Dear Sir,

I booked a courier from chennai to Bawal, Haryana.
It was vey urgenct, so we booked from courier .
If it is huge delay, then what is the meaning of courier by air. In that time i can get my parcel by raod also easily.
My docket no is # C991M0090173
Cust care person told me that it is hold .
last 3 time also same situation .
Still my courier is in transit.

We have despatched 2 packets from Moga First Flight office, one for Bathinda and another for Ludhiana vide consignment no.s[protected] and[protected] both dated 21/02/2017. First one was to deliver at the office of Vijay Raj Jindal, Bathinda and another to Mr. Sukhchain Singh, Ludhiana. But the documents had been misplaced by the courier co and now they behave very rudely. I contacted Mr. Pardeep from First Flight couriers[protected] but he behaved very rudely and provided no response from the last 10 days. Now i request to heavily penalise the company for at least Rs. 2, 00, 000/- as compensation for their negligence as the packets contained very important documents and money receipt books.

And by asking him he is saying that I had reached that place but I didn't find your address. And other Currier company is giving at same place and your person is misbehaving.

My request is that please take a best action with your staff.else am not going to do any corrior by your first flight company.

I had made a courier on 6th March’17 from Noida to Gurgaon which contains Rs. 8000 and some document When the courier is received at Gurgaon Somebody either First flight Staff or delivery boy steal the money (8000 Rs) and delivered only document. Attaching the receipt for reference. Really shame on First Flight Courier service. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

I have couriered on 1st Mar, mentioning it's an urgent, they told it will reach on time. When i started tracking it was lying in Mangalore HUB for 2 days and status showing no service to the mentioned place. If no service why the hell this guys took an courier and the stupid service not even an intimation to the customer about the situtation. I have called many people, went to the courier service provider, sent an email, i have tried my best to reachout and they said sorry sir, it will be delivered by today everytime when i ask. Till today it was lying in the Mangalore HUB no one has care or responding on it. ONE OF THE WORST COURIER SWRVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA.

An envelope docket no U[protected] was send by Tata Steel to my address given below at PIN Code 670007 on[protected] through M/S First Flight Courier and it reached Kannur office on[protected].

The office incharge Mr Kalavaran informed me on phone number [protected] from his phone number [protected] that my place at Pin code 670007 is not in their delivery area and that I should collect the envelope from their office about 6 km from my place.

If I did not collect the envelope will be send back.

On checking up on your website I find that 670007 is in the service area of First Flight.

It is the responsibility of the Courier Service to deliver the item to the addressee once they have accepted the item in their office. This is a serious breach of contract

I would request you to address this and respond. Many courier services are resorting to this kind of threat and fail in their service regularly.

I have dispatched courier on 24th Feb.17 from Noida to Bengalore but till date courier not delivered to Consignee.

This is urgent documents for some labour cases at Bengalore.
If not reach documents on time it will difficult for company and further it impacts also on the business of First Flight

Document under subject CN No.has been wrongly despatched to Nellore instead of Dindugal. Upon following up with their hyderabad office they have send back the courier to the origin station, , But the Mumbai office could not trace the same and not giving proper response. Till this time they are not confirming the whereabout of the docs. CN attached.

I was supposed to receive a courier which was dispatched from Delhi to Cochin.
The first flight courier is so irresponsible that, they didn't even made a cal in last 7 days. I couldn't even track my package, and the customer care service of them disconnects the cal in an irritating manner that they can't do the service.
Highly disappointing attitude.
Now they are telling that they returned the courier back to Delhi without intimating me and the reason when i checked was, they don't have service here in Cochin.
Can't they tel this while committing the parcel.?
I wasted one full week waiting for these idiots. They are now telling that they will send back in Professional courier when they receive back.

the consigment was recived at your jamshedpur office and the responsible person who was to dispactch the consigment at my door step did visited and wrote the remarks in the consigment "party repused to accept".
This consigment was comming from nsdl it was my grand mother pan card.
I would like to brief you that in my house if a person come its open any time. The person who was about to deliver didnt vist so now plz look it to the matter as its very urgent for me.
I also need compensation in return about the poor service provided by you. And i need the apologize from the concern person in jamshedpur and also and written apologize letter from your head.
And hence for i will make sure i would not make any more transaction with you.
Its just a request plz arrange my consigment and deliver to us as soon as possible.

After being given a consignment number I am still unable to track a package I sent via first flight. Kindly look into it immediately. My tracking number is J991M5622509.

It is not yet delivered and I have contacted them number of time and they are replying that courier is dispatched from office.
Even I called them many time for enquiry but response was not upto the mark.

I was waiting entire day for package to arrive.
Second day same story. I tried reaching many contact numbers but non of them worked.[protected],[protected],[protected] and many other.
Are you still in business on Monday 9:30 am? Do you have customer service in place? Do you office hours and customer care numbers listed on your website?

This is flustering experience when packages show out of deliver for 48 hours and they don't arrive. Please provide proper promises to customers and value their time. If you are not going to deliver on the day, you should not show it as out for delivery.

My mothers pan card has been dispatch through first flight and returned without reaching to my place twice. the documents contains pan card and it was very urgent for us. the courier ref no was B903Q4449919 . the documents has to delivered at our house and my old parents always available at home and no question of nobody at home. please take the matter seriously and try to dispatch the documents at our place immediately.my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

On 23-02-17 i have received the phone from first flight courier chittorgarh (rajasthan) located at near allahabad bank chittorgarh, & they told on phone we will not dliver the post to Nimbahera, so collect from our chittorgarh office

when i reach personlly to courier office to collect the post on 02.03.17, they told that we have return the post without inform to me to original sender or branch.

I have again ask for detials of who send the post they refuse to give details & told that we are not maintain such details

If they do not dilver to nimbahera address then why you collect the post from Origional Sendor

Please do the needful to collect my post

Several parcel items booked under assured delivery channel of the company for which a substantial amount is charged by the company from the customers, have not been delivered on assured time, resulting into loss of potential business opportunities and loss of property etc.

Strict action is demanded for such negligence of provision of assured services.

CNWe have send one courier to Dindugal from Navi Mumbai vide no. B991Q3051932 on 20/02/2017. Till this time the Document has not been delivered, when we contact the local office, they informed us that the documents has been mistakenly send to nellore and further no tracking is available. Till this date there is no proper response from their end.

When I have checked, It's shows Door Closed.
Actually no one is came on same address or not received any call.

Online tracking says returned to HUB but not further action.
Even after repeated complaints with the first flight associate there is no feedback at all from Sri Manjunatha Entp Yelechenahalli, Blr - 78.

Even after repeated requests, the consignment is not been delivered nor returned back to us . There is absolutely no response from Mr.Babu of the branch regarding the undelivered document.He seems to be a very irresponsible associate. We are getting several reminders from the other party for delivery of this document which carries highly important papers.Kindly intervene and do the needful immediately to avoid further legal action.
