Sir, my consignment no is R991B1079651 booked at jaipur, for destination 800008 oin patna bihar.. On date[protected] but status not displayed on ur site and product not delivered yet... How bad ur service sir.. Even my docket have insured also.. Plz do something otherwise i goes to consumer forum

My very important documents has couriered through First Flight (Bhopal to Lucknow) on 21st April'17 for which consignment no. was given P991B0603150 but today is 30th April & I have not received my documents till date even I have charged Rs.140/- for this 3rd class services.

Due to delay this, I was miss the chance to get admission of my younger girl in a specific school as Birth Certificate not received even after 10 days.

Diffidently i will see you all fraudsters in Consumer Court.

Sir, parcel was booked from safe shop through your courier no D[protected] from Delhi to Akbarpur, on tracking it is showing the item is delivered but product is not delivered to the person, plz intimate the status, who has taken the product in between, it is serious issues, otherwise I will think your company not capable of delivering the product to right person, in between some one is keeping with himself, plz find out where the product is, ?

My courier dispatch from mumbai (Vhb lifesciences) on dated-24/04/17 docket no-b991b8104337 to vhb medisciences ltd. Sec-05, pantnagar, rudrapur (Uttrakhand) address. But till date not received courier in our address. Tracking record show courier had reached in rudrapur on 28/04/17. Concern office cant received our call.

Please do the needful.

The service provided by firstflight at hisar haryana office is very poor. They don't deliver pancard of anyone. One have to always collect from office. They returned my pan card without visit my address or without contact me. When i ask the representative said your address is correct but my address is absolutely correct. Even the representative has no manners of talking. His phone no. Is [protected]. And said do whatever you can do. They give pancard at office and take their sign on delivery paper. Give me satisfactory response.

Hi i am chetan bomdyal. I have send a parcel to chandigarh through first flight courier services but i item which we have didn't get delivered.. They have received different immaterial from one which we have send... But the cover of the parcel is same but material is different... How can this be possible??? We have sent contact lens solution and tablets but inside after delivery there was jst a pamplet of bajaj finserv... Please contact me on this no. [protected]

As per the information the consignment is lying at ap office. The concerned person mobile no is.. [protected].
Its beyond my understanding that after the consignment has been booked your representative are denying to deliver the same while the courier has reached at itanagar nahar lagoon branch and asking the customer to come at itanagar office and get it collected physically.
The consignee belongs to armed force and can not come out of the campus except on sunday when your office remains closed.
This is to reiterate that the consignment carries very important documents and should reach the desired location immediately.
I have been discussing this since last 10 days with booking location and destination but its pathetic that your customer is being harassed and none of the concerned people are responding positive.
My issue is that if the consignment was undeliverable then why allahabad branch has booked it???

I have sent parcel on 19/04/2016, it supposed to be delivered on 20th or 21st of April 17 but till now not delivered i called to customer care executive is also not supporting.
Destination is not a village its a district of Rajasthan, I first Flight is not able to deliver they should have refused to take.

I am supposed to get a package (P[protected]) delivered from bhopal to pune through first flight courier within 3 days of dispatched. The parcel was submitted to bhopal​ office on 13th april and today it's 25th april. On contacting the pune office they gave me the number of the delivery man ([protected]) who had my parcel and could not deliver coz his brother is getting married. He on the other hand gave me another number ([protected]) who promised me to deliver it in two hours. After passing of 4 hours i tried contacting him several times, he is either cutting my call or is letting his children answer the calls. The parcel has my books to prepare for the exams.

Status of the courier not updating from 22nd april2017.
No customer care numbers are in service.
My consignment number is m991b5335820.
Repeatedly i tried calling to the available customer care numbers in online but no one responding.
Why the status of my shipment is not getting updated?
I don't understand if any valuable papers are sent through courier and if its not reaching the concerned person what will be the fate?
There should be some regulatory board to take action on it

Courier partner said on phone that we will not deliver the packet. You have to collect from our office. Please resolve the matter and deleiver the packet

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to tracking number E991B1611851. I had sent a parcel on 11/04/17 to Mariam Kapoor, Pune-411007 from first flight kolkata in crooked lane. The parcel was sent for delivery by pune first flight on 15/04/17. But had returned saying door locked. This i hv tracked online. I dont know if its true. After that till date i.e. 25/04/2017, delivery has not been made. Whereas it was lying in the office of first flight at pune. I have complained several times to kolkata office. But no action has been taken. Pune contact number that has been given to me is not picked. Contact number on website of HO is not been picked.

Its 15 days overall and the customer has not received parcel and i my business is suffering for the same with that customer. There is no way out to reach First flight where my problem can be resolved.

And now when am checking online its showing as returned to hub. How can they return without trying delivery? We provide mobile numbers with address. Why was customer not contacted once to pick up the parcel. Though picking up parcel is not customers job. Atleast once more delivery attempt should have been made before returning to hub. I do not accept this returning policy at all.. Who ll bear the cost when i ll hv to redeliver the product. And what if the returned product does not reach me back. I will be at total loss. And my name is getting spoiled as well.

Necessary action must be taken against the company.

The main reason of non-deleivery is that the the aligarh courier concerned deleivery boy who is: neeraj whose mob. No.[protected], is an irresponsible person he is not performing hs duties seriously.
Neeraj never visit the recepients door personally to handover the dak
In his area of shaukat manzil dodhpur aligarh.
All types of first flight couriers he handovered to mr. Rais ahmad (Who is running a general store) in the same area.
He never come to deleiver it to the receipients
Pease try to look into the matter and resolve the mateer

Infact delivery boy has never visited at the address, nor contacted telephonically.
