This is the worst courier service ever i sent my courier through first flight two weeks back to nashik and it hasn't delivered yet and the contact numbers given are not reachable... What kind of service do you guys provide my tracking number is showing invalid when i check... Never ever try to send your courier through this as it might get lost.. I want all my money back of the courier as well as the order amount... So much ignorance, m tired of calling first flight team to ask about my courier the person keep saying that it will get delivered tommorow and next day it never did.

Courier, Still it is pending for delivery but in your complaint statement it shows our complaint is resolved which is not true.
So please rectify and resolve our Complaint.

From pan card office my pan card has been dispatched on 27/11/2018 by First Flight Courier pvt Ltd Courier vide Airway bill no M991Q5687840 at the address for communication address indicated by you in the application. the pan card is expected to be delivered by 7/12/18 which they promised.
1st complaint dated 11/12/18 and 2nd complaint dated on 14/12/18 but still my pan card is not delivered by first flight Courier pvt ltd.. and again I m fed up with you people I m complaining you now dated on today is 20/12/18.
This is too much past one and half month over still they people pending to deliver one important document.
Please I request you to take some action to that Courier company or staff to delivery because of they are cheating a consumer's.
There are lot of complaints in indian consumer court. Against Courier companies of pan card issues. So I request you to take a strict action against the Courier companies.

My pan card has been dispatched on 27th oct 2018, and till now i have not received it. So from where i have to receive it? And when will i get it?
Application status says it has been dispatched in 27th oct 2018 by airway bill b903z8320285 and b[protected]
Now what is the procedure to get the pan card and from where i have to collect it.

It was booked on date 6th of december 2018 at delhi, it hasn't delivered yet till now.
I tried to reach your customer care, being a great organization none of your phone numbers are not working. Could you tell me why is this challenging to deliver my courier in right time.

I sent a parcel which is supposed to be delivered at 2 nd day as it was urgent and have already paid for this.. But when i called their they said that it is going to be delivered on 3rd day.. And parcel is already reached their at 2nd day. But they refused to delivered to my address.. And they also said that talk to them who asked you for extra money to whom you have paid... Seriously it's very bad service i have went through till now..

My parcel no. M991Q5465993 has been in meerut hub center for more than one month the delivery date was 14th of November 2018 and I am still not able to get it. I tried every way possible to contact you but nothing is working. Helpline number[protected] which should serve people in a positive way but in your case, they are not replying and put the phone aside after a ring, I tried through the mail but the same thing happens there too, you are just only saying that we will arrange the delivery but nothing is happening.

I have not received my pan card to till date which has been applied before 1 month i checked my pan number through internet which is kxwps3070m.
When i tracking the ref number m991q5687840 then i just came to know that it's nagavara branch of first flight courier & then when i called him, the response of the staff was very rude he explaned. U come & recive parcel or i will return back to headoffice but i request him to deliver parcel to my communication address. But again he refused. I request you to do some arrangements to get back my pan card. The problem is im a housewife i have my small kids and its more then 3 or 4km far from my house so i request to first flight courier to deliver my pan card but they again refused please it's my humble request to help to get my pancard and take some action to that courier person.

I received my parcel today n there are certain missing things in my parcel. My parcel my tampered and somebody tried to reseal the broken box, my entire medicines which are very important and critical are missing from the parcel, the clothes which were in the parcel were damaged, it seemed somebody has opened the parcel and removed the objects. There was certainly eatables in the parcel which are also not found. Please look into the matter as it is a the ft issue

I, chhaya sharma have applied for pan card and tracked that it will be deliveredat my residence but it was not delivered so i contatcted at courier office adheshwar tower officejodhpur, rajasthan, on 4th dec 2018, 10th dec 2018 and 11th dec 2018 personally. They said that the c alphabhet of new lot of pan cards have been missing and we are searching since last one week.
The office and godown is filled with pan cards undelivered in whole jodhpur. Many customers were complaining the same thing but no action is taken till now in our case also. [protected]

And in your website it is showing as "Delivered" but have not received.
There was no proper revert since 1st December.

I hope this is a data security breach that my PAN document has been handover to someone else. Which is an offence.

As per your team suggestion, I got time to dial Masabtank branch number: [protected] around 5 mins ago today I.e 10th December. But lady who answered was very rude to me saying "it is closed now and call tomorrow". When I explained the situation and asked her name she rudely asked me to provide tracking number. I asked her name but she repeatedly asked my consignment number and disconnected the call.

I rang immediately but no answer. I tried reaching other number : [protected] mentioned in the email but it is not in working condition.

I just want to register a complaint against the lady who answered my call and want my PAN Card by tomorrow.

Please do the needful asap.

A envelop was booked from your chetak chambers office at indore on 04.12.2018 vide docket no. P991b1420050 for gurgaon. Article reached at your gurgaon hub on 06.12.2018 at about 2.30 pm but yet not reached the receipent. This is 10th of december, 2018.
Had been in contact with your mr. Shabbir, ms mahviz and ms khushi at indore office, but no body provided any concreate solution.

PAn card with consignment number M991Q5589947 reached bangalore on November 21, 2018 but not delivered yet. Who to contact for status? Bangalore numbers do not work and the number provided i.e.[protected] is not received since 5 days now!! What kind of poor service is this from first flight?? Pathetic! Where is the PAN card and when we shall receive it?!

As per my bill or tracking number b[protected] and my area pincode is 421003. It shows it reached my nearest hub on 3rd dec, today is 08 th of dec 18 but still it is not delivery to my address. Your hub phone is also not connecting and plz let me know the reason for delay.

Why it take over 7 days to reach my address from your nearest office. This is not first time we are facing this problem from your ulhasnagar office they intentionally not delivery so the concern person from delivery address can collect his own from your office. They are not doing their duty.

The consignment was to be delivered from mumbai to lucknow.

The consignment is showing to be out for delivery since 3 days and now the status is shown "insufficient address", whereas clearly whole address is mentioned with the pincode.

The call centre is not receiving the call and the parcel is urgent.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

My friend dispatched the courier on 23 november, 15 days completed but i didn't receive my consignment yet.
When i am tracking, it is showing in thane since 10 days.
No body is picking phones or no. S are switched off or not reachable.
Finally i am complaining about this.

We are from property really we are so frustrate from your mohali punjab dealer services, we are sending our courier from mumbai from last four months but your dealer always denied the give that on our given address even he is not giving information after received our courier to his shop.

First flight dc magarpatta pune took courier from me but not delivering to the mentioned address. When i called on office number, the person is too rude even not giving me updates and proper dates whether the package will be delivered or returned back to me.
What you people are running is it a courier service or just creating trouble to the people.
