I hereby to inform, Hunny Gautam's PAN Card it is showing in tracking status(airway bill no. B903Q7244868) that it is already been reached on 03/07/2017 but not yet reached here. Also Please check the issue and get resolved as soon.

Very poor service
I booked a courier from hapur to pilibhet vide courier no. W991b2983045 but today is 5th day but courier not delivered to pilibhet address. I send the courier throught first flight because it was very urgent to me so i pay 6 time charges than other courier, but my bad luck courier was not delivered. Customer care no is not working, i send a mail to [protected]@firstflight.net but there is no. Response

Poorest service in courier industries

The above mentioned consignment was booked from mumbai pancard office on 23rd june and it was reached erode karungalpalayam office o n 26th june. We track the no and it was found that it had received by erode office. The said document was not yet delivered to the addresse so far 13 days had passed. They have not properly delivered to the consent persons and not giving any proper information to the addresses.

Hi All.

I have sent a consignment of books from (Premnagar) Dehradun on June 20, 2017 - Consignment No: W991B2496963 to Mannarkkad - Palakkad District. Till now we have not received the consignment. I tried several times to contact their Palakkad office Phone number ([protected]) and the customer care number several times. But no response. Nobody is picking up the land line numbers of the palakkad office given in the website.

Today my friend went to collect the consignment from the office address of first flight Palakkad given in the website. Got the response from the neighbouring shops in "Theradupuzha Building, Opposite Town Railway Station" that First flight has closed that office for some time & Nobody knows the location of new office. Why is it that these kind of changes not updated in the Website?

I have send two emails as well to several IDs including: boycsd, [protected]@firstflight.net,
[protected]@firstflight.net, [protected]@firstflight.net, [protected]@firstflight.net,
[protected]@firstflight.net - But no responses from any one. (Got the details of one Mr. Rajeev from Mubai HQ - Even he has not responded till now - More than 7 days since I have sent email. One lady Ms. Supriya from HQ was kind enough to forward the email to Mr. Rajeev)

When I checked the website to track the shipment - "It is showing the status - "Delivery Delayed due to BAD whether" for several days. I really do not know, why a professional company like First flight courier is delaying the shipment like this - when there are no "natural calamities or disaster in Palakkad to the best of my knowledge"

I am utterly disappointed with the service of First flight courier. If you cannot deliver the consignment - please let me know where the consignment is right now & I will have it collected through some other "RELIABLE" courier.

Look forward to an action ASAP.

courier name :First Flight
My DOCKET Number is C75441568, which is couried on 30th june 2017,
8 days completed still it is not received.
No one is contacted.
in tracking status it is showing " Transit"
not showing the destination place etc.
even i contacted to Mumbai office customer care, it is ringing. no one is receiving the call.

This is regarding my 2 consignments, O[protected] and O[protected]. I have never received these 2 packets, whereas as per status it is delivered. I also verified delivery receipts from them, neither the signature nor contact no. belongs to me. After repeated emails there are not responding to me. I have sent emails to all Gurgaon regional offices and Escalation team, but they are not replying. I am also attaching delivery receipts with fake signature and contact number.

The tracking status show its delivered. But not received by myself or my family. Iam following up with the team since 3 month and no reply.

The package contains my original insurance documents sent from bajaj allianz. Which the first flight has mentioned its delivered. I have not received any call from the courier executive or the company to schedule the delivery. And also neither me nor my family member received and the first flight so called international service provider not even bother to respond when and to whom its delivered. Absolutely irresponsible behavior. Also the guys in electronic city office are irresponsible not even bother to respond

My Article (AWB No. P991B0683490) lying idle in Bankura Franchise office of First Flight Couriers. It reached my town franchise office on[protected] at 13:45 pm as per tracking record. It is[protected] at 11:00 now, Still not delivered even after three days when the distance from franchise office to my home is less than 5 kilometers.

My consignment no. - b991q4974275 has not yet reached. You should train your field staff to call the concerned person if there are any problems in tracking the address. I request you to action on this with immediate effect as the consignment is o[censored]tmost importance to me and a lot of my important work is getting stalled because of the incapacity of your field staff.

Please provide me a reply by the earliest about the status of the consignment.

Courier guy has not visited the office & updated as consignee refused to accept the courier.

How can they ask the gaurd the accept the important couriers .

Courier should be given the consignee.

No one has contacted also that there is a issue in delivery for the courier.

This kind of service is not accepted in this competitive world.

Packet is consist of company cheque book but the same has not been delivered yet. However, in your tracking site its showing delivered. I would like to know to whom and how could you gave a confidential packet to anyone and if you did show then show me the proof.

Its been 7 days that i had booked a parcel still its not delivered neither i am able to contact any of the phone numbers provided on the receipt. My consignment number is 0991M0211270 please look into the matter & try to help me as soon as possible because its very important for me to be delivered as it carry important documents. My pan card is not delivered .They had given me a date of 30/6/17, but still I didn't got it .My consignment no is B903Q6988821.They dispatched it on 22/6/17 .They are taking really a long time .please deliver it I need that document .I hope you will read this complaint and take some action.

My parcel was dispatched from ranchi on 26th june and received by the nearest service provider (Ghatsila) on 27th june but he is not delivering the parcel. It has been 5 days and i have not got my parcel. I have called few times to ghatsila service provider but nothing happened. Please make the parcel deliver asap, its urgent. Ref: docket no. my courier (cheque) on a/c of ramesh residence of khoda, noida, u.P from safe shop janakpuri was dispatched on 01/06/17 through first flight courier docket no. D991z6258261. Accordingly the above courier was arrived at noida hub, address- b/26, sector-64, noida, u.P. And called from no. [protected] to individual on dated 08/06/17 to receive courier from their office address as mentioned above as the delivery of above courier is not available on khoda address as intimated by him. In this regard, the courier representative was requested to handover the courier at the nearest point (metro hospital, sector 12, noida) as the office is so far from the residence, but the representative is misbehaved and denied to hand over the courier and forced to collect same from office address.
Further he returned the courier without delivery. It shows negligence and misconduct with customer. In this regard, kindly clarify the following points:-
1. When the courier is not deliverable then why it would be collected from origin station?
2. If courier is collected then why it could not be delivered?
3. If courier is necessary to collect from the courier office then what is meaning/advantage of courier facility?

Sir my PAN card is not delivered to my address but sir when i'm track it online it show Delivered.
