delay and non delivery

misbehaviour with the customer is too common i thik so....

it hardly takes 24 hrs to travel from indore-nagpur-raipur but its over about 4 days and i didnt get the courier yet...

when i called the office one number was switched off permanently...

somehow when i got the second number then the attender of phone laughs at me offers me a alcohol and talks about the girls.....
what kind of responce...

the wrost experience was mine when i ordered a product which has to be courier through first flight courier company (LA0423148)...
it has to travel from hyderabad to raipur...

but the fools traveled it from hyderabad to indore indore to nagpur and nagpur to raipur which took 5 days the hell is the service and i didn't get the product yet...and no customer responce is there...the route can be...

False information and non delivery of consignment

I have booked a consignment to be delivered to Bhimavaram on 18.06.2012.
Has not yet been delivered till now and the tracking information is displaying that it has been delivered to the college duly acknowledged with stamp and sign.

The Hyderabad Branch office in not even answering the phone[protected].
After Half an hour of continuous calling a guy named ravi lifted the fax...

Consignment not delivered

I was supposed to receive a consignment (# F[protected] last week (by 26th of May, 2012). I haven't received it yet. I checked online tracking with the consignment no, which said it was delivered on 25th of May. But I haven't received it yet. I have not even got a call regarding the delivery. I called the customer care executive (who had the courtesy to receive the call after I tried for hours to reach them) who said that it was returned...

Worst courrier service. my consignment was despatched from Gurgaon and reached the base (Bhilai) day after but it was not delivered to me. When enquired with local office they said the delivery boy was not coming hence couldn't be delivered. They also did loose talk over phone. Shipment delay

I have ordered via Snapdeal and the package shipped by 21st . I still didn’t get the package yet.
My Consignment Number is O20289156. I have called to the customer care and there is no reply from them(as usual executives are busy..put on hold).

I really pissed off on the service. I got shocked that the shipment I didn’t received still today(25th May).
Its like a normal postal service and there is no meaning...

Package Delivery Issue

Hi ,

I had a consignment Tracking No.: B55565447 in which I had coupons that was delivered on 10th Apr 12 to wrong address/wrong person . I had raised concern regarding the same and I received the new coupon on 9th May12 by Mr.Mohan [protected] .But unfortunately the coupon which i had received was valid till 30th Apr 12.So these were no more of any use to me.

Non receipt of courier parcel

undelivered courier

Firstflight guys are totally un professional and they dont deliver things. I have ordered some items onlien on snapfish.com and they seem to have sent it to me through firstflight. I have not received the courier as of today, its been 2 weeks and when I check the tracking number on firstflight site - it shows as "Delivered". This is a direct way of robing people. Unable to Deliver Courier

After repeated calls to the Customer care center. The courier service people didn't deliver the product. At last I had to go to the office to receive the courier. The status online showed refused at security gate but the same day I received one more courier delivery from 'Aramex'. The service I got from First Flight is worse than worst. I would never again try this courier service and would ask everyone to boycott this courier...

A consignment sent to my address through First Flight courier service has not reached me for over a week since it was dispatched. The order delivery status either reports that the consignment has been withheld because of consignee request or that payment on delivery was not ready- this is really absurd as no such request was made and the package has already been paid for. Repeated complaints over phone have been of no use. Got no response...

Delivery Late

This has reference to Consigment number H20863008 from Axis Bank, Alappuzha to Axis Bank, Chennai

We had specifically mentioned while despatching that the same must reach Chennai on 20.03.2012, for which an assurance was given and urgency noted.

Despite that we find that the consignment has not been delivered till the morning hours of 21.03.2012 due to which our customer has had to suffer a loss of Rs 5000/-...
