misbehaviour with the customer is too common i thik so....

it hardly takes 24 hrs to travel from indore-nagpur-raipur but its over about 4 days and i didnt get the courier yet...

when i called the office one number was switched off permanently...

somehow when i got the second number then the attender of phone laughs at me offers me a alcohol and talks about the girls.....
what kind of responce is this.....

i want to know....

the wrost experience was mine when i ordered a product which has to be courier through first flight courier company (LA0423148)...
it has to travel from hyderabad to raipur...

but the fools traveled it from hyderabad to indore indore to nagpur and nagpur to raipur which took 5 days the hell is the service and i didn't get the product yet...and no customer responce is there...the route can be hyderabad to nagpur and nagpur to raipur...but what to say ...suffering is for only customers not for others...

the wrost experience...with first flight courier their seervices and customer care support...

i have send 19 emails of complaint but they not even answer me one of them...

they not even pick up the calls and give right informations only postponed dates nothing else...


all the reviewers i want to tell you that be aware of this and choose a good courier servics...

I have booked a consignment to be delivered to Bhimavaram on 18.06.2012.
Has not yet been delivered till now and the tracking information is displaying that it has been delivered to the college duly acknowledged with stamp and sign.

The Hyderabad Branch office in not even answering the phone[protected].
After Half an hour of continuous calling a guy named ravi lifted the fax number[protected] and checked the status in the internet and said the consignment is delivered.
when i asked him to lodge a complaint he said he is not the concerned and gave me a customer care mobile number [protected]. He did not even lifted the phone in-spite of continuous calling, he kept it in busy mode (after half an hour the mobile is in busy tone).
I called the Corporate office[protected] for another half an hour, then receptionist answered the call and diverted the call to complaint department.
Then she also tracked the consignment and said it was delivered. When I asked her to book the complaint, she said i have to send via mail. She gave me another number [protected] and asked me to call the number.
When i said that the call has been recorded for making a complaint in consumer court, she immediately disconnected the phone without telling her name even.

When i called the number she gave, they also said it was delivered, when i asked her to note down a complaint she gave me the delivery boy number to track the status my self.
when i called the delivery boy [protected] he said the consignment is with him and he will be going to deliver it today. I also came to know that all the other consignments are also marked as delivered on immediately receiving at the Firstflight destination office.

He gave me a number [protected] saying he is the person responsible for the delivery and false information.

In all the process no one ever even tracked the consignment and intimated me. But had given the contact numbers for me to track the consignment.

I was supposed to receive a consignment (# F[protected] last week (by 26th of May, 2012). I haven't received it yet. I checked online tracking with the consignment no, which said it was delivered on 25th of May. But I haven't received it yet. I have not even got a call regarding the delivery. I called the customer care executive (who had the courtesy to receive the call after I tried for hours to reach them) who said that it was returned to the original address, but couldn't tell me why. Returned? Without even calling me? Why? Then she said she would check the 'Hub' and call me back later in the day. And there was no 'calling me back'. Where is my consignment? This is totally unacceptable. Very poor service. Very unethical. I want my consignment to be delivered by 1st June, 2012. I WANT IT!

Worst courrier service. my consignment was despatched from Gurgaon and reached the base (Bhilai) day after but it was not delivered to me. When enquired with local office they said the delivery boy was not coming hence couldn't be delivered. They also did loose talk over phone. During this period they were showing pending status and reason "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS' which is misleading information. They also pressed me to collect the consignment personally from their local office. I lodged complaint with their website but no response. They are completely unprofessional.
P.S.-WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM FIRST FLIGHT COURIER MANY DOCUMENTS IN THE SAME ADDRESS.

I have ordered via Snapdeal and the package shipped by 21st . I still didn’t get the package yet.
My Consignment Number is O20289156. I have called to the customer care and there is no reply from them(as usual executives are busy..put on hold).

I really pissed off on the service. I got shocked that the shipment I didn’t received still today(25th May).
Its like a normal postal service and there is no meaning for the "COURIER" service.

I sent a complaint to them and still no reply and they are escaping..

I had a consignment Tracking No.: B55565447 in which I had coupons that was delivered on 10th Apr 12 to wrong address/wrong person . I had raised concern regarding the same and I received the new coupon on 9th May12 by Mr.Mohan [protected] .But unfortunately the coupon which i had received was valid till 30th Apr 12.So these were no more of any use to me.

Further i contacted to Suhaini ([protected]@firstflight.net) Assistant manager,Bangalore on 12th May2012 (Saturday)and got a response to be patient till 14th May-12(Monday).The last mail which i received was on 16th may12 which stated "We are still Investigating".

I would request you to kindly check with concerned department for the delivery issue and hope to see some positive response at the earliest.And I need a compensation for not delivering the document on time.

I HAD ENCLOSED AN A/C PAYEE CHEQUE NO. 142397 FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS 35500/-
THE CHEQUE WAS STOLEN AND HAS BEEN CREDITED TO SOME SUNIL KUMAR'S A/C AT SYNDICATE BANK, MEERUT BRANCH.
DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE MANAGER MR MUNNA KUMAR AT FIRST FLIGHT COURIER AT INDERLOK BRANCH NO ACTION HAS STILL BEEN TAKEN.

