This is regarding a courier from HDFC bank Courier Number - B991Q8462237 & B991Q8216071 Status Shows delivered but we have not received any courier and one more courier as "Pending-NO SUCH CONSIGNEE AT GIVEN ADDRESS" When I called them no good response. The Worst Courier service provider its not First Flight it is the Worst Flight.

    Consignment Number B[protected], Booking Date 6-May-2014Origin Mumbai Destination Gwalior And as per status by your web site consignment has been delivered to receiver, but no any consignment has been received by me.so please give the real position of consignment.and as per discuss with local courier boy he told he dropped consignment in the door, but no any formalities for receiving done by him, and it is accepted by him he wrote receiver name in the receiving sheet as per name written in consignment .

      Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a battery from ebay india which was shipped to my address by the seller through your courier with awb no. B25908721, at mentioned address for myself (ARUN SAXENA) but neither your courier office nor courier boy contacted me.On 03/05/2014 a call from no.[protected] from ffcl rudrapur was received informing that they were reverting the courier as courier boy was unable to deliver.Since address mentioned in courier is of a manufacturing unit and it is opened from 07:00 in morning till 00:30 night and I have received so many couriers at this address. Again seller dispatched the same item which (was reverted back from your ffcl rudrapur) on 05/04/2014 with new awb no.B25906583. When I contacted at your ffcl rudrapur office, by going there at 6:00 pm no one was giving satisfactorily answer neither they were unable to spot my courier nor they were behaving satisfactorily even your branch manager. So it is requested to you look into the matter as courier is not delivered to me neither they had handed over to me yesterday nor delivered at given address till 10/05/2014 12:30 pm. If this time I will not get the courier delivered then It will be your responsibility.

Reaching out to your office for assistance, the lady on phone is just disconnecting and finally switched off the number. Can I please get a status update asap.         Hi,

        I demanded for a service from First Flight which was dispatched from New Delhi on Sept. 25th and was supposed to reach Bangalore, Consignment No.: D991B2351814. I was eagerly waiting for this parcel to arrive. If the company can't value the sentiments attached and commitment made to the customer, they should at least acknowledge the person concerned regarding the reason of delay. I even talked with a Customer Service Rep. who guaranteed the delivery to take place on Sept. 27th itself. I have had the worst experience with the company and i will take this responsibility to strongly recommend and enlighten my known ones not to avail the service in future.
        This happened with their consignment No: F991Q0680593. The product reached chennai on 16-Oct-2014. The item was booked on 15-Oct-2014. My address given was also correct.On 16 when i checked i saw the status was "Insufficient Address". The address which i have given was my office address and with no other couriers i faced such an issue.I called them up the next day. This office was just 5 mins ahead of my office.I called them for an entire day, no one picked up the call. I called the customer care and they were also trying the person in Ramapuram branch of First flight picked up the call when the customer representative tried like many times. The product was supposed to be gifted to a person who was leaving chennai that day.Still i had the hope that i'll get the product. I talked to the manager(dont remember her name-a manager from Chennai ). SHe promised me i'll get the product on Saturday(18-Oct, 2014). But i was cheated again. No one even called me up regarding that.Now when i check the status the status is being changed to "DUE TO BAD WEATHER". The service is good for nothing and also the attitude of the entire management. Such lame reasons they were telling when i was speaking to them regarding the consignment.

          my consignment no is F[protected] and i registered it on 4th may night from one dealer of first flight. and my parcel is dispatched from the origin on 7th may. Such an useless service my parcel was an urgent one which had to deliver on Thursday. Just because of your such bad service my parcel will reach late.. i will never recommend first flight to any one in future. Such a filthy service you have. i should take this to consumer forum.. i really don't know where was my parcel from 4th to 7th may.

            I had ordered a product from myntra.com on the 10th of april and I still have not received it, its been more than a month. Today when I contacted the first flight courier office here in Kochi, I see that they have a huge heap of pending deliveries from more than a month. On inquiring about my product they told me that they sent it back yesterday without even attempting to deliver or contact me. Such an irresponsible and lazy attitude cant be taken lightly.

                This is with reference to consignment- C[protected].It has been 8 days but I didn't get the parcel. Neither I got any call from this company. Without trying to contact they have updated status as "BRANCH MISROUTE" and "WRONG ADDRESS". I tried to reach customer care but after 6th attempt I am able to reach. The customer care representative will receive your call after 20 minutes not before that. Finally in 6th attempt i was able to talk with the representative and gave my address again. Now the status is changed to Pending-PARTY NOT AVAILABLE. Customer service of this company is worst as compare to other competitors.

                    My consingment no is bu0167641. i have send a courier from jamshedpur to agartala through first flight courier on 29th march 2014 but till now neither my courier has been delivered nor it has been returned to me. From 20 days continous i am getting a fake response that tomorrrow i'll get my courier back. Very bad company i've ever seen in my life. my contact no [protected].

