During online tracking its showing my packet has been delivered on 26/07/2017 but as on today 01/08/2018 it is not delivered, during inquiry with durg, cg local office they told they will deliver today. The problem is neither they are informing regarding same nor ready to co-operate, regarding same i requested them to if any packet is going to delay please make a call we can collect, but socked to hear his response... "we can not call each and every person, we will deliver"

We have send the consignment package which includes the original sample and our sample cloth for stitching from tirupur to kanpur. We dispatched on 25/07/2017 and they committed package will be delivered by 3 days. Until today 01/08/2017, it's not delivered and first flight people they don't know where the consignment is. Really terrible even no one answering customer care number. My consignment package number is t991b0350419. Please assist.

We have dispatched item through first flight on 24th july from lucknow to bngalore, still it hasn't been delivered to the provided address. What kind of service is this, are they using train to dispatch the items or what. You dont have right to name it as first flight. Worst service ever. Can anyone help here??

The package received from
Antony joseph, delhi to amala antony, bangalore on 29/07/17 was tampered. Two of the items were missing from the box. The box contained medicines and food items. Medicines were anyway intact.
Please confirm if the removal of the food items were made due to some safety or valid reasons.
Though tampering with the package without notice is not acceptable.

Please note that a courier bearing rakhi was sent to my howrah address on 26th july, 2017 which has been delivered on 29th july, 2017. It contained 9 items when i sent from delhi, however when it reached to my address, consignment no. D991b9320694, it contained only 4 items.

Further i only had put cello tape on the envelope, but at delivery it had staple pins all around the envelope, which clearly indicates that parcel was deficient.

This is an unexpected service from your goodshelf, who has such a good rating but badly, all gone to vain,.

I spent rs. 1, 520/- on those rakhi plus courier charges of rs. 141/-. Now either deliver my rakhi as sent from delhi or refund the amount in full.

I have sent a letter through courier having docket no K991M0090336 first flight did 20.07.2017 to safdarjung new Delhi. The same has not been yet delivered. This is a very bad commitment and documents needs urgently to be delivered. Pls look into the same on immediate

B[protected] but i have not received the same though your website is showing it as delivered. Myself and family members were out of country at that time (July, 2016) and our house was locked.

Please send me receipt of the document so that i can check signature and name of the person, who has received it.

Hi all,

One consignment was booked from pune dated 24.07.2017 and it has reached mumbai on 25.07.2017 but still the consignment was not received.

The consignment has very important document and during booking it was clearly told that delivery has to be done on immediate basis but still there is delay in delivery as a result till date i. E 27.07.2017 i have not received the consignment.

This was my mistake to book consignment with first flight but it will not be repeated next time and this feedback i will be giving on the website too but before that please deliver my consignment asap.

My consignment was out for delivery today and the delivery person asked me to come to a nearby plaza for receiving. When i reached there, he asked me to wait for some more time. And this continues for 10-15 mins under sharp sun. I came back to my home (Mentioned address) the moment i reached, he called me again to come there. I refused, but hh requested again giving some personal reasons. My 50 years old mother then went to the plaza and received the consignment.

I request, to kindly see against these moles defaming your company's service.

I send packet to first flight courier branch in gurgaon on 17th july but they have not delivered till the destination today is 25 july.
It was important package lots of work is pending bcs of this.
I called many times in gurgaon hub they told me that they will try but did nothing still package not delivered it is in their branch since 10 days now they are telling they will not deliver nir returned my package, taken 240 for sending on first day. Plz help i will be thankful to you.

Actually i had applied for pan card and the delivery date was 17 th july 2017 and m tryng to cll them neither they respnd to any cll and nor they tlk politely nd respectfully to their customers. They were so harsh and evil in way of communicatng. I asked them to deliver the product so in response they said to come and pick up product it will take some more tym but the delivery date was[protected] nd today is[protected]. I didnt liked their behaviour and their services are pathetic so i wanted the you to take some strict action against it so the another consumers might not face any problem thnkyou
