I recently had to receive some urgent document through First Flight courier. But the item was not delivered to destination address on time. When I contacted the courier person to check the status of item, then I got to know that he could not able to trace the address location for delivery. Despite of mentioned the correct address location, I was asked to come directly to the courier office of First Flight to receive the item. When I asked him to come to mentioned address location, I was asked to give Courier person some extra money to receive the item.
Otherwise, the item will be as undelivered and returned back mentioning as address location is not available.
I finally had to go to Courier office to receive the item and Courier person charged me extra 20 rs for delivery of item.
Apart from that, I also have checked the website. But the webpage is not opening on the mentioned link. https://www.firstflight.net/.
Please look into the issue.

Dear sir/madam,
I have sanded one parcel to to duliajan (Assam) from gurgaon on 04/06/2016 but still is not delivered to the destination. Awb no. O991b3015213 first flight courier
And the currant online status showing dispatch from gurgaon hub.
Many time we call to the your branch office they said we already send mail to the concern dept. But we don not received any reply fro there.
O, please let me know what should we do...
Because parcel contains one spectacle of one of our customer& she waiting for it & facing lot of problem without spectacle/
O, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

We are trying to locate our parcel which was suppose to deliver on 10th June'16 but No asnwer from First Flight team.

No response on email + phone number available on WebSite is continuously busy.

Pathetic customer care service by First flight, 7 days passed no information about parcel and nobody even bother to reply to mail or contact over phone, also Customer care number provided on First flight WebSite is out of order.

We use first flight courier service to deliver the courier against awb: W991B2148936 for Gwalaior(Address A-804, red tulip, DB City Gwalior – 474003 Madhya Pradesh, Mob. no..: [protected] india) from Noida on dt. 12.06.2016 but till now courier not delivered on desire location.
We regularly follow up with courier first flight team for courier status but they always cut the call only with single answer that "we will update you soon" but never give final answer about courier current available location.

Today more then 5days are over and still firstlfight...

This first flight office is situated at uttar pradesh, basti. I was sent some parcel on 9 jun 2016 from up, basti to odisha, bhubaneswar. Till now 17 jun 2016 i have no status of my parcel. I had talk with first flight ofc, so they are unknown about my parcel. I am also tried to call him three times but they all are said that ur problem will be solved in between 2 days, this incident is 13 jun 2016. Mobile num of first flight ofc -[protected], i am also talk with his company manager vivek upadhaya, he said that i have no update of this parcel so i am unknown for it. Vivek upadhaya mobile num is [protected]. So please resolve my issue asap.

I haven't received my pan card AUYPD6040P upto now.As dated and I had received a message like your pan card has been couriered by first flight courier with consignment no: B[protected].
But upto now I did not receive. Status shows it has reached hyderabad hub by 5th June 2016. What's the problem in sending it to me.please address this issue with high priority and do the needfull.

With reference to the above, we had booked our document consignment from chennai to hyderabad. It is now 24 days that the documents has not been delivered.

Even if i ask for the first flight no one proper response.

This is the second time that they have not delivered the courier to me and has delievered the same to wrong address, earlier it was my original aadhar card and this time it is my MBA certificates.
i have and appartment and they have delivered the same which says that it has company seal an sign, and how come appartment can provide company seal an sign this is the second time happening to me .
this time its a MBA degree original sent to me and they have delieved the same to wrong address.
please take this issue on proirity and excel the person responsible for the same.

I have been waiting to receive this courier since 5 days. I supposed to receive it within couple of days as it was promised and i paid for.
When i track to see the progress it shows:
Location date local time status
Bangalore[protected]:35 arrived at bae white field branch

As your bangalore office is at whitefield my to address is located as whitefield only. So, why is it taking sooooo long to deliver a courier which is not important to you but me.

tracking number is M991B3849211... the package started its journey on June21, Today is June 30th.
No news of package.

The tracking status first says "Party not available", that's a lie because its a office reception which is manned by security personel 24/7

Secondly, ur status changed to "Insufficient Address" . Now, question is how can you say insufficient address after u mention mention party not available. That shows no one bother to go for delivery. Sitting on the desk only people write the status.

None of the numbers mentioned in the websites works.

No one bothers to call the customer. The number is clearly mentioned in the courier.

The documents are important to customers. I see lot of same issues with the courier, that shows you do same with all customers. People should refrain from using firstflight.

Hi,
I have sent an important envelope to my parents on 8th of june 2016 by first flight service from gandhinagar and its 14th june now my parents didn't recieved the package and when i tried to track the shipment its still saying consinment dispatched from Ahmedabad on 9 th of june but nothing after that.
Its an humble request to you please track it down and try to make the delivery by today EOD, otherwise i have take serious action on this.

