My consignment no a991b25232 had not been delivered to me i have been complaining and talking to customer care no. its been an year since i am facing this problem. i went to their offices asking about consignment status all they say is " come next week " or its in transit it will be here within 3
-4 days. i need my things back. this happened incident took place last year somewhere in between april 17 to april 22

consignment no E991B1661391 dated 24th March 2017 through First Flight Courier. The consignment was delivered on 27th March 2017 at 6.30 p.m. with two holes at each sides of the packet. When asked the delivery boy for reason, he said that rats are responsible for such tampering. After opening the packet it was found that half to the materials are gone. I have sent many consignments before through First Flight but such theft of material has not happened before. My faith on First Flight courier has lost completely.

Hi Team,

This is to update you that enclosed reference no courier has been given on 22March 2017 and it took 3 days to get updated in record till today there was no update on first flight tacking portal while i called concern person faizabad center and ask them why delay they tried excusing and asking to call manager to get further details when i ask for manager contact nu call has been disconnected.
Request you to please compensate me accordingly as they took 112 rupees in the name of superfast delivery by first flight and this is worst service experiance i have, also request you to please do the needful so this kind of delay never happen.

Dear m/s,
My vehicle insurance policy was couriered by icici lombard gic ltd twice. The consignment nos. Are:
1. B903q2440872 dtd march 17, 2017 and
2. B903q2419010 dtd. March5, 2017.
In both the cases the consignment was returned. Your people didn't make any effort to talk to me as mobile no. Is given on the pack or deliver it.
Today after non receipt of my packet, i inquired and i was told that the consignment has been returned to the source. Similar words were said by them when i didn't receive the one sent on march 5, 2017.
This is no business. If no action is taken i am going to do something you can not think of.
Unfortunate. Sorry.

First Flight फ़र्स्ट फ्लाईट कुरियर की वाहियात सेवा

रिलॉयस मनी द्वारा कुछ पेपर्स कन्साईनमेण्ट नं0 J[protected] दिनॉक 17 मार्च को भेजा गया. अगले दिन 18 मार्च को 11.16 बजे मुझे [protected] से काल मिली. काल करने वाले सज्जन ने मेरा पता व उपलब्धता पूछा और कहा कि आज ही कचहरी मे ही हम आपको कुरियर डिलीवर कर देगें.

आज चार दिन बाद तक कुरियर न मिलने पर मैने उसी नंबर पर काल मिलाने का प्रयास किया. कई कोशिशों के बाद लगभग 9.15 बजे फोन मिला तो भाई साहब ने बताया कि मै छुट्टी पर हूँ. डिलीवरी करने वाले से बात कर आपको बताता हूँ.

शाम के 4.30 हो रहे है पर अभी तक न तो कुरियर मिला न ही भाईसाहब ने कुछ बताया.

फर्स्ट फ्लाईट जैसी कंपनी मे ये वर्क कल्चर?

आश्चर्य है.

इसके बाद मैने कंपनी के मेल पर शिकायत किया, मसीनीकृत तरीके से उस शिकायत को तत्काल संग्यान मे लेते हुये कोई निरंजन जी ने मुझे मेल पर शिकायत दूर होने हेतु आश्वस्त किया. पर वह आश्वासन सिर्फ कोरा ही रह गया.
न तो मुझे मेरा कुरियर मिला, न ही शिकायत पर कार्यवाही हुई.
और अब तो कोई जबाब भी नही दिया जा रहा है. जबकि
पूरे वार्ताक्रम, एसएमएस व मेल के रिकार्ड मेरे पास उपलब्ध है.

We had booked a consignment from First Flight vide No.R991B1057975, for Hyderabad with a commitment to be delivered within 24 hours, and now 2 days has passed, and the website is not showing any update, the Call Centres are not picking any phone, and the Agent through whom, we had booked the package, he is using foul language. As per him, First Flight works from morning 11.30 to 6 in the evening only, and further states that if the package has not reached, then it's the responsibility of the Airport, and " Airport uske Baap ka nahin hain".

We request to please look into the same, and give an urgent updateon the same.

