We are to receive a pan card through your service on courier receipt no:FFCL AWB B[protected] which was sent on 22/07/16 with expected delivery date on 31/07/16 in the name of S.SHILAJA for the address No-8, railway border 1st street, kavery nagar, saidapet, chennai -600 015.We had waited till 10/08/2016 after then not knowing the actual reason for the delay we contacted head office customer care, there was no response even after contacting them continuously for three hours and since then we contacted chennai office after which we are informed that the address was wrong and had returned the cover despite the fact that were residing here for the past 20 years.We need that same cover immediately as it is your service fault for returning the cover without proper verification.

I had booked a Consignment to be parcelled to an address at Siwan from First Flight Couriers Gorakhpur. The Consignment Number is J991M4309934. The distance from Gorakhpur to Siwan is around 120kms. The consignment was booked for despatch on 10 Aug 16 at approx 1100hrs, bt still as per 12 Aug 16 the consignment is not yet delivered on the booking address. The agent has conveyed us during booking time that the item will be delivered in 24 hrs. We are expecting a fast action on this complaint. This is to bring under your notice that My Father, Mr Manoj Kumar Chaturvedi had sent a DD to Lucknow from Jaunpur where my brother lives for his Admission Fee through First Flight Couriers.

On the system it was showing that its delivered on 10th August 2016 to person named Shivakant.
But was not received by my brother and neither he knew anyone named Shivakant.
when my father called the Lucknow Mahanagar office of First Flight,
They talked in a very bad and rude manner and in spite of helping,
disconnected the call.
When we enquired personally in the neighborhood, we came to know that it had been delivered in the next building guard and neither my dad nor my brother received any call at delivery or message.
It was an emergency as the Demand draft was to be deposited, failing which the admission of my brother was rejected.
I desire a apology letter from First Flight Mahanagar, Lucknow Branch.
and the Amount refund.

I had a parcel to be delivered from pune to belgaum sent on 10/08/2016 docket no. M991m0668973 and is not yet deilivered, while the person who had come to pick the courier had garenteed one day deilvery as it was urgent.

The contact numbers given online are not working and we are unable to contact the people in belgaum please look ito this and let us know as soon as possible.

My docket no.M991B3949092 was booked on 04/08/2016 still not reached.

I'm ketan from balaji enterprises, aurangabad.
Parcel is handed over to first flight on 11th of july 2016 from tirpur.
Expected date to be deliver parcel to aurangabad is 15th of july 2016.
Till i waited a long time for parcel and then complaint it on there customer care no. [protected] on 26th july.
From last 15 days i'm calling them and asking about status but they are not at all cooperating and leaving the conversation by saying your complaint is raised, you ll get in 2 days, today.
Omeone called priya to which i had talk, so loud on phone, irritating, they are making fun of need.
It is requested you to please do some help for me as that parcel is urgently needed to me.

The courier not received in time.
Booked on 8th aug'16 with promise to deliver in 24 hours from delhi to noida via tracking no. J991m4267458. The courier reached noida on 10th aug'16 at 6:40am in morning and not yet delivered.
I am trying to dial the contact number[protected] or[protected] but no one is picking the phone.
Sms tracking and email tracking not working and message says try again later.
I dialed the corporate no.[protected] and that too no one is picking to my surprise.
What sort of customer handling is this?
Very very strange and this can happen only in india as there is no penalty of these type of incidences.
I have raised this thru email to company and got no response.
God help us... Please avoid first flight in all probabilities. This is the worst experience with a branded courier company so far.

I have book a consignment (con. no. J991M4181937) for delivery from Gonda U.P. to Parwanoo Distt Solan H.P. on 05/08/2016. But till date my
consignment does not reaches. when i contact the first flight Gonda office then he says that your documents are dispatched from Gonda to H.P. but i track my con. no. on net shows IN TRANSIT . i have contact one more in Gonda Office then he checked and says that your consignment are wrongly dispatch to Ludhiyana and says i have manage that and your courrier are reached today (10/08/2016). But now this not done. sir i have many problems regarding this . So i request you to please arrange this.

but they didn't deliver even after 96 hours.
either they will deliver before Thursday or they will pay the compensation for that.

I sent a courier in white envolope from ahmendnagar maharashtra on 08/08/2016
But still its not reach on the desire location which is kandivali west mumbai 67
And i am trying to track my shipment but i am unable to track through online as well as sms tracking
Thats why i used to call on ahmednagar office phone but that lady said our network is not working from yesturday you can call on mumbai office number
But mumbai goregaon office number is ringing and ringing no one is answering the call
And i am frustrated by all this
Please do something and help me out of this

Sir, i have applied for pan card and it is dispatched on 29 july, and expected date of delivery is given as 7 august, 2016. My pan card is being delivered by firstflight courier with airway bill number b[protected]. I have not yet received the card and from day one, tracking the courier shows same result of 'dispatched from mumbai'. When i tried callng their customer support team, they have not attended call even... My mail has not been replied.. Please help me in getting my pan card!

This is worst courier service.This is first courier service in which u can not track.Even i[censored] will try on their number [protected], they will not pick up.
I called 100 times but no one picked up.I donot know why they mentioned this number if they are not picking up.
Regret my choice to use First Flight courier service.

We have booked a courier from mau to bangalore of medicine. As that was for emergency use i booked through firstflight couriers consignment number (J991m4822503) which promised delivery as 2 days. Today i am in 10th day but still did not receive the couriers.

I am trying to reach on below 3 numbers provided on their website since last 5-6 days but no response.

What is the use of booking an emergency couriers by taking the expensive services if that does not arrive on time and moreover their is no intimation from the couriers service on the reason of the delay.

When i check on the website i found that they are returning back without calling on my mobile number provided with a lame excuse that they did not found my address.

The consignment vide number W992B2257855 & W991B2257856 booked on 3/8/2016 via first flight courier located at sec110, NOIDA didn't delivered to the actual person and specified address. The consignment vide number W992B2257855 delivered to USARAMA is seems to unknown person and specifying no contact number and address. It was assured that consignment will be delivered within 2 days. The sender's address was also mentioned wrong at receipts.

Ref No: M991B3934059. This was marked " Out for Delivery" at 14:28 on 08/08/2016 and was never delivered. Nobody picks up the landline in their office and all calls to mobiles are disconnected by the receiver. On 05/04, at 11:AM, finallyy someone answered the phone and said that their vehicle has broken down and they will not deliver today also. Then they updated their tracking log with : 0:00 hours - PARTY NOT AVAILABLE".
I have a suspicion that they are purposely keeping the packages and tampering with them. All of them are very rude to customers.
Since this is a very important package for me, I request you to impose suitable penalty on the company.
Since anyway they have proved that their services are third rate, their business license may be cancelled.

My brother sent one consignment from First flight courier services with two dresses in it from Kishangarh, Rajasthan.When it reached my place in Bangalore, I found only one dress instead of two.Somebody in the courier company
has stolen my dress.My consignment no for First flight tracking is -R991A0032995.Its highly shameful and disgusting on d company's part.Kindly help me resolve the issue.
