I had sent a rakhee parcel on 10/08/2016 but till 18/08/2016 it has not been delivered. Even after 9days delivery is not done though they charge thrice the rate of indian post. No tracking is shown on the site. Neither the customer care phone is picking up including the main mumbai number. No reply of email. Spoiled our rakhee celebration thus seek punitive action against such unprofessional courier.

India's no.1 domestic organization always:):) sent a courier on 9th august from chennai to bangalore. Still it has not delivered. Also, awesome status in the website as "bad weather" though everything is right over there.

Called customer care & raised continuous complaints, escalations.. No use... They are giving a branch number.. But it is not exact number of that branch. They are saying customer care people doesn't know correct number. Some how got the exact branch number, but they are not at all responding. Add on to that, customer care people even cut the call if raise the voice.
If we call & ask the branch people where i couriered, they will shout on the customer. :):) we pay the money & we need to get all this. Very nice:):)


They are rejecting the call, even if you try from morning to evening. They will talk with some people, if call is waiting also they wont' pick. At next moment, if you call again they wont attend. Such a disgusting behavior.

Don't even know the courtesy/ respect to a human, why you are running a business. If you can't maintain professionalism in your service, please shut down it. At least we will trust other courier & they will serve us better.

I post rakhi as courrier to odisha on the occasion of rakshya bandhan before 10 days but firstflight unable to deliver . It is quite bad service. Quitely dissatisfied. Please don't use firstflight courier.

I sent a courier J991M4415182 from Lucknow on 9/8/2016 to Assam. Its been 8 days and its still on kolkata airport. I contacted the company and they said that our company employees in kolkata are on a hike and ur courier will not be delivered until the hike ends.

I had booked a consignement numbered o991b3174040 on 13th august from gurgaon which needs to be delivered in banglore but status since yesterday is showing as address insufficient when i try reaching to the customer care then they are saying pin code mentioned 560037 doesnt have this address but pin code mentioned on the consignment is 560048 same is reflected on the slip i received
It is becoming very difficult to deal with these guys, can someone please help me in getting this delivered timely

This is one of the worst courier service i have come across in last 10 years. Both of the couriers (Tracking nos - f[protected] and f[protected]) was given on 9th august 2016 by paying 100/- each so that it get delivered in 3 days time as told by your office in mittal towers, mg road office bangalore. However, both the couriers have still not reached destination.
Also, all the phone nos mentioned in your website is fake, no one answers the call from last 2 days.
I am writing this mail hoping that i will get a call immediately and my couriers will reach the destination today without fail. Also, since you guys have taken a week to send same, kindly refund the excess amount you charge in name of express delivery. This is a clear service failure and loot which first flight people have shown.

Till now i have not received courier from sikar (Rajasthan) to adilabad - nizamabad (Ts).

Your adilabad branch mr. Aleem mobile no. [protected], nizamabad branch mr. Saleem mobile no. [protected] and sikar branch mr. Khanaiya mobile no. [protected] is not showing any response.

Hence i request you to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest or else i have to take strong action against.

Today i received courier in which my sister sent rakhi to me. Envelope was already torn from side and there was extra plastic packing from outside.
I told the delivery guy that the product is missing. He just took the sign and went away.
There were 3 rakhis my sister sent to me from ghatsila.
I am in bangalore.
I cannot imagine that courier services will start stealing rakhis now.

I have sent some document from first flight couriers on 1 august 2016 for ramgarh to imphal, but till now my document not delivered to the destination. First flight couriers office ramgarh is not giving me any justification for this. I can't track my document in first flight couriers sites.

I am a student of R.V college of engg in bangalore.it was mentioned to me that they will deliver it by 11 august 2016 in the area of pincode 560059 but still i haven't got. my phone number is given there at the courier services.today is 16th august 5 days after the date but still didn't get any call or message regarding anything. when i check online it says the package has been delivered and signed by me which i never did. they have this number [protected] whic never picks up the call and all the other local offices have either their phone switched off or they give another number to call. i need an urgent help.

