They Took money for delivery of a courier from Delhi to Mumbai in one day but took 3 days to deliver the same. This issue with courier services are increasing day by day and they should be penalized for the same in order to get them disciplined....

When checked from online tracker the status of consignment is showing as out for delivery.
We didn't courier on this day which consist of some important documents which I need to submit to my employer.

This consignment was addressed to me, but the status showing insufficient address, I don't know how the address is insufficient as I had earlier deliver to the same address from others company. Is this the New methods of delaying the consignment by showing up the excuse of insufficient address or its way to make the customer harass. I booked a courier thru First flight on TOP MOST URGENT basis from hyd to Chennai and to my horror, its delivered at the wrong address somewhr in hyderabad. ???