Consignment was send for urgency by air from Pune to Chennai. Reached Chennai by 21st morning 9:45 am. Shipment was suppose to deliver just 30 km from city and there is no one on the organization know the status/ physical presence of the shipment. When called to the customer care the executive was so arrogant that he dont know the information and cut the call in between. Am lodging this complaint after 24 hours of no response. My advice to people is read this complaints and provide business based on the quality of service the FF is providing to customers and not just the high paid cost.

I have booked a packet on 10 Mar2017 vide docket no O[protected] DT 10 Mar17 Bahadurgarh Haryana to Lucknow. Today on 20 Mar 17 received at lucknow destination point but in this some embroidery cloth missing worth Rs.6000 and packet received as it .In trasit packet disturb by deleivery boy or at office.
Please kindly do the needful .

I am trying to track my parcel. The POD number of my parcel is G991M0404158. It is sent from Ahmedabad on 18th March 2017 to Delhi. On checking it showed the tracking status on the next day i.e 19th March 2017 but it is showing as invalid tracking number today i.e 20th March 2017. Please help me to get the correct tracking details of my parcel ASAP.

Please be inform you that on 6th of march i have given one consignment to first flight courier services naka no 10 wadi branch, nagpur, to send it at rajamundry and as per tracking details it has reached on 8th of march but somehow same has not been received by the concerned person, when we approach the branch they have told us that they are not the authorized staff to share the proof of delivery nor they can forward our request to their management.
Please take note that i have been paid 200 rs for this services and i believe its too much and still the item is not received to the concerned shop.

I had sent the following mail, but have not got any reply even after so many days.

Hello,

This is with respect to a complaint raised on 6th February, 2017 for which no resolution has been done despite several follow ups in the last one month. (More than a month, actually)

The courier had been sent to a Delhi address on 21st January, 2017. There was some issue at the receiving end and the parcel was not accepted. It came back to First Flight, Lucknow, sans the contents. I had raised the complaint for this and was promised the charges for the courier and the contents to be reimbursed.

Now that it has been more than a month, I am writing you this mail to demand for an expected date by which this issue will be resolved. Neither do I have the contents now, so that I can return them and get the money back, nor do I have any communication of any kind for your end.

PFA the documents concerning the details.

Kindly look into the same urgently and let me know of an expected resolution date ASAP, or else I will have to take further actions like contacting the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

My father made a courier from Bhubaneswar to Airoli, Mumbai on 6th March 2017 and was supposed to arrive on 10th but the personnel there did not even bother to give a call or anything until today 16th march 2017 that too the person on the phone was rude and indifferent. The courier needed to reach me before 16th as it was a critical but now it cannot be.
My father tried to call the courier office at Kopar khairne but it was unresponsive and even today when he finally called he said he cannot deliver it even today which is really very agonizing.

The person is Sahil Gaikar, i demand a strict and stringent action be taken against the said employee otherwise i will escalate it further.
Moreover i expect a refund of the amount paid for delivery.

my Major concern is my packet is delivered to my cams office total 94 forms available in packet and one form penalty is Rs 1000.00 So My 94 forms penalty 94000.00 So please provide me penalty charges or deliver my packet to my cams office.

Never seen this type of Worst service from any courier, This is first time we had seen worst service as stolen some of our food item from parcel.

My uncle sent six verities of eatable items. By first flight (Courier A991B3150122) from Hyderabad. But we have received 4 verities of eatable items.

I am wonder, where and how it’s happened?

Issues :

1) Two out of Six have been stone by your staff.
2) First Flight staff are very rude, show misbehavior in all aspect and their warning us to come and collect parcel otherwise they wish to revert parcel to Hyderabad. ( One of delivery boy named Manipal Singh doesn’t want to deliver the parcel at door step & and simply declined and saying that (shobhagpura, near Delhi public School) doesn’t come under the circle.

I got a massage as mentioned below. plz clarify. Where is that consignment now. If possible call me please.

When I talked to the phone number given in the above massage he didn't reply instead he told me why should he listen to me. I also want to lunch a complain against him.
