I am nilanjana kar from durgapur (Wb), have applied pan card and nddl has sent me a message on 09th august 2016 that the card has been delivered by ffcl on or before 18.08.16. I have tried to track my application status. But it shows like pan in transaction. I have not received pan card within 18.08.16 through ffcl courier service. I need it urgently. My awb no b[protected]. I need to register this complaint. Please do needful favour as soon as possible.

I sent two couriers on[protected] one for bhopal (Consignment no. O991b3215446) and 2nd for pathancot (O991b3215447) from three star services g-18 sunhat lok-2 sec-57 near hong kong bazar gurgaon ashok arora (Sales executive) ph[protected]. They promised me to deliver this before 18th of august but it has not been delivered yet. I have been following up for the same but not getting any genuine response from them not even from customer care executive and behaving so rudely. I want my money back and take legal action against these guys and first flight courier.

I have booked consignment from first flight couriers no j991m4826394. After passing 10 days it has not been delivered. I got a call that we don't have service in your area. Even i ready to collect from their office. I visited but they are unable to handover the consignment. According them boy is out.. Right person not available... Different reason at different time. I fed up to track them but no response... I am fed up.

Service provider has charged me for service on 19 Aug till I escalated matter there won't any in system till 20 Aug 2016. Call centre number as usual only for showcase most of numbers provided on receipt not working or no one answering. I dropped mail to get the status of important docs but no reply till 20 August . So on what basis these people charging there won't be escalation matrix... This Happens only in India..

Hi.. I sent a parcel for mumbai on august 13th which was received in oshiwada branch on august 16th. However it was never delivered to the address. I have been trying to reach the customer help desk and the i have never ever encountered people as rude and senseless as employed by you. My phone is kept on hold and no one bothers to response for 10 mins and finally its hung up. Very very rude. Wonder if they even know their job. You charge people so hefty, least you can do u parcels are delivered. My tracking no is a991b2873057. Please look into this.

We're subsidiary for online shopping and keep using courier services to dispatch the products. We used first flight for first time and it turned out to be nightmare. The consignment was dispatched on 6th aug'16 from pune to jagdalpur and it is yet to be delivered.

The cherry on the cake is that noone is taking responsibility of the lost courier. Pune branch is blaming raipur branch and vice verca. We're not only losing customer but also the brand image. Who would be responsible for the loss.

Will someone look into this on priority and deliver the product either to store or customer.

It is very surprising after almost 12 days the issue is unresolved and you have not delivered the consignment nor have you bothered to update me.

If the consignment is not tracked and delivered within 24 hrs from the timing of writing this e mail, i will compelled to take legal action against the company and first flight will be liable to compensate me for the losses. Please treat this letter as formal notice.

I have sent a rakhee parcel on august 12, 2016 but till date it has not been delivered and they have confirmed that it will reach given address on august 16, 2016. I was wrong that i trusted them and not took their words in writing…. Even they cost so high then the other post companies with worst services. Neither the customer care phone is picked up nor other numbers provided on web... Soiled all rakhi celebration………….. If you are unable to do your job please shut down your doors….. I had booked a consignment from raniganj (West bengal) to hazaribagh (Jharkhand) from first flight courier on 10/08/2016. But the consignment not yet deliver and the office of the raniganj branch not open from last five days.
My consignment number is e[protected].
I have not any contact number of branch office any whenever i call to kolkatta branch number[protected] not reachable

My courier has not reached. Reference number provided is invalid. It was couriered on 13th August at Vyapar Kendra Gurgaon and was Kolkata bound. There is no clue where the courier is as tracking no on receipt provided is invalid. Nobody is picking phone on first flight contact numbers. Pathetic service, should be jailed for cheating customers, wasting their time and robbing them of the valuable stuff booked in courier.

I'm frustrated to death with the way First Flight courier offices at Bangalore & Hyderabad my consignments. Their customer service truly sucks and they have no clue or provide updates about where my pkg was stuck.

I dropped the pkg at Bangalore office on July 18, 2016 and after 40 days (On August 17, 2016) they now updated their website with delivery status as "Delivered on August 04, 2016". Neither recipient nor their neighbor received the consignment, which had lot of items, worth thousands of rupees, meant for cultural event but poor kids lost their hope now. I strongly believe that First Flight employees stole that pkg and took everything with them.

Here are the list pathetic updates given by their employees.

- After 40 days were gone, When I called Hyderabad office they claimed that "No one at home, so, they left the pkg at neighbor house". Are you kidding me ??

If a single pkg is lost, undelivered due to whatever reasons, not returnable... what's your corporate vison ? DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE ON BIGGER COMPANIES SUCH AS FEDEX, UPS & DHL IN COMING YEARS ?

If you can't solve this problem at the earliest then your corporate days are simply numbered and you'll be wiped out of courier business space in matter of months.

This is regards to couple of consignment booked by me from Pune to Kolkata (Howrah),
The reference number or consignment number as per you slip are “M991B4124288” and “M991B4124289”. Both the consignment was booked on Saturday 13th August, and I was advised that the consignment will reach the destination latest by Thursday 18th August.

I have checked back at the desired destination the Consignment is not reached there, and to my surprise I am not being able to see the details in your website also.
to add to frustration, I have been trying to call your customer service number in Pune / Kolkata and Mumbai and no one is responding to the call. Can someone please suggest me on what is the status of my Consignment, and do the required recipient will get the Consignment today,

Had sent my courier from Noida to Bangalore on 09/08/2016 (consignment no.-W991B2259866), It has reached Bangalore Hub on 11th of August...we tracked it online its been showing out for delivery since then, Meanwhile I have tried all the customer care number for the parcel status, but either you dont pick call nor your numbers are active.

This is simply ridiculous! not at all acceptable behaviour of company people. It has really caused me loss, monetary plus mentally. I am worried about the parcel and i demand the updated status of the same...and a point of contact.
Please respect customers and give them good service.

People working for this company have no ethics and service oriented.

Worst service in the world.They are not delivering my client pan card. It is more than25 days still they did not delivery the courier. I feel that normal postal department will do in one week. No one picks up the call. Even corporate customer care people do not respond to call or mail. Also these people are not attending the call.

When i spoken with executive they are telling that it will reach by 20.08.16
So i am very surprised with the ffc service
