I am the resident of Hassan(573201), Karnataka. I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of first flight couriers. First flight couriers was providing very good service but now they are ordering me come and collect the products from their office. If you can’t deliver the products to our home, then why the hell do you take the dealership..? Go home and take rest. This is not the first time it’s happening. I am very much disappointed...

Date of Booking Shipment from delhi is 2.08.2014 and the shipment is to be delivered in Delhi itself. it hardly takes one day for delivery within the city. There is a FFC(first flight courier) in our area barauni (pin-851112) but it is weakly connected to our district situated branch in begusarai(pin-851101). FFC begusarai branch does not give any parcel to this area.they tell my area's customers to come and receive from begusarai branch FFC.

I had called on 4th Aug to enquire the status. Customer care lady said package will fly to Guwahati tonight. Then how on earth could it be delivered on 4th Aug ! Now my package worth Rs. 2175 is missing!...