                      This is with reference to consignment number E991B0255246 booked on 16th April from Kolkata. I have still not received the consignment after numerous calls to their customer service representatives. On the 23rd of April I was told that the consignment was wrongly delivered and I would get it within 48 hours. There has been no follow-up calls or not even a single email from them. I have been trying to follow-up whenever time permits. Here are the results (or rather no results) from these calls: 28th April - I was told I would definitely receive an update by the same day. 29th April - Again, I was told I would definitely receive an update by the same day. 30th April - called at 12:30 pm, was promised call back within 30 mins. 3rd May - Called numerous times and was denied an escalation every single time. Common excuses were that the supervisor was on leave (twice). Was told by multiple representatives that I would receive a call back (within 30 mins, within different time periods). Spoke last to Rahmatullah Khan, who promised and assured that he'd give me a callback within 5:30 PM definitely. And as always, again no call back received. I am yet to receive a single call back from them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received without any doubt. I am very surprised that in this age of Consumerism and Customer First principles, such terrible customer service still exists.

                      Consignment No.R991B0370473 didn't received to the mentioned address as it is send on 24th march 2015. While tracking it on online, its showing "returned to origin" and till date the consignment didn't received.
                      MY CONSIGNMENT NO. B[protected] FOR DELIVERY OF PAN CARD HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED TILL DATE. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 12TH MAY 2015 AFTER RECEIVING THE CONSIGNMENT DISPATCH INFORMATION FROM THE RESPECTED OFFICE LOCATED IN MUMBAI.
                      YOUR COURIER BOY MENTIONED WRONG DETAILS AND HAS UPLOADED ON TRACKING THAT THE PARTY HAS SHIFTED. I AM WAITING DAY BY DAY AND HAVE NO INFORMATION WHERE ME PACKAGE IS AND WHEN IT WOULD BE DELIVERED.

                          Very bad n rude n unhumanly behaviour of the courier guy by the name of sunil of ‪#‎FirstFlight‬ of their panvel branch. He was very unmannered and snatched the letter from my hand when I said I will not enter by contact no. I had signed the acknoledgement and their list also. Then also he snatched the letter, n said jo karna hai karke. For filing my complained I was redirected to 3 nos.                             Iam G Thimmesh Kumar, & my complain is consignment has been booked in my name from Chennai to Bangalore, on dated 15/04.2014 & the consignment document is very very impotent & urgent, till 23rd the courier has not been delivered due to the negligence work of the courier boy, i called up to the branch on dated 23rd to track my courier, the office people re telling due to insufficient address, the courier has been returned to sender, all bulsheet response before that when the courier with branch i called up & given full clear address with land mark. then also the office people are sent back, really i am fed up about the negligence service.

                              Sir, I had purchased a Reebok running shoe from Flipkart (order ID: OD[protected]) on 05/04/2014 and the item was shipped through your courier on 05/04/2014( tracking ID: B [protected]). I waited till the last date of delivery on 16/04/2014. I received no information about the item from your side, I informed the matter to the authorities of the Flipkart on 17/04/2014 and they informed me that the order was cancelled and the amount will soon be refunded.Today (23/04/2014) they informed me that the item was delivered to me on 23/04/2014 at 5.55 PM. But I did not receive any item till the time. So I request you to send the details of the delivery and the name of the person who delivered the item and the contact number of your Thiruvananthapuram city branch. After the cancellation of the item I have ordered another one on 17/04/2014 and the item was shipped from Delhi through your courier. This item is also not delivered till the time.                                   Payback has tried sending me the payback card 3 times. It was sent back to sender first time saying No Such Consignee/Company. It was sent back second time saying party refused to accept the consignment It was again sent back third time saying Party No Such Consignee/Company. The address provided is correct, I have received my credit card, statements and other stuff on the same address from other couriers. My phone number was also provided along with the address, First flight doesn't bother to call or try to deliver, it conveniently returns the consignment to the sender. I had even called up First flight when my card was in transit during the second attempt and raised a complaint that I never refused to accept the consignment, I was told they will attempt delivery with 24 hours. Even after that, they have sent back the card to the sender. I have already called up Payback and registered a complaint regarding First Flight's horrible service. Even the payback representative acknowledged that they have been receiving a lot of complaints on First Flight and said they have escalated the issue to the management to take action. First Flight - You suck.

                                    First Flight is the worst Courier I have seen so far. The Poorest Customer Care and not at all responsible for the consignments. Just write "no person found" or the addressee is dead.
                                    Just take money and forget what service they suppose to provide.

                                        I am out of town and my insurance policy document and receipt was sent through First Flight Courier service by the insurance company to my Mumbai residence bearing consignment No. B[protected]. The document status says it has been delivered to a person named "HOTEL" (mysterious) and the courier agency executives are giving vaguet answers. I had specifically instructed the courier service to return the document in case my house was locked and not deliver it to anyone else, since there are some criminal elements in the surrounding area who have been misuing documents. It is surprising that the courier agency delivers such valuable documents to unknown elements without any ID proof and does not take responsibility. If I do not get the document, I will be forced to take legal action against the company for its height of irresponsibility. Mrs M.R. Mandlecha
