My PAN card has been dispatched on 14-Aug-2016 from income tax department by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 23-Aug-2016. Not update any tracking status by first fligt. When i call first flight Customer care no one pick up phone. How can i recieve my pan card. Please help me .

I was suppose to receive my courier 1 week back. It was dispatched from Noida and reached Hyderabad with in 1 day. But its been a week and still they have not delivered my packet. It is not even a big packet, it is just a document. I tried to call customer care but they are useless.

I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Resolution: need my document.

I am not able to understand what I can do. Please help me in this regard.

With regards I hereby state that kindly deliver the product within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt of this E Mail or else return the product back to the Consignor. If after 24 hours neither of the above is followed in such a situation the erring officials are likely to be prosecuted Under relevant sections of the IPC. The most ashamed thing I saw in my life that my rakhi which is a bond of brother and sister you guys didnt have courtsey to make a safe arrangement and also ur so called gm of Gurgaon is not able to help and also speaking rudely[protected] can you peple help me out with this awb no_0991B3244835 guys please have some common sense it is rakhi nathing more

This is very bad service experience in my life.

I have sent a courier on 9th August 2016 and the consignment number is A991b2675164. Today is 23rd August and the courier is not yet reached to the destination that is Kolkata. I have sent medicines for my mother who is medically not well and she needed the medicines on urgent basis. As there was an emergency, I sent the medicines through courier but all in vain. Till now there is no confirmation regarding the status of the courier and no time frame has been given for the delivery. My mother needs the medicines on priority and still she is waiting for the same. I need a prompt and proper response from the courier company regarding the time for delivery. If your company cannot deliver the courier kindly refund the money and send back the courier to me, I will find some other alternative which would provide me a proper service. I want services from your side as I have paid for it. If you cannot give the service to your customers then I would suggest please close your company and stop cheating the customers. I have never seen such a pathetic service. Waiting for a quick response as my mother is not well and I need to send the medicines to her.

I sent 2 couriers on 10th of Aug 2016.One with rakhi and Ayurvedic Medicine and one with Ayurvedic Medicine.
From Bangalore to Bhubaneswar.

It show that item is in transit.

But nobody is attending the call at any time.
I tried to reach the corporate office, Mumbai Contact no#[protected]
But there is no response.

I paid money for sending and items are not received.
And I don't have any rights to know the status for my courier?

We are living in a developing country and this is how this organization is working.

My recomendations to all consumers:

Never ever use First Flight Courier at any time.Even If they agree to deliver free of cost.

The income tax dept. Sent the pan card 09.08.2016. My airway bill no. B[protected]. The courior reached to malakpet on 17.08.2016, the details given below

17-aug-2016 hyderabad arrived at hyd malakpet branch
15-aug-2016 hyderabad despatched to branch for delivery from hyderabad hub
13-aug-2016 hyderabad arrived at hyderabad hub
10-aug-2016 mumbai despatched from major acc. Hub
09-aug-2016 mumbai booked at major acc. Hub

The courier not received up to till date.

I had purchased a potable power bank 50000mah through ebay by credit card rs. 2519/- paisa pay i'd.[protected]. Courrer name first flight on 02/08/16. But till now i have not received. But, i have enquired in ebay that the courtier report showed delivered. But i could not received yet and for which i have registered a complain in ebay as my complain no.2255953.

No one is responding to my calls and when once in a blue moon they pick call they ask me to contact the franchise who received the courier. Now that franchise person is abusing me and denying that they have never received courier. I have pod and everything. But can't track my parcel.

Booked an courier on 08-aug-2016 and it should have been delivered by a week but still status show in transit. I tried to call to bangalore and kolkata call center at different no but line is always busy. Already droped couple of mail to [protected]@firstflight.net but no one response on it.

It would be kind if you can look at it earliest and get back with actual delivery date. If first flight is not able to deliver then please return the consignment to sender at earliest.

I couriered a box from Chandigarh on 8th August, 2016 to Kolkata using first flight courier, i was informed that the courier would reach the recipient within one week till 17th August, 2016 . But it has been more than 2 weeks now and till yet no courier has been received and even on tracking the shipment it is just giving in transit and dispatched from Chandigarh hub on 9th August . When I tried to call the customer care number given on the slip, the call does not connect. and I am unable to know the whereabouts of my product.

I was to get a important paper from noida on 12th aug 2016 but to my suprise they dint delivered to chennai and whenever i contacted them they were like there is a server problem.
Guys never ever trust first flight
Worst experience ever and never use this for urgent or imp doc.

My consignment number is g[protected] which i ordered from amazon on 14th august to bhopal. Courier arrived in bhopal on 18th & till then it is lying with the first flight. They haven't delivered it though it was a rakhi gift for my brother. I already requested amazon seller to deliver it before 20th but it was not delivered. No response from first flight team. Not receiving the call as well.

A packet was handed over to first flight courier on 10/8/2016 from raipur to delivered at ojhar in nasik. Courierhad not delivered in mentioned right address. On tracking it shows that packet delivered to ojhar (Nashik).

We wish to inform you that our supplier book the courier through docket no- M991B4078355, till that we are regularly follow-up to your Pune office to Rudrapur office, by this we get good response from your Pune office but we not get any good response from your Rudrapur office, we are trying to contact them by today morning but they are not picking the call, then we call to delivery boy he confirmed the material has been reached in Rudrapur Office and also confirmed to deliver today but still we have not received the material, our production also suffer due to this.

I have sent a courier through First Flight on 16/08/2016 (DOCKET NO. FW0038774) from Haldwani to Singapore which consist of my college documents.
At the time of booking i was told that it will take maximum 6 days to get it delivered. Now when i called up the delhi office to track it, the staff person is not answerable, they told me we don't know when it will be sent from delhi.
I want the courier company to give me a fixed date of delivering my documents

The consignment with consignment no b[protected] was despatched on 8th august 2016 from mumbai to kolkata. I have not yet received the same and the same is still showing as "in transit".
Kindly note that it is a very important document and non-receipt of this documents is making me so much tensed and i am going through so much mental tension and harassment due to this.

I have applied for pan and it has got shipped through first flight with the tracking details - # b[protected] (Ref. #[protected]) the track list says it has delivered on 16th august but i haven't received the shipment and you guys are not responding to below email and to the call[protected].

Why your service is so pathetic. I need my pan card asap.
