Dear All,
We have not recd. any information from you since last 6 days after our reminder and we have try to contact with Mr. Avijit Sil for this matter but his mobile is not responding.

So in this case, we will suit in the court level for not giving service to the customer and we are sending this recorded to Information to MD level of First Flight courier and advise him to take strong action against Mr. Avijit Sil and shacked him immediately for not taking our mobile and not answering our call for the subject matter.

As per your system is saying that after Booking it was taken period of 7 days max. time. Now if you delivered the parcel after a lapse of 12 days in that case pl. advise to refund the amount as per policy of First Flight courier.

If you can delivered the parcel after a lapse of 12 to 15 days and more then why should I book the parcel to you by giving more money in comparison with others.

Why customer is giving more price to First flight because of dely. Will be taken place at an appropriate time but you are failed to do. Hence we demand our amount Rs.1445/- in Total which was paid to your franchise for not dely. the parcel in time which was incur so many loss to my company and my customer at all which was not justified at any level.

We want the justification reply from Mr. Radha Krishanan of your corporate office for the subject matter and we hope that he can justified the same in business point of view and Refund our money Rs.1445/- for a total of 4 consignments which was paid.

This is very serious issue which cannot be tolerate as reputed courier.

AWB#C991Q1919174 the delivery executive did not deliver the credit card however the same was returned to HDFC due to wrong address. I came to know about this only when I contacted HDFC after waiting for the same. Your executive did not contact me on my contact No which was mentioned on the envelop. I check the status on your website only to know that my credit card was not delivered nor the executive called me. He simply returned the credit card to HDFC. Due to your mistake I have to wait for another 7-15 days for my credit card to be delivered. Hope this time HDFC will not send through you because your service is unprofessional. This Is pradeep from Vijayawada, 4th Aug-14 One of the important Documents Courier to Hyderabad To vijayawda but its with out delivery send it back., Who is the responsible person may i know. I booked a letter addressed to Sasanka Sekhar Guha, 28, Kalpana Chawla Sarani, PO - Bhaktinagar, Dist - Jalpaiguri, Pin- 734007 on 05/08/2014 with an amount of Rs. 80/-. The same has not yet been delivered. The envelope contains important document (3 pages) which was required to be despatched with 2-3 working days. I was ensured of the delivery within stipulated time period. It is 20th August, still avwaiting the letter. This kind of service is not expected from first flight. Please take necessary action against against the persons responsible for this.

MY consigment number is B991B1646899. Iam working at ascendas it park chennai. I found the status as "Refused at security gate." Through customer care I somehow got to know the location where it is pending and i called up the person and he is behaving very rude. I asked him you could have called me so that i would have came outside to collect it but he says we can not call you and inform to get the product.That too he has tried twice it seems within 3 days time. When i asked him he says sir we cant deliver/call you and product will be returned. I am really dissappointed the way he speaks to me and the way courier works.

This is k.venkatesh, alloted Consignment Number:C[protected]. i experienced the worst service from firstflight couriers. employee named madhavi has called on 13 aug 2014 at 5.20 pm, saying that my courier has been returned to their begumpet branch. its happened coz the adress mentioned on courier was my office adress.. i left that company last 2 years. even the delivery boy hasnt called me when he faced so.. so i said to madhavi that pls send courier to malakpet branch so that i can pick it up. she said ok sir we will do it. from that next day daily am calling her she is nt at all responding and today i, e on 18 aug 2014 she is saying that we dont know where it is. am struggling from past 8 days with this issue..so pls do needful.

I had ordered a 16 PC suits catalog from Ayesha export chennai through online. But unfortunately I had received 13 Pieces. The courier was delivered on 14 of August through first flight, I want to open it infringe of the delivery boy but he argues not to open it in front of him as he is not responsible for it . I have shipped a luggage from Mississauga, CA going to Chandigarh Punjab . It contained my kids clothes and some pair of shoes.I dropped the baggage at their location . Next day lady named RAjsree called me and said they need to verify the contents of my baggage and asked me for pass code for the lock. I was surprised why wont the tell me this when i was dropped tha baggage at their location. she said oh sorry we were busy and forgot . Anyway i was not in the town and i gave them the number to open the lock and verify .
When my family received the baggage they found some shoes and all the new clothes for my son ( 3 jackets and 3 shirts ) were missing and baggage looked like complete mess. All the stuff was upside down. I was so disappointed and shocked that how come somebody can steal so much stuff out of a packed luggage.
I went to their office and i was told people in India do this often. Its not their fault .
I dont know who to go to but these ppl need to be held responsible for any complaints.

