Sir My PAN has reached at destination on 18/07/2017 for ALIGARH (202001). But no delivery has been taken place.I have visit at city office to receive my article 2 times before today but all times given excuse to me and said to come again.
I went today at 10.40 AM at the city office for 3rd Time but staff said come after 12 PM. I am in job so can’t be come for the same time. After said that staff replied that we are not spare for you and use abbreviation "TUMHARA KAM HE LENA HE LO MAT LO.

I am Anbu my last company booking shipment dt 05/08/2017 from Gurgaon to Chennai but still now not delivery but I am track the shipment in online status delivered. Many more time I am calling but he not picking and nobody call this is my no [protected] this no also mention the shipment very bad service. Immediately replay

Hi team, my consignment has not been delivered till yet, as i have followed to many times to delhi[protected]/faridabad office ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]) but the response is very bad even they people are not picking the call. When i was tracking my consignment no - b903q7867185, it was showing address insufficient while co-ordinate once they were telling, they delivered next day and then showing transit but after one hour it was again showing address insufficient. If they are unable to find my address at least they call me once? But received call from first flight. So it is my humble request you to get the courier delivered at my address, i have received courier from amazon/flipcart at my home but why you people unable to find my address or never come to my locality.

Still to day not delver in my address i have give mail but not satisfactory answer given by first flight couriers

My sisters booked courier (Air cargo) on 5th. Aug.2017 2pm from hyd to coachin. They clearly communicated that rakhis will be delivered to kochi on i. E., 8th. Aug 2017 before 11am but till now there is no communication. When my sisters are trying to commutate with them they are not answering properly. Simply these are caching ppl relations and emotions.

Consignment booked on thursday 3rd august and i was ensured that 99% it would reach by friday but their delivery is so fast that even saturday passes by. Now they tell it would finally reach on tuesday, then why you people book consignments on priority basis charging such hefty amounts when your commitment is as shallow as your service.

Also tell please which means of fast service you adopt that it takes 40 hrs to reach from ahmedabad to jaipur.

I am in air force station chandigarh. My sister has sent me rakhi with first flight cons no. J991m6218019. Thus i have lost my phone so it couldn't deliver me on the given date. Next day i contacted mr. Sukhdev representative of first flight, ranjan plaza zirakpur and requested him to deliver my item as i am available he simply denies and told i am on off today and said i l not come. Then i visited to the office and found the same fellow at first flight office. When i asked for what i have given money to first flight if i have to come to collect it. He very arrogantly said "item mil gya na jao to jo karna hai kar lo". Hence it is my humble request we as customer think for better service but this kind fellow takes your company down.. Strict action should b taken against mr. Sukhdev

My product is not received. When i trying in track the code is invalid. I mailed to customer servvice there is no reply. 6 days gone the product is not yet received. Please help me any law consultant. I am ready to put complaint against this courier service. My suggestion dont go for this courier.

My consignment number is U[protected]. I would like to complain that the package was not delivered on due date. On further querying there is no proper response from either customer care or office staffs in Chennai. It's really unfortunate that even after paying so much we are not getting timely delivery. Please look into this matter.

Curior against consignment no d[protected] neither received nor informed telephonicaly till date. After tracking same i revealed that it returned raja bajaj, patna branch.in this connection i have sent the mail to the branch for facilate delivery for my nearest bihta branch pin 801103 to avoid return.
So, kindly consider the matter and help to deliver at the bihta branch 801103 which is nearest branch and avoid return.
Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

My courier booked from Mumbai vide pod no. B903Z0061128 on dated 31/07/2017 but did not receive yet then we enquired at local Jhansi office on given number [protected]. But employee behaviour was very rude and did not give any satisfactory answer as told that it will come in 15 days.

I had send a courier through the first flight courier service from bangalore to narwana city, haryana (Pin:126116) on 29th july having consignment number : f991b2796365.

Till today it was not deliverd so i tracked through the consignment number and the status is address insufficient.

I have mentioned 2 mobile numbers as part of the address where the courier was supposed to be delivered and we didn't received any call on both the mobile number.

There is rakhi in that courier which is need to be delivered before coming monday.

I am trying to contact on the below contact numbers but could not :

I also tried contacting panipat and rohtak branch multiple times on mobile number :[protected] and [protected] but could not as its switced off.

This is really not a quality service which is expected from such a reputed courier service company.

I had a discussion with the shop owner as well from where i sent the courier and as per him i will have to talk to courier customer care to get the issue resolved.

Need you help to get my courier delivered.

With reference to the subjected matter still the consignment not deliver. Already so many commutation done form our end but no-one is giving suitable response. It is very rubbish response.
It was very urgent courier for taking admission of student but due to the ff it is delayed.
The article is arrived at kolkata on 29 but still not delivered the same.
Now i demand for compensation for not delivering the article on time and due to that we are unable to submit the documents to university.

Your kadma branch executive are pathetic, they don't know how to speak. And says that wasting time. If the parcel is received by the courier on 1st aug. Why it has not been delivered till now. Today is 3rd aug. When i called to enquire she said that i will call after 10mins and don't waste my time. Pathetic service.10mins passed no call from the representative. This is the service that we get after paying.

Hi team,

I am suppose to received my urgent parcel from pune to hyderabad which has been delivered by 28 july and committed date by 31 july. Today is 3 aug. And i did not received my parcel yet.. There is no information about in tracking system also. When trying to call on customer care number it is going busy from past 2 days.

I am really disappointed with the service as i already lost things due to getting delay in delivery and after that also i have no clue where is my parcel.

The parcel was supposed to reach giridih (Pin - 815301) from bangalore.
But its has not reached yet. On tracking it shows it was delivered in bangalore but it has not reached the "from" address mentioned on the parcel. It has been 11 days. On contacting the branch, they say they are not responsible n who is responsible. Is this the kind of service you guys provide?

The tracking id u991b0226691 shows parcel has arrived at hyderabad on 24th july. It has been more than a week now, but still the parcel is not delivered as of now. There are no numbers or addresses available to talk to the respective offices. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers. I have been calling in around the hub offices, and all the dispatch areas, visiting every possible delivery centre, but of no use and information., you guys are really doing a very sad business.
