The courier was sent from jamshedpur to Hyderabad with consignment number u[protected]. It contains my refund college fee cheque and it shows delivered on 5th june. The hyderabad office number is always busy and doesn't pick up. I am going to wait for 2 more days and complain to media that first flight is stealing money from couriers. Don't have any other option.I just have to make sure that i destroy your reputation enough that no one will ever use your service and get robbed like me

Hi, My CN number is B991Z2772271. I received message stating house was locked due to which i had to contact FF for resend schedule. I am staying in Mohali and the number which were provided by the sms are either switched off or not answering. [protected] [protected] When i tried calling Mumbai office to enquire, the lady shrug me off and gave me [protected]. None of your number are not responding.. My family had a very bad experience with your courier service. My sister had applied for a PAN card and it was supposed to be delivered by your courier service(Consign no b991q9803386); However you delivered to a wrong address. My sister never got a call before delivery. I checked online and found that you have delivered it to wrong address. There was no contact no nor the relationship available of the person to whom the parcel was delivered. I raised a complaint # 258743 by contacting your call center. I followed up for 10 days. The only response I got every time is that " we will deliver it tomorrow". Your "tomorrow" has not arrived till now. its almost a month since I raised a complaint. You have done a mistake; mistakes do happen. I have raised a complaint and you have still not acted on it. This is irresponsible and in-sensitiveness towards your customer.

I had applied for my sons pancard and he is 1.6yrs old.the airway bill no is B[protected].the person from first flight called me from this no[protected] on 10/06/2015.First he asked about address and then he asked me whether my son can sign or not.I said him he is 1.6years old and couldn't sign.then he told him why you have applied for his pan card.then he threatened not to deliver the pan card and used slang language to me, then disconnected the phone.this is the service rendered by first flight. I am worried about not getting the pan card.

Hi, This is Venkata Krishna Mudiganti from Hyderabad. There is a courier which has been sent through First Flight Couriers Ltd to me my ICICI Lombard with the Consignment No. B991Z2606158. When I track it is showing as delivered to Srikanth. If it is coming to me “Venkata Krishna Mudiganti” how can it be delivered to Srikanth. For the information, we don’t have anyone in our home called Srikanth. It would have been better to call me before handing over to a new person apart from the once mentioned on the courier. I have even called up the local First Flight courier services located in Chandanagar (040 –[protected], they said that they will talk to the delivery person who is an agent and update me. I have dropped multiple emails to '[protected]@firstflight.net' and '[protected]@firstflight.net' and 'ffcl - Jinal' but no update on the courier. I feel that the courier service is not taking the resposibility for the misplacement, which is very much concerning. There was some documents shipment made from Amritsar to Hyderabad on 28th May 2015. Courier Ref No is I[protected]. Its now a more than 10 days and still I have not received my courier. I tried calling Hyderabad customer care number but always getting those as busy.

Hi, This is VRK Murthy, belongs to Hyderabad Standard chartered bank couriered a Demand Draft, with consignment number F[protected], but I didn't received it in time, so I made a call to customer care, they simply told that in branch office didn't lift the phone. in the next day I again made a call at 11:00 AM (9th June 2015) and the same story repeated and asked my details like name and address. then I have made a call again at 01:38 PM, still they told me the same story and asked about my details again, so I asked them as why these details were asking repeatedly, then simply she behaved like below you can do any thing, if you want to raise a compliant then you can, I don't care like that she behave So here my suggestion is that first you should train your people how to behave and how to talk with customers, you are not doing any free service to the society if you want, listen the recorded audio of my conversation at your end, but please train them

