i have sent a parcel thru Firstflight on 12th sep 2013, from chennai to chennai ...till 17th september the courier was not delivered..online status is "In transit"..complained in the customer care...no response..why the hell they are naming as "first flight"...i can deliver that parcel with half an hour if i go by auto/bus....very poor service... ref no is :c991b0004555, after 12th sep , they have not updated anything

My consignment MJ2662285 is with Wazirpur-Delhi center since yesterday. When I checked the status online, it says out for delivery and house locked so its pending But nobody came with the package to deliver , neither I got any call on my cell number for delivery. When I checked with Wazirpur office, the guy admitted that he had updated wrong info on site as he was not able to deliver yesterday and neither he is going to deliver today. Please take an action against that agent for updating wrong info on site and also insure that package gets delivered by today as it is very urgent. Looking for prompt action from your side

i had given my courier at[protected] from bilaspur to bijnor up but today is[protected] till today item not delivered and i had paid 1200/- for this and they was saying it will delivered with in 3 to 4 day but it is not delivered what should i do???? and i have called every branch of first flight, but they are not giving any response please don't use this company for courier......

I don't understand the problems of this Courier Service. My family has been sent some gift from Rishikesh ( Uttarakhand) to Bangalore (Karnataka). Those are 11 items with insurance taken but I didn't received all 11 items. I have received 6 items and rest items missing :(. Is they are using missing items for theirs personal use ? We have complaint in Rishikesh Offer but no result seems coming yet. It has been over 23 days and Now they are playing with us to sending here & there ? I need to answer from this company that Why they did Insurance of all the items and charges? if they not willing to response why items is missing ? DETAILS POO: MW0330352 Thanks.

My consignment no. MJ2742097 was dispatched from First Flight couriers, Kapoorthala, Lucknow on 23.08.2013 . It was suppose to be delivered on 26.08.2013 , but was delivered late on 27.08.2013 on my Gurgaon address. When I received this insured consignment, I noticed that two toy cars were stolen from it .In transit, the goods were taken out and taping was done again which no one could have noticed while taking delivery. As soon as I noticed it, I brought it to the notice of First Flight, Kapoorthala, Lucknow. They reverted by saying that we should be happy that everything else except for the toy cars has been delivered. They misled us, gave us wrong contact numbers and kept us in dark for a week. Finally I wrote a mail to First Flight, Faizabad road, Lucknow and Gurgaon offices expecting a reply. I had a word with Ms. Kanak and her senior female official Ms. Shivani (from Faizabad road, Lucknow office) who gave me verbal assurances but no complaint was registered and no complaint number was given to me. I submitted a written application along with proofs (courier receipt and cost of toy cars) to the Branch Manager, Mahanagar, Lucknow. Still no complaint no. was given to me. So far, despite constant follow ups no satisfactory reply has been given to me and I am highly disappointed by the way an aggrieved customer is treated.

Regret to come like this , but i am filing complaint on the ''first flight courier service '' office in ''Patiala-Punjab'' India (shop no. 13, new cloth market ,opp. share -Punjab-market ,phone no.[protected] , [protected],[protected] ,Patiala (Pb) -Pin-147001) . I am not able to receive my urgent courier even on repeated respects . The person of the office says '' The service is not available in your area '' when i said i would have picked myself if you could have informed me ''they usually say to all -your phone is not working '' -like this of lame excuses . This is very shameful that the urgent couriers are not being delivered and neither the consignee is contacted if they are not finding the address/or have some other issue . In the past also i could get my courier only after 10-15 days of arriving and following so many days . They do not attemt to inform at all that the courier has arrived -if they can not deliver then they can alteast inform so that the person can pick their urgent courier themselves. A courier having ref.no. QB0778257 , was booked from Mumbai on 28th August 2013 for Patiala(Pb) . The tracking says courier was arrived in Patiala on 31st August , but when i contacted on 2nd Sept, they are saying that the courier was sent back ,when i questioned why this was sent back , the person says -there is no service in Patiala ( How can consignment be booked if there is no service in the region ?? ) . The person did not bothered to even inform to me -so i could get it myself from the office . This is shear negligence as there are urgent courier . I have suffered badly as i could not get the courier in time . The persons in Patiala office are not delivering the consignment if is not nearby their office . This is very shameful . I request you to please intervene and instruct the concerned persons to do their job honestly so that public has not to suffer because of some ''irresponsible and fraudulent staff'' .The person in first flight office Patiala(Pb) are sending the consignment back even without attempting to deliver and even not contacting the persons''

i shopped my semester books from flipkart.com on 8th aug under order no. OD[protected]. the products were shipped on the same date but the tracking id was not updated anytime.. under my complaint to flipkart.com, they reshipped those items on 22nd august but the tracking details were yet not updated. it has to be delivered within 2 days but its already 27th and i have not yet recieved my products. i dont have my books even when the sessional exams are at the door-step.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE A STRICT ACTION TO STOP THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICE FOR CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. Hi, I would like to inform you that ,I had sent a Rakhi from first flight courier from Ahmedabad to Jabalpur on 14 Aug 2013 on 16th Aug 2013 when I wanted to track the courier I tried several time but could not track as all its service providers like web tracking and sms tracking were failed.when I contacted to Ahmedabad dealer I was informed that the courier is already in Jabalpur .but when on 20th Aug 2013 the day of Raksha Bandhan my brother didnt get the courier I contacted Jabalpur office, a lady in the office told us to call after two hours then she will inform me if the courier has been sent to their office .After two hours I called her in her office for several time I think more than 2000 times I called her but every time either she didnot respond to the call or disconnect my call or disconnect after few microseconds of receiving the call so that I pay call charges as well. Now I just want to know what type of customer service it is ?.And this Raksha Bandhan my brother didnot get Rakhi it has really hurt my feelings. so I just want my total expenses back with interest from the first flight courier service.

