They Took money for delivery of a courier from Delhi to Mumbai in one day but took 3 days to deliver the same. This issue with courier services are increasing day by day and they should be penalized for the same in order to get them disciplined.

This is regarding consignment number A991B1670921.
When checked from online tracker the status of consignment is showing as out for delivery.
We didn't courier on this day which consist of some important documents which I need to submit to my employer.
Trying to reach over customer care numbers Ph:[protected] / 39444444 both are not functioning.
Can you please let us know the status of my courier, it was posted as a speed post.

This consignment was addressed to me, but the status showing insufficient address, I don't know how the address is insufficient as I had earlier deliver to the same address from others company. Is this the New methods of delaying the consignment by showing up the excuse of insufficient address or its way to make the customer harass. If I can't my consignment which is important to me, I can take your company to court which is very legal. Looks in this matter and do the need full thing. And please mention the duration the matter will be solved, if not future action can turn for legal procedures in court.

I booked a courier thru First flight on TOP MOST URGENT basis from hyd to Chennai and to my horror, its delivered at the wrong address somewhr in hyderabad. ??? In the consigment copy the consignee address is mentioned as chennai, how did they deliver it in the wrong place and whre did they deliver?? THose people who picked the courier dont bother to answer about it. Even the customer service numbers are BIG waste. no one can reach these numbers. IS there any responsibility in this service? every one seem to be useless? who will pay me back the loss? and send it to the the right address?? its already delayed by 2 days.

I have booked this consignment from Bangalore (Biocon corporate office) on 13th April for Coimbatore with tracking no F991M0158330. As per the FF tracking page it reached on Coimbatore branch office on 17th April and subsequently went for delivery and after that it showing "Pending - Branch Misroute". I have contact 100s of time to coimbatore branch office as well as local courier centre. They are explaining me that there is a misrouting of parcel due to change of Branch. Nobody is giving a proper explanation and confirmation of delivery timeline. Firstflight is being a international courier, don't have any centralise customer care or complaint forum. My request to find out the exact location of courier parcel and exact delivery date. this is in regard with the above mentioned courier no. which was shipped for dibrugarh on 13 Apr 15 and is not yet received at consignee end till date after more than a week had passed, , , , moreover the tracking panel of the company has not been updated after 14 Apr 15 which further leads to disbelief against the company in customer's mind, , , further contacting to agents employed under the STC LUCKNOW branch of first flight courier service goes in vain becoz the response given by them gives the bad impression of their professionalism and the reputation of the company, , , , concluding with the hope that proper action will be initiated while tracking the courier, filtering the procedure and enhancing the professionalism of the team...

This is regarding the courier ref. no. D991Q358069. I have called on first flight customer care number, the phone number given by customer care multiple times but I didn't get any help. The product was supposed to reach me one week ago but after continuous follow up also, I have not received the courier yet. Kindly look into it and take necessary action. My company Vishal Engineering Enterprises had asked Mr. BS Ghogare from First flight courier services in Bhosari, Pune having Mobile no. +91 [protected] to pick up a parcel from my comapny for express courier to chennai as it was very important. But No one showed up to pick up the parcel till late night. When asked for the reason to Mr. Ghogare he said there was no 1 in the my company, knowing that my comapny is working 365 days 24*7. My company suffered a very big loss because of that. In the reply Mr. Ghogare is saying that my company is not giving him a big business so I will get service like this only. This is not the way to work in the service industry. I request you to take strict action against this, as my company has been suffered a huge loss because of this.

Dear Sir, My Icici lombard health policy with AWB no. B991Q9479771 has been dispatched on 10.4.2015 but not delivered to me till date. However, while tracking the AWB no. it is showing as delivered. I established contact on mobile no. [protected] (local first flight person). But he is not responding.

I had sent the trolley school bag to Hyderabad through Consignment No. D[protected] on 9.4.2015 and the same was delivered on 13.4.2015. The packet delivered was torn from the ends and the bag was torn and plastic attachments were broken. The recipient shared the pictures of the same with me that I have sent to the courier company. yet the attitude of the staff at First Flight is very casual towards it. I am really disappointed with the services and overall experience of handling the customer grievance, that too when we have corporate tie up with them.. Not at all recommended for future!

This is with regard my Consignment Number :F[protected] I just had the worst experience sending something expensive through this first flight courier service.My kent purifier worth Rs. 8500 was stolen before reaching to my home .I sent it from BTM Bangalore to Giridih, Jharkhand. I sent it seal packed to my home, but when my father checked it after receiving it was too light, as if nothing is inside.When checked it was filled with polybags.And kent purifier was not there. This is more than a big shame, as we trust you courier companies and in return what we get, after spending 1500 Rs in sending that consignment all my money is gone now. The Courier was sent from Moradabad (UP) to Bangalore (Karnataka) on 7th April, 2015 but it is not received by the intended receiver on whose name the courier was sent. While tracking the Courier by its Consignment no. J991M2516310, it shows that courier was received by some "Subhankar" on 9th April, 2015, who is not the intended receiver. Hi I am Tapas from Bhubaneswar. Yesterday(13th April 2015) I recieved a courier from First Flight which had my Insurance papers. The courier personnel behaved very badly with me over phone and refused to deliver the package at my home. He called me up near my home and asked me to come and recieve it.When I came down there was no one there. When I called him up to ask if he left, he said that he did not have time to deliver my courier and wait for me to come dowm to recieve it.I called the First Flight Office and they arranged the delivery of the package to my office through the same personnel. Once he was in my office, I asked him regarding his bad behaviour.He then started shouting in my office and used bad language and called me names. This was very unfortunate and I felt very bad, as it was my office. Courier Personnel Name: K. C. Hi, I am Tapas from Bhubaneswar. I received my Courier on 13 April 2015. I recieved some important documents relate to my insurance. The Courier Personnel name was K. C. Sahoo. He works in the First Flight office in "Mahani Complex, District Center, Chandrasekharpur Branch, Bhubaneswar. He came near my house and called me. When I came to see if he was there, he wasnt there. He said that he was busy and could not wait for me to come down, and so he left. I called him after sometime to deliver the parcel to me in office. He came to my office at aroung 5 pm and started shouting on me that I wasted his time etc.He used very bad language and shouted at me in my office.The guards came to my help and pulled him off. I would like First Flight to take serious actions against this person.