I was placed my order on ebay.in (Online shopping). It was shipped through your courier service (First flight).. But i have not receive my parcel on time period. When i am call to distributors and branches or head office they are not attend call when they attend call not give me right answer about my parcel. And no any notification updates.

Feeling:- very angry and crying.. Very poor and third class services.

Request you to please send the status where is my courier and when it will get delivered because in courier rakhi is thereand rakshabandhan is on 18th aug'2016.

Dear sir my name is naresh and I live in firozpur punjab. My cheque was despatched from delhi on 8/82016 and till now I have not received it. Tracking say it is out of delivery on 13/08/2016 but on that day I have not received such call from your side and no one come to delivered.
I'm afraid there should not be some misunderstanding to be done and my cheque book will be return to delhi.
The office of firozpur branch is not good. The delivery of the item is very poor. I met these kind of problem before.
Last time I picked my item from the office and it was reached the before 4 days and my friend cheque book was already return to delhi. There was also no any contact by the delivery boy.

Please look after the matter the delivered my item as soon as possible.
Please contact us if any difficulty to find the such address. Don't return the item.

Hi all, its end of my patience. Now am going to complain against you guys in consumer court. I had booked a consignment on 09/08/16. This consignment was for durgapur. Consignment #d991b7391654. It could have been reached till now even by a speed post. But you people do not have deliverd yet. Your turn around time is over.

I had sent my courier from gurgaon to kolkata on 08/08/2016 (consignment no.-o991b2432983). it doesn't reached kolkata even after 7 days, we tracked it online. but it is showing that the courier is dispatch at gurgaon hub on 10th aug, the status was not at all updated till date. mean while i have almost tried all the customer care no.[protected]/[protected]. for my parcel status, but no one is either picking the call & most of the nos. are not active. if first flight courier is not capable to deliver a consignment, then why it is running such services. even when i visited there franchise for my parcel inquiry they behave irresponsibly. they just book parcel & kept with them & they them self have no idea about the parcel. even the person is not ready to share the contact no. of any responsible person of first flight courier.
They have their stupid reasons not to respond. their phones are switched off, not receiving etc. why to hire such people who have no concern with company and customers!
This is simply ridiculous! not at all acceptable behaviour of company people. it really caused me loss, monetary plus mentally. i am never gonna trust first flight. if you do not care for your customer, then eventually you will lose your customers.
Please respect customers and give them good service.

Consingnment no. W991m1092717 was booked on 2/8/2016 and has not been delivered to murshidabad, west bengal; although the consignment reached kolkata, w. B. On 6/8/2016, i fail to understand why wasn't it sent to the required address? I only cane to know about this on 10/8/2016 when i enqired at the office here, asking a reson why it hasn reached. It is really important for the consignee. Now every time the office is called, nobody answers, i can't keep going to the office to know the status every time.

This is the POD number J991M4251697, which i booked on 06th Aug'2016 for Vizag(A.P) and today is 13th Aug'16 it is not been delivered yet as as well as while tracking the courier it is not showing update status on it.

Request you to please send the status where is my courier and when it will get delivered because I have send Rakhi for my brother and Rakshabandhan is on 18th Aug'2016. And it should get delivered before it.

Even after the proper follow up this company return my parcal back to origin..gurgaon office they never contact the person to deliver the parcal and dont even pick up the phone, just dropped me a sms that we are returning ur parcal due to insufficient address and after so many try when pick the phone they said tracking is not possible dont worry ur parcel will get deliver to you next day and when track the status of my parcel, it was back to origin...to bad service even after such follow up they dont be able to deliver my parcel to me...such a irritating services...you guyz dont pick up the phones...you guyz dont contact us...i mean why guyz running such courier service when you even dont know how to deliver it... Status is showing delivered but i have not received my courier having consignment no U991Z0661881.
The courier was sent on 5th of august. Its been 7 days and i havent received any updates...yes i got a message that it has reached bangalore on 12th but i havent received it yet. I am very dissapointed with the service of first flight couriers.