There was a courier booked on 12-Aug-2013and as per the consignee they told it will be delivered with in two days.

On 19th Aug 2013 I called up the[protected] number to enquiry. They told me that with in 8 hours it will deliver.
actually inside that Rakhi was there and on 20th Raksha bandhan.i am very much tense weather my bother will get that or not.
really First flight is a worst courier service.i won't use this again.i am having lot of tension for this.

I RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 13/08/2013 FOR NON RECEIPT OF MY COURIER & RAISED A COMPLAINT THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO[protected] & GOT THE COMPLAINT NUMBER 2125675. BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT. USELESS COMPANY WHICH I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN MY PAST 10 YEARS OF SERVICE INDUSTRY. DON'T SUGGEST OR BOOK ANY COURIER WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS USELESS.

sir I have opened an account in axis bank. welcome kit from the bank have been recieved on my address which was delivered by blue dart in only two days but the pin kit which is with firstflight courier service have not delivered it to me. it has been with them from one month and on calling them now they said that it has been dispatched back to Mumbai. they are having my mobile no. too but they didnt just checked it. I am little messed up so please kindly do the necessary as soon as possible

sir I have opened an account an axis bank one month before and my debit card have been delivered to my address by bluedart courrier service in two days but the pin kit have not been delivered to my address by first flight. it is been dispatched to Bombay 3 to 4 times. I dont know what to do now they didnt just called me on my no. as it was also provided I am very much in a mess so please deliver it as soon as possible

My Head office from Mumbai had sent Consignment # B13122130 to be delivered on 31st July, 2013. What I understand from this is that in paper and logs the parcel is delivered but in reality nobody is bothered and the customer who is waiting has to call the service # numerous time to get an idea of where the consignment is and only to hear that it will be delivered today. There is no courtesy to give rational explanation to the delay of 2 days. FYI, I still haven't received my consignment. Below is the snap shot of the status of the website. I don't have any neighbor by the name Raghu. The website is stating that the consignment is delivered but in reality it is lying somewhere in the branch office in Banaswadi like the previous time when I personally went and collected it as business urgency required me to.

This is the 2nd time this is happening. The previous time, the excuse for not being delivered is that the delivery guys couldn't find the address. It is ironic that when Pizza and Govt. Postal Dept. can find the address but not First Flight Courier Delivery person from Banaswadi. Either the Management is ignorant of such service or just that incompetent people work in this organisation. Because of such late deliveries, it has jeopardized our business in delayed submissions of documents to our clients. Govt. postal service do a far better job than First Flight.

Sent an anniversary card and I was told it will be delivered the next day evening. To my surprise the card has not even reached the destination. Called the customer service and again to my surprise, there were rude and no proper response and told me that again it will take another day, I requested for urgent delivery, said its not possible and hung the phone.

Would never recommend First Flight for any kind of courier service.

I have purchased a lakme Eyeconic Smudge Free Kajal on 30th June. It was delivered to some other place in Noida. If I call to Customer Care they are simply saying request has been raised wait for 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue. but till date I didn't get any kind of justice.

They supposed deliver a priority consignment on Jul 20 2013. But till now (July 23 2013) the didn't delivered it. They are not responding for my mails. Customer Service- they are not picking up the calls. Even if they pick up, they are not responding. I called up on Jul 20, they said it will be delivered by EOD. But they didn't. Then again I called on JUl21. They said same thing but they didn't delivered it. Jul22 and Jul22 also I heard the same thing. When I asked that customer service representative, they said they are also helpless. Even they don't know when it will delivered. If any customer asks, they will tell - it will be delivered within 24 hours". If we urge, they will also raise an complaint on their system.

Its an idiotic service. Please do not use this service for urgency coz they don't take any responsibility

Its an idiotic service. First Flight, the name itself promises the service to be fast as its through flight but this is a ridiculous one.. The courier was dispatched on 15th July,2013 and hasnt yet been delivered . They say it takes 2 days whereas they have taken more than 3days. Pls do not use this service for urgency coz they dont take any responsibility. DTDC and others are better.

A consignment was dispatched on my name from delhi and was supposed to be delivered in ghaziabad.
It took them 6 days and it was delivered on the 6 th day after much argument.
The consignment was damaged to such an extent that it was not fir for use that too when it 80% was metalic.
this company does not have any professionalism and i infact how are they still in business, after giving such low standard service.

We should spread this message to as many people as possible so that they do not use first flight.
lets boycott first flight and spread the message to others also.

Very Very bad experience with FirstFlight Courier..
