First Flight Tracking number E[protected] is dispatched on 4/4/2017 from durgapur for Bangalore, am observing no tracking update online with last Tracking update on 4th April only, send an SMS with SMS Tracking option, even I dont get any response on that
Email Tracking link is also down,
The worst part is the Customer Care numbers are either busy or else they are not bothered to pick up the calls

It's my sheer advice not to stop this first flight business because they are just minting money and 0 service provided. Your order might not get delivered for days and days and don't even expect any of the customer care executives to call you or even pick up your call. My order containing sweets was placed on 30th march to Cantonment. It reached in area office on 1st april, still there was no updation online or any calls recieved from them. I continously called in pune and mumbai office but nobody picked up the calls. Several mails were dropped but no response. After great efforts I got the no. Of area where it was recieved and they said we'll not deliver to cant. Area, its not allowed. Bloody, my foot not allowed. Amazon, DTDC, Myntra, Printland all has reached till there, but bloody first flight cannot. And if they are so useless, why they didn't inform me before. Finally my recipient from cantonment had to go there and collect, Imagine! Thank god my sweets were not spoilt! I would never in my life send anything through first flight.

i have tryed many times on your company's contact no but your employ cannot provided ANY INFORMATION REGARDING MY DOCKET. when i am tryint to track on your website is shown thai "in transits" only, Who is responsible for this, me or your service provider? If i cannot recieve my docket tomorrow then i will go to the honerable court and consumer forma .

Non of customer care numbers are correct and contact persons are not responding even after 5 days of arrival of parcel at kolkata hub, sent on 29th mar from jaipur c scheme, POD No. R991B1068869, no response of mails and calls and complaints, really heights of negligence,

This company is fraud. In the name of delivering couriers they ask customers to come over to their office and collect the stuff.
Details:
I got an SMS which just mentioned that a courier will be returned tonight if not collected from their office opposite Noble Hospital. The SMS did not have any consignment details and just provided a landline number.

When I called back on the number and asked them to deliver the consignment they declined to deliver at the requested place claiming they called twice on my number but could not reach me (totally Untrue). Now they want me to come over their office to collect (else they will return it to the origin with no refund).
On top of this, the people addressing the call was very rude. Numbers that

Later, when I checked this with few of my friends, they complained of similar ordeals that they have seen (especially in this pincode).

I hope senior management of the firm takes cognizance of this and work towards rectifying the fraud at the lower levels (delivery network).

Courier Not received but in portal; it shows "Successfully Delivered ".

My PAN card has been dispatched on 22-Mar-2017 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B991Q4639820.
The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 01-Apr-2017.
Today I had visited First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd portal to track consignment, it shows that item has been Delivered. But I have never received the package.
Please help me with this to get my Courier.

my document no. K991B0432284 booked on date 16/03/2017 but you have not delivered this to us but returned it with reason pin code not mentioned. I want to know why you accept the document without having pin code . this document had all correct address with mobile number except pin code.
this document had a very importent document for sales tax department, i got penelty for late submission of this document .

I have not received courier yet. The university has dispatched the courier on 6th march only but still i have not received the courier. The courier service is respondind that courier is delivered on 9th of march only. But i still not received the courrier. Courier companies customer care is also not resonding and not giving any proper respond. This is my courier consignment no: f[protected]. So i request to take action again this so i can get my courier as soon as possible. Please take the necessary steps for this action.

This is regarding your pathetic service and no response towards your customer. My premium consignment p991p0008116 dispatched from bhopal on 31st march and there is no update about it. Consignment is very much important and you guys are not responding. I am warning you to update or get it delivered asap else i will raise police complaint against you.

I Amit Ghosh, From Jamshedpur, I have book a parcel from jamshedpur to Hoooghly vide docket No. U991M1065903, but the parcel item has been change in side the box, my relative confirm me that the have received diffrent items, and I known you will not take any action regarding the matter. but I will share my experience with others.

The item booked on 29 Sep 2016 vide Firstflight courier receipt no. T[protected] addressed to Hyderabad. Till recent days the tracking information was showing 'in transit' but now it is showing invalid tracking numbers. There is lot of problems made firstflight courier company. I have floated lot of emails to Chennai, Mumbai etc., not even a single person replied to my mail. Local courier office man replying verbally. But I want in writing about reason for delay and the item didn't reach till date.

I had booked a letter on 22.03.2017 from Jamshedpur to kolkata

but still 31.03.2017, 11.00 am it has not been delivered.
No-body receiving the phone. Most of the phone no in net are fake.

My friend couriered me some documents from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Due to some official reason I was not in the office at that particular point of time when the delivery boy came. So I told him to transfer to madhapur area because its easy for me to collect it from there.
From two days i am following up with him but we are not getting any response and today when I called him he told in a VERY HARSH WAY that the parcel is returned to Bangalore and he also told me that he got confused ( i dont know how and why)

My name is Shahnawaz Alam and my package bearing F991B2240145 was en route to the address Alam manzil, sastinagar, ismile, asansol-713301. They first assured me that the package will arrive within 3 days but it took them 7 days to reach the destination.Even after arriving they didn't even bothered to call the given number or get to the address.They just simply returned the package the next day . Please kindly look into the matter for I want the package to be delivered as soon as possible .For this act of yours i will be very grateful.

My PAN Card has been dispatched on 09 Mar 2017 through First Flight courier Pvt. Ltd. On tracking it is showing as " Out for Delivery" on 26 Mar 17, but till date I have neither received my document nor have any update for delivery date.

Can you please suggest how many days it takes to deliver a domestic courier and why do you charge a premium for efficient service. Highly disappointed!
