I am having two of my consignments being shipped by payback.in shipped to me through first flight courier. when i tracked the details, it is showing that the product is in my city since last 3 days but they are not delivering the product to me and the reason they stated is consignee address insufficient. but as per my details in payback.in, the address is more than sufficient to deliver the product to me. as previously on same address more than 20 products delivered hassle free they why not this time.

Also no phone call is being entertained from the courier company about my product and the address issue. i came to know about my product status by consignment tracking portal.

Dear First Flight

I used your service to sent my parcel to Bhopal on 29.06.2016. But unfortunately it did not reach there. And i was reported that it was lost in transit on 11.07.2016. It was very dissapointing and heart broking. i called your office so many times; thr was no response. Very poor service and staff is so rude.
My items worth Rs. 4005 is lost
i went through complete mental stress because of you people.
please look into the matter and contact me.

I sent impotent documents
But delivered in open condition

I availed first flight courier to help deliver an important document in west bengal. i told the fast courier delivery service and paid premium amount of rs.360 instead of the normal service. the committed delivery is 2-3 days.
The item was logged for delivery on 03.07.2016.inside the package contains my lic original documents which are being sent for en-cashing. those were the original documents.
As no details are available online, today, on 08.07.3016, i asked the dispatch center about the whereabouts of the package, they said the package was delivered in chennai. i was taken by surprise that a package which is supposed to be delivered in west bengal, how can it go to chennai. the dispatch center had nothing to support. i was panic stricken as all my lic original documents are inside that package.
Now they asked me to wait for few more days. they don't have any visibility on the package.
I will incur a loss of 15 lacs if the original documents goes on missing. i don't know where to go and whom approach. pls help me with this. this will be a massive loss only because of first flight's negligence. pls help

Courier is not delivered yet and there is no one who will take the responsiblity of that paper paper contain my education loan document which is very necessary for my career.

My friend has sent a courier to my home address in adoni, andhra pradesh but the courier got delievered in nagpur.

Dont know how they got the deliver address of nagpur when the receipt clearly says that it should be delivered to ap with zip code 518302.

I have copy of receipt that specify the address.

It's the worst services provided to the customer, this company which has to deliver the package by 05/06/2016, couldn't even deliver it by 04/07/2016, which proves that it is good for nothing company, with their workers demanding money for the order to be processed when contacted to vijayawada branch, which show how much neglegence their workers have

I have booked 2 consignment on 30th june from bhopal to delhi.
It was booked under urgent category and the consignment was said to be delivered on 1st of july,
For this urgent delivery I was charged 250/- each consignment which is 80/- for regular delivery which dleiver in 2-3 working days.
But website tracking is showing that consignment is still in transit and not delivered till 2nd july.
So My booking under urgent is of no use as now as it failed to deliver in 1 day.
Please compensate for this.

I couriered a packet on June 28, 2016 (Tuesday) from Gurgaon which had to be delivered to destination located in North Delhi. But to my utter surprise and shock the packet has not been delivered till today .I have been tracking its details online everyday and each day it show pending for delivery the next day.I am extremely disappointed with the quality of services shown at your end .Further to add to my woes none of the customer care contact numbers either in Delhi or Gurgaon picked.Therefore I am forced to explore my legal rights and file a consumer complaint against your company.

I have booked my parcel Parcel No. W991B2189854 on 29 june it was suppose to be delivery bu 1 july while contact with destination place agent he told parcel is not arrive her. I was my first and definitely my last experience as it was despatched from noida it hardly take day or 2 at max. by other courier service. If possible let me know the current status for the same.

Reference to the above, very disappointed with the service that we have booked one courier on[protected] for patna, and today after 22 days, inspite of our several follow up, nither you have delivered our documents to patna and also failed to return back to us.
While showing the status on the web, very surprised to see the receiver name, as nobody name "vicky" in our company at ho or at any branches all over india

We are giving more then double of the amount in compare to the other courier services but not getting service up to the mark.

It has been 9 days since a courier picked my documents from abu dhabi to be shipped in the philippines. i tracked online for the status but only the origin appears and no status of the shipping. i have been calling several times for the past 3 days to this number[protected] only to be answered that the shipment was handed over to dhl already, i was also give a tracking number for dhl. but when i tried to track it, still no status of the shipment only the origin showing that the shipment is coming from duba/abu dhabi uae to manila makati philippines. i have sent an email to dhl about the shippment and also has given the tracking number provided by first flight. dhl responded promptly saying that they have received the information but the physical shipment is still not handed over to dhl. i have been calling several times and always put on hold for such a long time. i need an update on this asap because these are visas for my sister and my mother and they are living this july17. i don't appreciate telling me that they will call me back when i'm the one calling first flight everyday check for an update. there has been no update to this in the past 5 days that i have been calling.

And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, I have bear too much heavy penalty in Indian railway Parcel department due to not receipt courier packet.