Consignment No. B991B3566754 Dear Si/ Madam, Above Showing My Consignment No. that i was sending some important Document from Mumbai to Ahmadabad on 4th June, 2016 but still its not reached at the destination, all most week completed. what is this ?, do have any idea how much loss i am suffering from this ? They always inform teliphonically and customer had take their product at their office. They signed the delivery form by- self this very serious issue. Please take a suitable step for this. My consignment was delivered from Lucknow(Uttar Pradesh) to Hyderabad(Andhra Pradesh). It has 2 t-shirts in it, but when delivered the packet was torn off and further wrapped into a translucent poly bag of First Flight Courier.After receiving when i removed that poly bag internal yellow packet was tron off and is has only one t shirt in that. My friend send me a parcel from Bangalore to Chennai. It was suppose to be delivered on 30th May 2015. But it was taken back to hub saying that no person available for delivery and mobile no. not mentioned. It is not mobile no was mentioned in the parcel. I got my parcel again on 2nd june by raising a complaint. But it was damanged . Delivery man said rat spoiled the parcel.. Cant believe how can be so irresposible...by seeing this kind of problem how can we trust a courier services and send important documents. First Flight Courier's Bhayandar authority is not willing to deliver my Consignment No : B991Z2701842 at my door. They are saying their courier boy was reached at home but no body was there to receive the courier. Where as there is no proof that any body was went to my home. Now concerned person is asking me to collect the it from thier office.

The courier which Ii suppose to get three days earlier, I got in 7 days and is dus to the fact that courier guy don't dare to call on reaching the target.this is absolutely ridiculous. I am talking about Courier office which is in Mumbai, Powai Plaza, More importantly, the courier gay said, he didn't get any money support for the phone call from the company, this itself is very astonishing. At least this is the last time I have used this first flight courier and not any more and even whoever comes in my way I will prevent that person o[censored]sing this worst facility. .

This has reference to consignment with tracking number U991B0013523 sent by the Shopclues vendor from Ranchi on 12 May 2015 to my address in Bangalore. Till date, I have not received the consignment. On calling First Flight branches in Kanakapura Road and Kormangala, umpteen number of times in the last one week, it was informed that they were not aware where the consignment is. The FF Thanisandra Hub mentioned that the consignment was sent to FF Kormangala and FF Kormangala branch mentioned that they have not received the same. Please check and revert. Complaint number provided by Mr Asad at Customer Service on[protected] is 259088 This has been a very poor service by First Flight and such a courier company would never be recommended in my life-time to anyone.

BUT THE PERFORMANCE IS NO WHERE TO BE MATCHED. CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THREE TIMES AND NO BODY IS THERE TO PICK CALLS. FIRST FLIGHT IS NOT A DEPENDABLE COMPANY FOR ANY COURIER DEALS. FIRST FLIGHT DO NOT KEEP DELIVERY SCHEDULES. FIRST FLIGHT DO NOT LET THE CONSIGNOR OR CONSIGNEE KNOW IS THERE IS A DELAY. FIRST FLIGHT IS AN IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY.

None of the telephone numbers work...[protected] Tried calling this number, the person picks up the phone and then disconnects it immediately. Tried to call at least 20 times today. Delivery boy does not know the address, he says I dont know Bangalore and is new, Also says that my shift gets over by noon so I cannot deliver it today, So please go to the office and collect it at 9:30pm when the van will go back... Duh... wtf ??? Never use First Flight Couriers ...

My consignment was dispatched on May 22, 2015 (Friday) from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India for Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is understandable that the courier might not have been received in the Bhopal on the next day. But, as of today May 25, 2015 (Monday), 5:00pm IST the courier hasn't been delivered. It contains very important documents to be delivered to my attorney today for further process, but mostly government attorney offices close by 5pm. I have tried calling first flight bhopal office multiple times, only been able to talk to a person named Aziz, a couple of times. He was ignorant of the fact that the courier should be delivered at the earliest time. He blames me for not informing him early morning to make him known the fact that the packet should be delivered the earliest. Moreover, when asked about the contact of the person incharge of delivering the packet, he boldly states that that person does not carry a cellphone and hence, cannot be contacted. I should wait. When I lost my patience upon waiting all day for my packet, which technically should be delivered soonest, he started yelling and shouting and arguing on phone with me saying if you want to complain, go ahead! I am really dissatisfied with FIRST FLIGHT service and I will always recommend people to not go for this courier. I will go to consumers court if my packet is not delivered the earliest as this will prove a great deal of hiatus for my business and future activity!
