I had booked a consignment containing urgent papers, bearing no. I[protected] through first flight corrior, srinagar kashmir on 20/12/2018.

The consignment was destined for gurgoan haryana, but despite lapse of more than a week, my consignment is yet to be delivered at the destination address.

Request you to look into reasons for not delivering the consignment.

Worst courier service i have seen in my life. My pancard was sent last month and did not receive it for more than a month now.. Not even a single contact number they have given is reachable. The text message gave a mobile number [protected] which is always switched off and the landline number 3944 4444 is not in existence.