A parcel was couriered on 05 Sep 2011 from Jodhpur to Bangalore by First Flight Courier Service vide Booking No R26240174 from First Flight Booking Centre, Raja Book Corner, Jodhpur. The item is yet to be received at Bangalore or returned to me, in-spite of repeated tel complaints to Jodhpur and Jaipur Office.

Firstflight guys are totally un professional and they dont deliver things. I have ordered some items onlien on snapfish.com and they seem to have sent it to me through firstflight. I have not received the courier as of today, its been 2 weeks and when I check the tracking number on firstflight site - it shows as "Delivered". This is a direct way of robing people. When I reached out to them by mails - I am not geetting any response.
Also when I try calling them on their phone numbers - no one picks up the calls.

Not sure how to deal with these guys ! dont see any escelation options as well with these guys

After repeated calls to the Customer care center. The courier service people didn't deliver the product. At last I had to go to the office to receive the courier. The status online showed refused at security gate but the same day I received one more courier delivery from 'Aramex'. The service I got from First Flight is worse than worst. I would never again try this courier service and would ask everyone to boycott this courier service.

Please never opt for FIRST FLIGHT courier service. They promise you that your courier will reach by tomorrow but it never. As in my case they have to deliver a courier to Patiala which has been sent from delhi and it reaches to me after 7 days that too when i called to their office hundred times for continuously four days. In the end the person who was supposed to deliver me courier called up and said that his cycle tyre is punctured so i have to go to pick that courier. So, I would never suggest others to use this service. i have never seen such a poor courier service before.

Company commit to deliver in 24 hours.
Till 09/05/02012 TIME:3PM THE DOCUMENT IS STILL NOT DELIVERED.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS THE DOCUMENT IS MOST URGENT.
The customer care of the company has no idea about the document and they simply do not coordinate with the customer.

This courier was sent on 2nd April from Pune to be delivered at Zirakpur,( Chandigarh ) today, 7th April with a 5 days transit time.
The reason of non delivery has been mentioned as PARTY NOT AVAILABLE wherein 4 members of the family are present 24 X7.

The contents of the packet ( has been preserved for complaint ) were travellers cheques and are missing.
The packet has been observed as “neatly opened” and retaped.

I would like to know

1. the names of all touchpoint individuals in the courier company who handled this courier between 4th April and 7th April at Zirakpur/Chandigarh hub where the pilferage has possibly occurred

2. and need to that why was the courier not delivered on time ?

The courier has been tampered with.

Hi,
I have applied PAN card for my wife in March 1st week 2012. After a week, I got message from NSDL theat theey dispatched PAN card via First flight courier (Consignment Number ZB2290979). Whenever I check thee status online it is showing as 'In transit' from 12the March 2012. I need theis document on urgent basis to apply passport for my wife. I wrote several mails to thee mail ids available in first flight site and I called theeir customer care many times. No reply for mails and no updates for calls. I got frustrated and it looks to me as harassment. Pls help me to resolve theis issue.

Dear Sir,
I had parceled a gift item with some documents but at the delivery was only one gift item and there are no any documents at the destination place.when contacted to the destination city of the corrier service and sending city corrier services,they said they are don't known .i think it was theft by the sending city of the first flight corrier at Barbil.

My extremely imp courier no. TO 9757764 dt 30/03/2012 was addressed to Raipur which should not have taken more than 30 hours to reach but till 02/4/2012 not even the status of it was clear. On complaining to mr. Irshad at power house branch no answer was given except telling to call later. Then another irresposible person's name mrs. Pratibha , incharge of raipur office was given. She didn't pick up the phone even on calling 7 times.Then Area mgr. in raipur was informed by my accountant Mr. Dewangan who went to raipur personally then the courier was dispatched to the addresse.
Highly irresposible .Must be punished.I will call for compensation from consumer forum.

A consignment sent to my address through First Flight courier service has not reached me for over a week since it was dispatched. The order delivery status either reports that the consignment has been withheld because of consignee request or that payment on delivery was not ready- this is really absurd as no such request was made and the package has already been paid for. Repeated complaints over phone have been of no use. Got no response to emails either. This is a really terrible courier service and I would definitely not recommend it to anybody. I now have no idea where my parcel is and if it will be delivered at all!

This has reference to Consigment number H20863008 from Axis Bank, Alappuzha to Axis Bank, Chennai

We had specifically mentioned while despatching that the same must reach Chennai on 20.03.2012, for which an assurance was given and urgency noted.

Despite that we find that the consignment has not been delivered till the morning hours of 21.03.2012 due to which our customer has had to suffer a loss of Rs 5000/-

The customer has opined that he may not want to bank with us . The failure to meet the commitment has happened not from the bank side, but from your side, for which we will be filing a claim to compensate the loss of the customer.
