First Flight Couriers Complaints & Reviews

This is one of the most irresponsible courier services I have ever seen. Last week a courier with the consignment number C991Q8324419 which contained my HDFC Bank passwords were NOT delivered and got a message that its been delivered to SIGHN without even informing that the courier has been delivered. No calls were made. When I check First Flight website, WRONGLY updates the courier records that this courier has been delivered already to some SIGHN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! If this complaint is not looked into..I will have to file a lawsuit against First Flight courier and make sure that the right actions are being taken against these guys.

My courier was booked on 21th july 16 from dwarka new delhi en-route for jaipur. the courier service that was appointed is first flight couriers and even after 5 days of leaving delhi it hasn't been delivered to me.

This is a very important courier and it was needed as soon as possible but the delay has made me suffer a great deal of loss.

First flight has the highest courier charges and they promise to deliver the consignment the very next day and yet in my case they have shown such carelessness.

I have sent a package two months ago which never got delivered nore did these guys are giving it back to me. I have tried calling cutomer care but they dont bother picking up the call. I called many times and also put in email with ofcourse no response. My trackign no is B991B5641676. If some from First flight is looking at this then please return my package so that atleast I can use other services to send it.

I am beyong angry and frustration here. So just asking you return my package to orgin asap.

One laptop charger booked vide consignment no - o991b3141952 from first flight at sector -7 faridabad on 20/07/2016 from faridabad (haryana) pin 121004 for srinagar (uttarakhand) pin 246174. toaday the tracking system still showing it was at faridabad on 20/07/2016. so no tracking system working it is just an eywash. from regressing phone i could able to know that it left faridabad on 21/07/2016 in night and it was still at delhi 0n 22/07/2017 night. there is no phone no. attended availale in the websites of first flight for complaint / querry.
Today (25/07/2016) when i contacted first flight at srinagar, i have been told it hasn't reached.in my view the first flight name is mistakenly given it shall be "last passenger".

I request you to please help me to get my consignment to srinagar as early as possible.

My supplier sent a courier from kohlapur to coimbatore, consignment number:m991b3585950, tracking details shows its out for delivery yesterday, but not delivered yet, i cant contact your office through telecom due to all numbers not in use. Material is very urgetn for us, please deliver the same today.

My doc no. Is b[protected].In tracking status it is showing that document already dispatched. But still now it is not delivered. And you have mentioned so many customer care no but no one is picking the call. And i am a individual why in tracking status it is showing that company seal and signature you have recevied on 19th july at 3pm.

Please look into this matter on urgent basis. And one more tjing is this a service of foirst flight courier.

I have sended one product through first flight from chennai to bangalore on[protected]. It is reached next day on[protected] bangalore. But till now it is not reached to customer end (I. E) delivery person. It has been holded almost 7 days. For this issue my production loss, late product delivery. I have the consignment no: c[protected] and complaint is raised. Complaint no :3068281. Thers is no response from first flight courier. They simply say we are raised complaint and talking about the delivery disopatch issue to our complaint officer till now same reply. There is no steps as follows...


Very very worst reply and service. Change thrre name to last flight courier...

I posted a courier from pune to eluru, andhra pradesh on 11/7/2016 with some important documents. Tracking number : m991b3902417. While posting, first flight people said that it will take 3 days for it to reach the destination. I waited for 5 days it still didn't reach. I finally called customer care and they said it is in transit. 10 days passed and it still didn't reach the destination and so i contacted local courier office. They said it is stuck in vijayawada and please call them for further status. I called them on 20th, they gave a contact number in eluru telling that the courier will be with him. I called on that number and he said he is the only single point of contact for all couriers in eluru and that he didnt receive any such courier. So i called back the vijayawada courier on 21st to find out where the courier is exactly and the guy on phone no: +91 [protected] started barking at me. That why am i bothering him, i should contact the eluru person. I tried telling him that you should start respecting the customer first. And he again started shouting. After paying the amount for posting, i get to bare this unprofessional behaviour. First flight please wake up and know that customer is the life for your business and you are losing potential customers due to such incidents. I regret using first courier. And people reading this i guess indian post provides best service compared to all other couriers. Go for it even if their timings are not feasible.

I sent a courier from Chennai to Bangalore on 12th July and it was expected to reach on 13th. It has been 5 tiring days now which includes so many calls to the customer care and then to senior management. I am so fed up with this lethargic service. My document is still missing and no one wants to update me about anything. The Chennai customer care service is absolutely pathetic and they are always dodging our repeated requests. Nikita, Stesy, Sridhar, Bharat all from Chennai call center are totally irresponsible. I will never come back to this courier service and I will encourage my friends to avoid this too.

This is complaint regarding status of docket number m991q1264996.

My consignment status was shown as "party not available" on 15th july when the fact is that i was not contacted by any delivery person/mechanism for concerned docket. All along the day, mya parents and wife were at home so the status claim that "party was not available" is fraudulent and dishonest.

The courier company can take its own time to deliver but wrong status dipicting customer's fault for not being present to accept delivery is unjust.

I hope the receivers of this complaint will take appropriate action against it and authorities will make provision that it will not be repeated in future.

Last day first flight courier call me and said that your pan card corier with us kindly collect it at ganesh colony, jalgaon (Maharashtra), hence today i am going to collect my courier at ganesh colony office, but counter person did not help me, i am showing my atm card with name & told my pan number also but that person reply me rough langauge, hence i am said that pl. Send courier me on said address but that person said that he will be delived, pl. Solve my problem and told jalgaon courier barnch to dispatch my courier, thank

My courier having code: u[protected], containing a pair of spectacles and lens cleaner has not yet reached its destination, it might have been misplaced. The date of courier was 26/03/16 and i was returning it for replacing the product at lenskart. Since lenskart return policy suggests to return product within a month (Max.) there is no use sending it back. I went to check the tracking of product at the courier store ([protected]) but they said the number ([protected]) of first flight employee is out of reach. Even the courier store costed me 210 rupees but the product is not yet reached lenskart at -

I am tracking a letter that i have to receive, but on the firstflight tracking page it shows delivery attempted yet party not available. this is total rubbish. there is no one who even attempted the delivery, that the status shows to attempt a delivery.

This is total blasphemy on firstflight's part. they have done it twice.initially, it was shipped to my hometown, they still didn't deliver it. now they are not doing it at my current place.

I sameer resident of ap. writing this in context of delayed shipment service by first flight courier service and irresponsible behaviour by the staff present at the branch, vijayawada. it's been 2 days and courier hasn't reached and tracking says it reached here by 8:30 am jun 13 2016. staff doesn't respond and talk in an unacceptable manner an rudely.

It's hilarious that their company site doesn't have vijayawada branch mentioned and no contact number. even google says their office is permanently closed

I got a message as pancard is allotted. They mentioned the delivery is[protected], but yet now I did nt get my pancard.the date is exceded.the airway bill number is B[protected].i want my pancard immediatly .can you take action on that service.
