My PAN reached their office 4 days back on May 5th, 2015 but they didn't even tried to deliver it until now. I went to their office(in Isukhathota, Visakhapatnam), that guy asked for delivery charges. Had a little fight with that guy but finally he gave PAN card. But thats a shame on their part. Since its PAN card and the sender is a Govt office these guys are not accountable to deliver it. thanks, Jayaram.

      First flight stated that PAN card has been delivered on 17-Nov-2013 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B991Q2446174, which never reached my home in shillong.and none of the correspondence from the regional or head office for progress of the search has even updated the status.

        This is to bring to your notice that i have not received the above courier dt. 14th April 2015 which was sent through First Flight Courier services from Mumbai to Lonavala. The Consignment No.B991Q9572347. Almost 23 days passed but still my courier is not received till date. I have tried calling first flight branches in Mumbai & Lonavala several times however i was not given proper feedback about my courier. The courier was travelling from Mumbai to Lonavala(Pune). I am requesting you to please look in to this matter because courier packet was containing PAN Card sent by NSDL.

          With reff. to My Docket no. J991M2887673 is not delivered at my Chandigarh address Flat No 3436 49 D, Chandigarh. Courier guy did not called up for confirmation from customer and took the courier back to his office Plot no 112 A, Ramdarbar Chandigarh (First Flight Courier Office). I have been visiting that office for last 2 days but my courier not tracked yet...and kind of service i am provided is pathetic.             Dear Sir, I have been using first flight courier services regularly but suddenly I have come across a disappointment that one of my dox (consignment no J991M2644767) which was dispatched from Ghazipur pincode 233001(Uttar Pradesh ) on 18/04/2015 l to be delivered in ghodasar Ahemadabad to Mr Vivek kumar srivastav. The parcel has reached Ahmadabad on 21st April since then neither it has been delivered nor any information as been updated on your tracking site.(see the attachment) It also can't be traced at your concerned office in Ahmadabad.. They say that its shown in the list but the parcel has not came here. You are requested to deliver my parcel at the place destined or I will have to take a legal action against your company.               Hi team, I am Indirani. This is the third time i am facing this issue in first flight...My place is 25km away from udumalpet. Staff contact deatails: [protected] Place : First filight couriers, Udumalpet After getting a phone call (by 2.00 pm noon) about my courier is reached udumalpet courier office.. My dad travelled 25km from my place to receive the same. They informed me like till 6 p.m the office will be operative.Once my dad reached office by 4.45 p.m.. He found the office been closed and on call the staff informed him to receive tomorrow. And they also switched off the mobile and no more reachable. I[censored] guys cant deliver it to my place.. Please do inform the people like this is the place where we cant reach and cant be dispatched. so that we can use some other service. Kindly dont accept such couriers. If you accept it please take some responsibility to dispatch the same.Dont play with peoples matter.

                Docket No. B[protected] dated 17.12.14. a consignment Couriered from ICICI Mumbai through First Flight Courier consisting 20 Nos of Physical Share Certificates to me. But the delivery was not done to me so far. After making a lot of enquiries & follow-ups, they sent me scanned acknowledgement with Phone No. and without date, which was a false receipt & does not belongs to me. Even the receivers Phone No.[protected] does not exist. The same thing was informed to below mentioned First Flight Courier authorities of Hyderabad.                   Dear First Flight We had booked one parcel to be sentfrom Pune to Ahmednagar on 24th April. Courier Booking Number isM[protected] We had given full address of thereceiver along with Near-By LandMark and Mobile Number in case of Contact to bemade. But even after 30th Aprilwhen receiver didn't receive parcel we checked it on your website trackingsystem from which came to know that parcel is pending due to insufficientaddress. Then we tried to contact FirstFlight Office at Ahmednagar, We came to know that actually they know theaddress but they have misplaced parcel somewhere and will call us back assoon as they find it. As we didn't get any reply fromthem till 2nd May we called again. That time we were told that they have foundthe parcel and will be delivered to us till Evening of the 2nd May. But again to our surprise it wasn'tdelivered on that day. As it was Sunday on 3rd May when wecontacted on 4th May to FirstFlight Office, we were told by call attendantshamelessly that we will on our own have to come to their office to collect theparcel. Your Tracking System shows thatparcel was delivered on 02th May but in fact it was delivered on 4thMay. Actully not delivered but collected by us. It shows how poor service is ofFirstFlight. We request you to please take action against the erringpersons. Or otherwise FirstFlight will go on losing business to rivals due topoor and fake service.

Also your tracking system is wrongly showing remark as "Party Shifted", which is completely untrue. Also, I understand that the envelope is not even sent back to the sender.                             Hi, One courier sent by axis bank thoraipakkam Chennai to my home address in Banswara (Rajasthan) on 8th april . But due to non service it is return back to chennai on 21th april . now i want to know why this much time has been taken to return. that courier came back to chennai but still not return to bank . from last 5 days i am calling to chennai Customer service they are saying it is kept on hold on perungudi ( chennai) due to lack of man power. man power is not my issue . from last 5 days they are saying today end of day or before 6: 30 PM they will return back to bank . even they are not talking properly, many time simply they cut the call. now tell me this is the process ? that courier is very important to me . even my famaily member came to chennai but still courier not came . so what can i do ?? any how i want that courier tomorrow before 11 AM .                               A courier was sent through your courier service on 22/4/2015. on your tracking system it is show as Delivered on 23/4/2015 But actually it is not delivered on the given address.

                              I have checked at my office reception & also checked the entry register.

                              I have tried to contact them many times but either phone is switched off or no one is picking the phone.

                                    I am Colonel DP Sinha. I booked an important document for my son Captain Amaresh Sinha via courier in First Flight vide consignment No J991M2721861 from Lucknow to Mundra, Gujrat on 17 Apr 2015. My son has been regularly tracking the courier. Firstly why was it despatched on 19 Apr after a lapse of two days? Secondly, it showed in transit for 6 days- you people were despatching it in a bullock cart. On 7th day ie 24 Apr onwards it has started showing that it has been returned to the originator. I am yet to receive it back. Besides loss of money, it has caused us avoidable harrasment & precious loss of time. Now please let me know as to how do I get my docus back. Whom do I contact. Your IVR etc are hopelessly horrendous. Pl suggest some practical method to get my original document back

An Ordinary Parcel sent through the Ordinary Red PostBox would have reached Bombay long ago. Five days are sufficient for Last Flight!! Third Class Courier does not employ proper staff to answer customers. I called on[protected] at 1745 hrs and asked him about my consignment no. O991Q1133392. He heard me and disconnected the phone. Jiva Ayurveda Store is advised not to patronise First Flight Couriers for its logistics. Jiva will earn a bad name unnecessarily because of the unprofessional service of First Flight. I do not place any hope of receiving the courier. I will not call nor will I waste time. My money is gone down the drain. Tank you very much,