I have posted a courier from a First Flight center in Erandwane near Sharada Centre, Pune. This was posted on 11th August 2014, Monday. The destination address was in Mangalore. I wanted this to reach as soon as possible since it contained very important documents. The courier guy ensured that it will reach the very next day but I will have to pay extra. I was charged Rs. 140/- for this. Today is 14th August 2014, Thursday and the courier is still not delivered. Your website does not show the correct status. The status on SMS is showing “In Transit”, since Tuesday. I called up the courier guy from Erandwane, Pune on his cellphone([protected]). He asked me to check online and after questioning him several times he was rude and said “Why did you post it with us then?”. I called up the main centre in Pune on [protected]. The guy told me yesterday that it was on the way and will be delivered with 2-3hours. This was yesterday morning(13th August 2014, Wednesday). It was already a day late and today morning it had still not reached the destination. Now when I call up on this number again no one is responding to the call. The documents are very important and had to be in Mangalore the very next day they were posted. The behavior and professionalism of FF people is completely unexpected and I regret posting it through FF. I have ordered a shoe from a shopping India online and this first flight took responsibility to take delivery it has reported on the date 2 of Aug it need to deliver the package but still it hasn't arrived at but they mentioned in the site that payment has not done when I asked to watch man he said they haven't visited into my collage gate I don't know even found any kind of response from them to my compliant I have no idea what kind of site is that such an irresponsible site is that

I mean seriously, any given number of yours is not working or no one responds either its mumbai delhi gurgaon or so called customer care whatever you try no one responds.I didnt get the parcel even in 9 days...what...you are there to eat up people things...and we cant even complain or enquire..such a thief...

I am the resident of Hassan(573201), Karnataka. I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of first flight couriers. First flight couriers was providing very good service but now they are ordering me come and collect the products from their office. If you can’t deliver the products to our home, then why the hell do you take the dealership..? Go home and take rest. This is not the first time it’s happening. I am very much disappointed with your arrogance. It’s been more than 4 days after arriving my ordered products to your office. If you can’t deliver the products inside the city within 2 days, then what can u achieve. I think you need to take serious actions on your office members in my city. This is a big loop hole to your development. I hope you understand my feelings and take strict actions. Thank you.

Date of Booking Shipment from delhi is 2.08.2014 and the shipment is to be delivered in Delhi itself. it hardly takes one day for delivery within the city. But my shipment is not delivered to me even after one week from the date of booking. my shipment is at your kalka ji office from three days and they are not delivering it to me at my address. even after calling to them a 20 times in a day. they are not responding. and always saying your shipment is delivered by tomorrow positively, but there tomorrow is not comming please do something. There is a FFC(first flight courier) in our area barauni (pin-851112) but it is weakly connected to our district situated branch in begusarai(pin-851101). FFC begusarai branch does not give any parcel to this area.they tell my area's customers to come and receive from begusarai branch FFC.
sir, i do online shoping every now and then and 90% of their products come from FFC. i get very trouble to get it.we can not even contact to them because any contact no of their does not work, its very frustating as customer.

sir please tell begusarai FFC to give parcels to our area FFC. so that i got my online shoping product as easily as other courier gives services in our area.

my current parcel awb no-D[protected] which is reach at begusarai FFC at 15 july but even after 25 days.they do not pass it to barauni (pin-851112) FFC.

With reference to the consignment number E[protected] being dispatched from Kolkata on 1st to Ranchi, I would like to mention that the remarks mentioned is "No one at Home'. This has been a regular practice of Ranchi office to update status without any attempt. My mother is always at home and still the remark. Today is 7th August, and I am still awaiting the document Very sorry to learn this from one of the repueted courier service company. However, can't do much about it as this is a prepaid item, so you people will never do anything to solve the services

However the documents did not reach the correct address and person. On tracking the courier t is found that it was delivered to one VINSHI who is not a resident of this address. I go to first flight Couriers off. budaun u p 243601 and query for rate of Couriers.after some time i go to for the booking of Couriers at the time 5.10p.m. date 06.08.2014. manger says your Couriers are no book because after some time u will come in my off.and not book the Couriers . so your Couriers are not book.i am not satisfied the behaviour of manager.

Consignment No. C991B0682956 booked on 31st July was not delivered at its designated address. Online status shows DELIVERED on 4th Aug with no details of the person who received the package. I had called on 4th Aug to enquire the status. Customer care lady said package will fly to Guwahati tonight. Then how on earth could it be delivered on 4th Aug ! Now my package worth Rs. 2175 is missing!
