I'm frustrated to death with the way
First Flight courier offices at Bangalore & Hyderabad my consignments. Their customer service truly sucks and they have no clue or provide updates about where my pkg was stuck.
I dropped the pkg at Bangalore office on July 18, 2016 and after 40 days (On August 17, 2016) they now updated their website with delivery status as "Delivered on August 04, 2016". Neither recipient nor their neighbor received the consignment, which had lot of items, worth thousands of rupees, meant for cultural event but poor kids lost their hope now. I strongly believe that
First Flight employees stole that pkg and took everything with them.
Here are the list pathetic updates given by their employees.
- DON'T HAVE DELIVERY BOYS... "
- Political unrest,
- Bad weather
- Can recipient pick up ?
- After 40 days were gone, When I called Hyderabad office they claimed that "No one at home, so, they left the pkg at neighbor house". Are you kidding me ??

If a single pkg is lost, undelivered due to whatever reasons, not returnable... what's your corporate vison ? DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE ON BIGGER COMPANIES SUCH AS
FEDEX, UPS & DHL IN COMING YEARS ?
If you can't solve this problem at the earliest then your corporate days are simply numbered and you'll be wiped out of courier business space in matter of months.
