Subject: Urgent | M19330539 | Theft case of contents by courier hub| Zirakpur/Chandigarh
This courier was sent on 2nd April from Pune to be delivered at Zirakpur,( Chandigarh ) today, 7th April with a 5 days transit time.
The reason of non delivery has been mentioned as PARTY NOT AVAILABLE wherein 4 members of the family are present 24 X7.
The contents of the packet ( has been preserved for complaint ) were travellers cheques and are missing.
The packet has been observed as “neatly opened” and retaped.
I would like to know
1. the names of all touchpoint individuals in the courier company who handled this courier between 4th April and 7th April at Zirakpur/Chandigarh hub where the pilferage has possibly occurred
2. and need to that why was the courier not delivered on time ?
The courier has been tampered with.

Consignment No. - FM0048052.
Promised delivery date was 19th August,2010.
The Consignment is yet not delivered. Also I am not able check its status online.
I am trying to call the on their office numbers but all numbers are constantly busy from Friday.
I am sending e-mails to them from 20th August,2010 nobody is responding to my e-mails.
It is really unprofessional attitude of the company.
Can I let me knw where my parcel is?