This is really disgusting that the delivery is late as the consignment is still in vaishali nagar branch jaipur since last 6 days when i called manager (Tick mark manager) mr. Shri kant ([protected]) he said that due to courier boy we are not able to deliver. I asks you is this customer responsibility??? I am not going to accept this consignment from you.

This is happening with me from 5 months. I am just kicking you out from my customership and would file a case in consumer court if possible under amendment.
I want immediate corrective response against this querry.

On 31-May-2016 my pan card was dispatched by income tax department, Mumbai through First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B[protected], at the communication address. It was received by the concerned office in jammu address 54/4, Nanak Nagar, Near Chandan Marble House, Shivaji Chowk, Jammuby 7th, June-2016 but nobody from the office courier the same at the mentioned address and only informed by phone that we have received your pan card and come and collect the same from our office. It was really a bad service given by the courier company and their staff that despite of searching and reaching at the concerned location they only call and orders us to collect the same. no efforts were put on to trace the home which is 8 to 9 kms from their office and when i reached at their office on 10th june-2016 they told me that we have returned back the same to income tax office Mumbai due to insufficient address without contact us about the matter, maybe the company dont pay the the staff mobile bills and office landline bill becoz nobody pick up the phone calls. Jammu its a small city and if it is difficult then to trace the locations and address then their office should be removed from jammu. Its very bad service given by them due to which my work is pending for more 10 to 15 days.

Between 7th to 10th nobody in the office informed us or contact us whether you are coming or not so we can send the document back.

I faced a same issue worst service ever and none of the customer care nos work.
My courier is pending with 54/4, Nanak Nagar, Near Chandan Marble House, Shivaji Chowk office for last one week but they are not delivering it.

No one is there at home
At least you guys can give the facility to your parcel men to call the customers to confirm their availability.
If not available we can at least ask our neighbors or guard to receive our packet .

I'm jayaprakash (Pan: anhpj6906c). I have applied a pan card (Form 49b) as on 29.05.2016 & acknowledgement no. Is [protected].
I was trying to track the first flight couriers by airway bill no. B[protected] as on 08.06.2016, it has been shown "consignment delivered as on 07.06.2016". I have called the courier agent mr. Jawahar (Mobile no. [protected]) and he told me, he has the pan card, & he will able to delivery on 09.06.2016. I have called him on the said date, he doesn't pick up the call.

Today (10.06.2016) he has delivered the pan card & collect the money of rs.50/- from my father & he told the reason "sender not paying courier fees" for collecting money & didn't give any receipt to my father. My father doesn't have much knowledge about itd pan application, since, he paid the money by cash.

I don't know whether he had any misuse, misleading or misconduct with my pan card. Who knows what happens between 07.06.2016 (Consignment delivery status) to 10.06.2016?

Can you please take any legal action against this courier agent?

I have order online purchase through First Flight courier on 30-may-2016, Please help me order no D991Q3943969. but got call on 6th-june stating that my address for delivery is insufficient and they once called me stating it reached the Coimbatore Hub but could not locate the address and got verified my address once again. They told within 48 hr I could receive my parcel. Since till now 10-May 2016 I did not receive any call, I tried all First Flight Courier Phone numbers given in their websites everything seems to be fake, out of service, incorrect, Busy, not picking. I am unsure if I can still believe I can get my parcel or not. and other other dealers are able to locate my address but how come not first flight and it is not any remote location. I suggest the courier itself is a fake company any are cheating people when I was searching on ways in online I found lots of similar complaints which I faced. Please someone assist me and ban this company doing this forward.

Sir, i have already complained about the non-delivery of courier by first flight courier. My complaint id number is 1298346. But i have not received any response from the first flight courier.
Now i would like to file another complaint. This month also the courier people not delivered the parcel. Consignment number is d99q9861134.
When i contacted the local branch office (Phone [protected]), they said nobody was there in my flat, which is not true. There is a24 hour security person, an office (9am -6pm) and also always one of my family member will be there in my flat. But the deliver person is an irresponsible man who is telling that he will send back the material. He also did the same previously (Last month).
Sir, kindly advice me what can i do in this situation

Hi,
I have ordered medicine through online (India mart), i see it has been dispatched on[protected] via tracking reference number : b991b5882335. Till now i. E.[protected], i haven't received it. On[protected], i see the status as reached vishakapatnam and dispatched to branch for delivery. When i called the branch i get a response as switched off. This is not the first i am facing this kind of issue.
I faced the same issue last time and got to hear from branch that as there were no delivery boys available we could not deliver is what he says and my courier was lying there from 5 days. I had to collect from branch which is ridiculous even after paying 70 extra as shipping charges.
When you cannot operate please shut down your services.
