the name and address of the courier and delivered to other unknown place. They are doing fraud activity of customer’s courier. I have inquire at first flight courier’s Ahmedabad office they told the courier is not in your name sorry. I think I should file a case against first flight courier for doing such fraud activity of customer’s important documents.

Consignment No. D991B4369342 was booked to First Flight Courier Ltd. on 12.6.2015, in Scindhia House, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi ( Mr. Manoj /Agent)) for delivery to Mumbai. The consignment reached Mumbai on morning of 15.6.2015. But till today on 25.6.2015, it has not been delivered to the addressed given. Right from 15.6.2015 to 25.6.2015, the reasons for pending has been mentioned as either " House locked" or "Office Closed". I do not understand why such silly excuses are being mentioned to cover up the failure to deliver the consignment when the contact no. of Recipient is mentioned in the Consignment. It is really funny why the recipient is not being contacted. If recipient had been contacted on 15.6.2015, the consignment could have been delivered as advised by the recipient. Such type of lack luster approach brings bad name and not conducive to do courier services. The matter may please be taken up strongly with Kurla Brachof First Flight in Mumbai so that the consignment is delivered today at any cost

Dear, This is my booking no. BUC 170955, this material collected on 21/06/2015 and this is till now not yet delivered. We had tried to track our shipment status in your Abu Dhabi office and they given Dubai no to track the shipment but nobody is responded our call. I had applied PAN card for my son on 12.05.2015 through online application. As per the status it was dispatched on 2nd June 2015, but till date I did not received the PAN card. Airway bill no is : B[protected]. Name:SHIVANG DHARMENDRA KATARA Status:Your PAN card has been dispatched on 02-Jun-2015 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 12-Jun-2015 (PAN) :DXQPK9075K pl. revert the status as on tracking is shows that it is transits. As per NSDL it was supposed to deliver by 12th June 2015.

Shipment not delivered Dear Sir, my name is Umesh Kumar my courier consignment number is C991Z2585913 I didn't receive any parcel yet If I track the consignment, showing customer has received the consignment on But i have not received any courier from first flight.it may be delivered to wrong address. first flight branch also visited but they are responding that the product have not reached yet. Pls track and revert me as soon as possible.

Unprofessional, irresponsible, horrible, one of the worst courier service on earth. A document was sent from Hyderbad for Guwahati on 21/05/15 with consignment no - A991B1789648. Its more than a month now but its yet to be delivered. When I tried to communicate the guwahati mobile listed on the website is simply not working. mailed them three times via their website but no response. Communicated with hyderabad office & they asked me to message the address again, which I did a week back but no response. On friday again communicated with hyderabad office & they said it will be delivered very next day but they turned out to be lire once again. Interestingly the document is not being returned to hyderabad & I have received materials in the same address several times before. So the address can not be insufficient. Its an important document & I needed it on urgent basis. I hope the documents are not lost somewhere since I have not received a single call from them regarding document. sir, my pan card has been delivered throught first flight couriers.my consignment number is B[protected] .the status in their website is showing that pan card had been delivered to me.but till now i didnt got my pan card.Their courier service didnt even made a phone call about delivery. So i want to know the current status of my pan card.they are not replying for my emails and they are not giving proper reply.their website is showing that my pan card has been reached vadalore hub and out for delivery.but i have already asked there and they have told that and its not there. so give me the details of where is currently my pan card. I had booked a parcel for deliver at PUNE on dated 17.6.15 from jaipur. The parcel received on dated 19.6.15 but parcel received in ooenn condition, some important documents has been missed. kindly take this matter seriously and give compensation. S C GUPTA [protected]

AWB No: M991Q0765623- Consignment not received and status showing as delivered. I had ordered for toys in First Cry and they had used first flight for delivering the product. While i tracked the product using AWB No status is shown as delivered on 18.6.15 but i had not received the product yet. How can they hand over the product to someother person whose name is not mentioned. I want the product to be delivered to me as early as possible.

