I ordered for 8 dupattas from a vendor in patiala whixh was delivered to my via first flight weighing 4 kg. I recd the parcel yesterday in which my 2 dupattas was missing and the weight came out to be 3kg... after checking the parcel packing fully I found out from side it was cut to steal the pcs and then proper celotape o[censored]r company was affixed on it...so as to show the parcel fully packed. Tracking no. Of the parcel is [protected]. I hav also clicked the pic of the tampering of the parcel and affixing o[censored]r company celotape on sides

My consignment PAN CARD has been dispatched through FFCL courier from Mumbai by Income Tax Pan services unit on the 21st May 2013 to be delivered to my address at Chennai The status as on 23rd is in Transit although I understand the deliver from Mumbai to Chennai takes only one day. The Customer Service when contacted was unable to provide any information and were giving the same information as was available in the Tracking system. Dear First Flight, This is first time I have Taken your services but also the last time. I had sent this consignment on 19th May, Tuesday and specifically told your executive to courier it only when you can deliver it on Thursday. He assured me for the same but You faild to keep your words. This consignment is still not delivered to the recipient. Now I will never recommend your services to anyone. I am Ilakiya from chidambaram. I have applied PAN card on 16th April, 2015 (Acknowledgement Number: [protected]). I have tried to track my application status. But it shows like PAN in transaction. I have not received PAN card within 7-10 days through FFCL courier service. I need it urgently. My AWB no B[protected]. I need to register this complaint. Please do needful favour as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I was supposed to get a parcel from First Flight Courier Service at least a 7 days back but just got the parcel today (22/05/15). According to the sender, he filled the parcel with 4 half kg Cashew nuts but when I opened the parcel it was just 1 half kg packet and an opened packet. Cashews from the opened packet were spilled and the parcel was also in half opened condition. The guy who delivered the parcel was not ethical at all and his language was rude. I had booked a document delivery from First Flight Couriers on 15/5/2015. This delivery was from Bhayander East to Andheri West. THis means this delivery was within |Mumbai. (My consignment no. is B991B3520496) As 15/5/2015 was Friday, we expected the delivery to be delayed till Monday in case saturday & sunday is not possible. But the courier was not delivered on Monday also. When we contacted their central customer service, we were given the no. of Mr. Bhasker who was in-charge of D.N.Nagar Br. On speaaking to him, we were informed he had shortage of staff hence he cant deliver it. He did not have the manners to inform us about the delay and on top of it, he was adamant that he will not be able to return or deliver it as he has no time. When we contacted him on Monday evening his cellwas switched off. On tuesday also, his cell was switchhed off when we contacted him innumerable times. When we contacted the central customer service, a girl named Shweta attended us and said she will try to track the courier and send it across in a day. Today its Thursday, the parcel is stilll not delivered. I have been contacting Shweta continuously but now she is also not taking my calls, The parcel has some documents has some time barred documents which needs to be sent bya certain due date. i am terribly disgusted with the courier co.as neither are they delivering my document nor are they returning it back to me so that I can do something about it.

One of my consignments from HDFC bank was not delivered although your website says that consignment is delivered successfully. Consignment # C[protected] It was mentioned that the consignment delivered to a person called Saravana. First of all, 1. I didn't receive any call from the courier person. 2. I spoke customer care and they claim that the courier might have went to bank directly. But as per the bank, the consignment has been sent to my residential address only. 3. How do i get my consignment back now? I would like to lodge a complaint on Firstflight in this regard since those documents are very important.

I have send / couriered a domestic package to Jaipur from Kolkatta. It was marked " Urgent ". I have sent the package from Salt Lake, Kolkatta office of First Flight Courier to be delivered in Jaipur ( proper city i.e Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur ) on 11 May 2015 ( Monday ). Sir, On 29, 4.15 Doc No F[protected] parcel was booked at your Bangalore office. On 7.5.15 I have enquired your office and made oral complaint also. But till date the parcel not reached to our delivery address at New Delhi. Every day as per our follow up customer care executives giving the information parcel will deliver with in 24 hours. My consignment no M991M0389307 was dispatched from Pune and arrived at Jammu on 6th May 2015 (as per the tracker). The consignment as of date remains undelivered. I have not even received any calls from the courier service to have the package picked up. The service is so lousy and non responsive that the office number is never responded to. The consignment lies undelivered as on date. Please help resolve the issue.

Dear Sir/Madam, Sorry to say that my experience with First Flight is worse. I had couriered a DD dated 07.05.2015 to Hyderabad which is not yet received by the party. When I'm trying to track it through the Consignment number, the status is not yet updated. What a kind of service is this?? No one at your office is taking an initiative to trace the document. hello ... i have applied pan card on two months bebefore .. the delivery date is given in the official network that is april 21, .. but still i dint receive tat.. no one is answering my call.. but someone attnd the call from karaikkudi office .. he said apply for the new one... but ur card is here only.. but we dont have postman to send ur card... i dont know what is happening

Courier was sent to me on 08-Apr-2015 from Jeypore, Odisha and the consignment reached here at Hyderabad on 14-Apr-2015, but still no trace of my consignment and if at all i call[protected] they assuree will get back to me soon, but no response and now they have stopped recieving my calls.
