First Flight Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Hi I have used first flight courier to courier my documents with in Bangalore City on Nov 30 but still it is in progress and I don't have any idea where my courier is located and still not reached the destination.

There customer care numbers are not working, hi one to help me to find out the issue why it is not moved to destination till now.

Can you please take some action against first flight and let me know my courier status

I have not received my consignment no. M991q5615860 and when i checked online it is showing that the consignment reached hyderabad on 24th november 2018. However it has not been delivered to my home till now. Can you please deliver it to my house as soon as possible. It is an important document and i require it as early as possible. Also i have not received any communication regarding the consignment. Please do the needful.

Today from your rewari courier office a person call me and said that if you need then you have to come at our office we will not come at your adress without saying any reason. I call him again but again he refused me. Even their toll free number also not work properly. They refused to deliver my pan card an government parcel. I complaint it to pan office also and if then also there is no any result come then i make it social viral.

Also local manager mr. Sagar thakur is not responsing to calls, neither the customer care numbers provided in mail.

This was a important legal document. The site is showing not disptached from chakan yet. The courier pick up person gives reasons like site is not working, strike in faridabad, which seems unbelivable.

My pan card is held at first flight courier office since 15th october and you can series of mails on this from 1st nov.
This is not delivered to me still date. Your chandaganagar delivery person and mr. Gopal has informed me that nsdl has given 4 months time deliver it to customer. I have discussing this with nsdl and they have clarified that they have not allowed that.
I was wondering why first flight courier team is not talking each other over phone and just writing mails instead.. Which was evident in the trailing mails also. I have spoken to mr. Sudheer last week when fortunately when he has picked his phone.

I will be waiting for delivery of this pan card at my home tomorrow.

I have shipped a courier docket number j[protected] on 15 nov 2018 in favour of mr. Rajesh sharma from lucknow (Up) to selaqui, dehradun (Uttrakhand)-248197. Till date ie, 22 nov 2018, same has not rpt not been delivered to the addressee, after lapse of eight days. I have noticed that despite tracking first flight courier services neglecting customer satisfaction.
Treat urgent and deliver my shipment forthwith.

Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the consignment number - c[protected] (Ref no – [protected]), sent by ra. Nagarajan from aundipatti (Tamilnadu) to vadodara (Gujarat) on nov 12, 2018 through st courier which has tie up with first flight couriers to deliver in vadodara. This courier was sent by my father ra. Nagarajan to me (Ganeshwari).

I received it nov 15th night 9:20 pm. It came in a covered condition. I didn’t suspect anything that time, as i was unaware the list of things sent by my father.

When i spoke with my father the next day, i came to know about the list of missing items. I’m really shocked to hear this. Someone has unpacked, taken out few items and repacked the box.

When i came to know this missing issue, i contacted st courier chennai office and first flight courier too.

We went in person to first flight courier office who delivered in vadodara.
And there, they said airport persons might have suspect the box and opened it. (Note : please check the below listed items that were missing, will the airport person remove such items under suspect?). Its ridiculous.

We went to first flight main office, where they confirmed us that they will look into the issue. But they never called us back. We tried contacting them again and they said they cannot do anything with this issue and we have to deal with st courier only. Even though st courier picks up the parcel and first flight courier delivers the parcel, both are responsible for delivering the parcel to the customer properly.

First flight courier blames st courier and st courier blames first flight. And the sufferer here is the customer. I have sent mail to both st courier and first flight to found the root cause and the reimburse the amount, but i didn't get reply from both of them. You people have no concern even to reply to a customer.

We paid rs.1050/- for this courier service. The missed items cost is rs.1080 which needs to be reimbursed after your proper investigation.

St courier has to take corrective measures to stop such issues from your end. Why should the customer has to suffer for your problem? Try to find the peoples who does such illegal tasks and suspend them.

Below are the missing items,

Panangarkandu (1 kg) – rs.550
Karuppatti (1 kg) – rs.350
Kadalai mittai (1 packet) – rs.40
Coco mittai (2 packets) - rs.80
Halwa (1 packet) – rs.60

The most disrespectful service after thousands of complain and reaching to the managerial level my parcel is 3 days late and not yet delivered despite being on priority basis AND having in writing by the manger itself for delivering it by today evening (21st November 2018)
Already spoke to my lawyer the legal notice is on its way for providing such terrible service and false assurity.
The details of the conversation with the manger and customer care service is already mentioned in the legal notice. Time for you to bare the consequences.

I have sent a docket bearing number j[protected] dated 25.10.2018 to the address below promod toamr, mayfair green mark, villa no 49 tellapur, hyderabad, mobile number [protected] from allahabad canning limited, po bamrauli, allahabad, which has not reached till today at the destination nor return back.
When we ask from them for the pod details that was also not provide to us and neither they have return the packet.