To, The Concern, This is to inform you that one consignment no E[protected] which was booked from Kolkata to Guwahati on dated 10th Jun 2015. After several followup nothing is happen. Today delivery is happening through our person. if this is style of First flight then quickly service is closed for First Flight. First flight staff does not known their responsibility. in this connection we are taking very much pain with monetary loss. please clarify who will take the loss part...

hey, I had to receive a parcel from HYDERABAD branch with no- A991B1842563 which was dispatched on 6th june. It arrived at JABALPUR on 10th june. But your JABALPUR BRANCH people are so lousy that they didnt deliver the parcel to my address instead inactive employees stated that we weren't available at the home. Although my contact number was mentioned on the parcel, they should have informed me about my parcel.But no they didn't. When I called them at their office to enquire about my parcel, no one was picking up the phone instead they were rejecting my calls. When they finally received my call, they were blaming on one another. Everytime I Called at their office, new people would pick the call and everytime ask about the address, parcel number, etc (it was their way of wasting our crucial time). I had given them the parcel details to 10 new people 10 different time, and it has been more than 7 days, still I have not received my parcel. I am feeling indignant as a consumer and would like to register a complaint against the employees of First Flight Couriers Jabalpur Branch for their reckless, lousy behaviour. I had sent a courier with admission documents (I[protected]) to Delhi from Ludhiana on 12th. The malviya nagar Delhi office received it on 13 th itself. It is still undelivered. I have been requesting them to deliver it since yesterday, but they are just saying that they are short of staff.I have been telling them that they are very imp documents with a deadline but they don't care. And when I called in the morning today. I WAS THREATENED, and was told to just pick up the parcel and nothing will be done. Knowing very well that I was calling from out of town. I will have to make a police complaint if my documents are not delivered right away. Seeing their attitude I thought FIrst flight was a local company and not an international brand. SHOCKING!!!

WHEN I CALLED THE UR SVC CONCT NUMBER MENTIONED ON NET BUT ALL THE NUMBER S/O AND FINALLY CALLED THE CUSTOMER AFTER 5MNS BY SUMA ...SHE UNABLE TO GIVE THE PROPER REASON WHY SHPT RETURN BACK WITH SINGLE ATTEMPTED... SHE SAY UNABLE TO FIND THE ADDERS OR CONTACT NUMBER ON THE SHIPMENT SINCE THEY Doesn't HAVE SUCH FACILITY FOR THEM ... THIS IS THE WAY U SVC FOR CUSTOMER ??... FINALLY SHE CONFIRMED SHE WILL CALL BACK B4 1200HRS I ASKED TO TRANSFER THE LANE TO SR PERSON BUT SHE NOT READY TO DO THE SAME . Worst service ever. They have such a casual attitude totowards customers . Once you miss a delivery of an item, they behave as if you are getting paid by for the delivery of the item.. Fools. You keep following them for weeks together and they simply tell you to come and collect it. This is not the way to respond to customers.

Dear Sir/Team, Iam really unhappy with first flight courier services as I have faced a lot of problem from first flight services. my complaint against my parcel, which is not received by me. but status showing that parcel is delivered to unknown person Mr. Mohan Rao on 31st March, no person is there in my family with that name even I have mentioned my mobile number on cover but no executive had called me regarding my parcel and it is handed over to unknown person . it coasts a lot to me the same thing is been intimated to customer care service they simply said that it is delivered. u can raise a complaint through mail [protected]@firstflight.net, I have sent mail to them but no response I received the same tracking details that I can see in tracking status. but my complaint is that I did not received my parcel kindly check and deliver my parcel to me

Hi Team, My name is G. Ramesh and my consignment airway bill # is B[protected]. When I track this I found that it was delivered on 21st may 2015. And it is showing as receiver name as Kannan. My call received around 17:00 the delivery boy are saying in your document there is no proper address come and collect your consignment. I gone to the office which is saying address problem and every thing clear but they are not delivering after i realized the courier boy saying we are not deliver the place .
