My item was reached on 27 at mumbai near to my locality but was not given to me even 28th is over no phone is being picked by your godbunder branch - [protected] very poor service and specially ur branch handler who are doing as such i have called more than 100 times sometime they even pick up and not respond. When i will get my item? Reference no-r991m0421549

My consignment # is U991M0985114 and it arrived to destination on 25th June itself. Unfortunately to my surprise, nobody called me and when I called Bangalore regional office or the corporate office(Mumbai) multiple times, nobody attended it.

I have courier a parcel on[protected] via first flight courier service from one of their partner pandey shop at h-block market, sector 12 noida-201301 (Up). The consignment # w991b2156455. The courier was from noida to shillong. But the parcel was never delivered nor returned back. The worst part is that the parcel is sent in bhubaneswar office instead of shillong as per the latest update i have from the email that is going on with the company. No is responding properly even after repeated emails and calls. Only reply i get from them over call is "tomorrow you will get it back", but tomorrow never comes.
Please help me to resolve the issue.

My friend sent a parcel from mumbai on june 8 through first flight courier still date[protected] my parcel not received i m asking courier office they are playing games u r parcel receive with in 2 days they are telling like still 20 days, i sent a mail they are not responding even calls are not received, very worst responding not giving any proper information, please take action on first flight courier hyderabad my consignment no B991B6651244

I send 6 nos packed (cartoon) to shri ganganagar (pin- 335001) to mumbai dated 24.6.2016 vide receipt no r991b0814581
in time of goods (packed) delivery all packed are damage with rain and one pakced opened

Please look into the matter as i have send a urgenet courier which was booked on 17/06/2016 from sagar to mohali... And as per ur site its showing it has been reached mohali on 20/07/2016 but till today it has not been delevired and even when we use to call at ur mohali branch they are abusing and providing us satisfactory answer

To day a courier boy come from your branch to deliver the pan card in the name of settipalli yasodamma[protected], 2nd street, sanjayanagandhi nagar, ak nagar post, nellore - 524004). He demanded rs.31/- money for such idelivery. I rejected to pay money. He went out without deliver the pan card.

Is it mandatory to pay the money for deliver of pan card?

Please take necessary action on first flight courier branch office, nellore for abusing the service rules.

A consignment num:h[protected] was sent from calicut, kerala to mumbai on 22nd june 2016 and the courier hasnt been delivered yet. On top of it, customer service don't even properly answer the call. It is a very urgent consignment which has to be delivered before 25th may 2016.
We receive couriers from mumbai to calicut in a day or 2 through other courier services but your first flight is taking ages to deliver a consignment. It is not my first experience. I regret my decision of choosing first flight courier service. Such a pathetic service from first flight. Also the web tracking system is not showing the exact details. Sms tracking not even working.
It would be really helpful if you can do anything to make this consignment deliver tomorrow itself. Frankly i am so much irritated with the service your employees are giving.

Our Consignment (P[protected]) was booked on 22nd June with a commitment that courier will reach in 2 to 3 days but standing on 3rd day, till the courier hasn't reached it's destination. It is really frustrating as a user that despite assurance on delivery, the schedules are not being met and this is causing us to lose a lot of time on follow-ups. Having said that the consignment reaching it's destination is highly urgent for us. Kindly expedite the status of reaching the consignment otherwise which penalty to be bared by the company.

The health insurance policy of my brother Mr Dipak Choudhury was couriered by the service provider from Mumbai through First Flight Courier vide their consignment no B[protected] dated 18/06/2016. The consignment has not reached the specified address C-91, First Floor, Ardee City, Sector - 52, Gurgaon, Haryana. Pin - 122011 till the writing of this complaint.
On tracking the consignment of First Flight Courier Service it is found that their delivery boy kept the delivery pending as he found the door locked on June 21 and June 22. Thereafter the consignment was delivered on June 23.
Such blatant lies are being posted by irresponsible staff members of First Flight Couriers Ltd. My brother and his family is at home 24 x 7 since 16/06/2016 and waiting for the consignment to arrive.
This is not the first time that First Flight has done this. I appeal to the authorities to take action and to the paying public not to avail any service from First Flight Couriers Ltd.

A courier containing important documents was sent from Chennai to Bangalore 40 days back. Consignment C[protected]. The tracking website gives false information that it was delivered to "Office with Sign and Seal", whereas the destination was a residence. No response for emails and calls to customer care. Irresponsible fellows. Finally found the local dispatch center - Indiranagar, Bangalore's contact numbers from justDial and contacted them. They are building up stories and are apologizing that the courier was lost. I have documents regarding a legal case. All lost. Such a waste company.

It's been more than 10 days but still the courier has not delivered yet. Tracking details are not available completely on first flight site. While tracking the same, it's showing that the courier has been "Despatched to Branch for Delivery from Patna Hub" on 18th June 2016. I tried to reach customer care[protected] as well but they are not picking up the call.

Hello sir i am from gurgaon. I received a call from your delivery boy yesterday. He was asking about the landmarks near to my home. I was not at home and i told him about the main landmarks. And even after talking to him i called my mother to come out of the house so that he can see her and recognize. But he didn't come! He called my twice and when he called my the second time he said " so can i deliver it at my home"?. He after that talking with a very abusive language. I even asked my mother and she said i am standing outside but here is no delivery boy i can see? The delivery boy said i am not gonna deliver it now and you have to pick it from the office otherwise i am sending it back.

Is it any kind of bluff?

i booked a courier no. o 991b3007995 from gurgaon to ranchi on 18th june with your bull courier by mistake. current status of delivery is attached. i have following complaints.
1. courier booked on 18 th june. when it goes by air how it reaches in ranchi on 22nd.
2. your staff is so royal that courier reaches at branch in ranchi in morning and it cant be delivered on the same day. even post office delivers before you.
3. customer care of gurgaon is so caring that it picks once only out of 10 calls if you call them. once lady by the name of jyoti picked up phone when i asked for reasons not picking phone her reply was that server is down so phone are not working. she was rude, misbehaving and non cooperating. she deserves nomination for best customer care employee.
4. then i had spoken to her senior rahul. who was equally rude & misbehaving. he promised to get back soon for resolving problem, but that reply is still awaited even after 24 hours of conversation.
5. no body in your company knows about your ranchi contact no.s.of first flight office.

very pathetic state of affairs for a brand like first flight courier.

My consignment no. Is j991m46697438 is delivered from ghazipur 14 june 2016 and i have not received it till now.
I have tracked it also but it is waiting in palladam with response "party not available". I tried to contact many customer center ([protected], [protected]) but they did not responded satisfactorily.
Please take some serious actions because i am in urgent need of that document...
Do it as fast as possible...

Couriered two documents vide docket no: f[protected] and f [protected] through first flight courier which is not yet delivered in destination point bengaluru and docket containing very important documents and paying interest to the concern for delayness in submitting these documents and tried to contact the courier persons who are not giving any proper repsponse

Hello sir, i am abhishek das, from agartala, tripura. I bought the product -
"wireless infra red ir 8 channel remote control relay board module home automation" from amazon.In. The delivery date was 24th may. But the first flight agartala branch currier service is so bad that they didn't delivered it to me till now. And finally they gave me a call to receive the product from their. This is too much. Every time they does the same thing. Please look after the matter.

Friend couriered show shocks from Hyderabad to Bangalore. it contain 12 pairs of show shocks and 700 gm chockolates. But i received 6 pairs of shocks and get 100 gm chockolates. i think this first flight courier not deserve for service . please remove their from courier service.

they open courier from back site of cover and punch that with pins. i never saw this type of theft in my life.
