I am a regular customer of FIRST CRY company and ordering the products from last one year and never faced any issue related to delivery specially.

But recently I had placed an prepaid order on First Cry App on[protected] for Rs 1427.82/- and the order number was 16921894JPO8DC1ADB. In this order, I purchased 2 babyhug full sleeves winter jackets and on the next day[protected] I received a box from First Cry in which there was only one single jacket.

Then I immediately approached to the First Cry company and informed them about the non delivery of second jacket and shared the all the required image proofs which clearly says that only one single jacket has been shipped from FirstCry. I had also discussed the issue with their courier partner (XrpressBees) and even they were also saying that they had received only one single box product from First Cry.

But now when I checked into the order section, the product was appearing as delivered but I didn't receive the product yet from the FirstCry.

From then FirstCry team is completely ignoring the issue and saying that they had shipped both the products on the same day. they even rejecting my return request in FirstCry app if I am using the "product missing" option.

I have asked the FirstCry team to provide me any proof which shows that both the products have been delivered by you but till now they are not giving me any proof and neither giving my missing product nor issuing refund for the non deliverable product.

I would request you to please take strict legal action against FirstCry company and penalise them by monetary mode and instruct them to provide me either product or refund ASAP.

    I have placed the Return request on time for Order No. 997629NXV18BD46 and also received the email that your return request is successfully placed.

    When called to first cry customer care they said your return will not be picked up as due date has expired .
    Spoke to Hartima and then Vasu from Customer care but they are not capable enough to resolve my queries and repeating the same thing again and again . Vasu was not connecting me with his senior as he was saying all lines are busy and kept me on hold for almost 30 minutes.

    I have a proof of email from first cry .

    They are not taking the responsibility at all of their product, very unprofessional behavior. I was on call with them for 2 hours on sunday since 9.00 am in the morning .


    From nowonwards i won't buy a single product from firstcry, will delete the App even i would suggest the same to my friends and everyone.

    Attaching the proof -firstcry has sent me an email that return request has successfully placed and now they are denying .

      I have purchased Mamypoko diapers pack which is 1499/- MRP.

      I got discount of 655.81 rupees on the MRP price. So the product price should be 843.19 rupees. But the FirstCry.com charged extra GST (101 rupees )on 843.19 rupees and the final price i have paid 944.37 rupees.

      Please resolve this. This is happening with all the products published on the FirstCry.com platform.

        First cry u r reputed conpany and we customer respect so also u should respect our time and money that's why we order our products and pay hard earned money to get better quality services.
        But I am very disappointed with the first cry company. For not respecting my time and money.
        My complaint I have paid for gift warp but not received the message on it and also the gift wrap was very bad.
        Secound one of my item was Cancled from first cry and told me to retrive order which I am not doing it.
        I need my order properly and and need my time and money

          Hi,
          I have ordered product in firstcry and paid amount for that product but in next day that order have been cancelled and refund amount not credited more than a week have passed but still amount not refunded and customer care support also not responding properly. Really very worst response from them every time we make a call they are saying that we will try, till now they are not resolving the issue.

            I ordered a few items from firstcry.com. In that order, 2 items are from the same brand. They are top with leggings. I want to return one of the top with leggings as I do not like it. The product page at the time of ordering and even now shows that there is 15 days return. I try to return within 5 days, but the app says this is non returnable, even though the product page clearly says its returnable. When I called firstcry customer care, all they say is that it is not returnable as per our system, so you cant return. I pointed out that it says returnable on the product page, but they wont listen

              We purchased a baby stroller on 20th Nov 2022 from Electronic City store. But found it incompatible for the baby. We want to return it the very next day but store is not taking the returns. We are ok with a credit note also, but store is not accepting any of our requests.

                I've placed an order on Firstcry.com on 10th November 2022 of Rs. 2148.10 and the order was cancelled by them with refund amount of Rs. 1676.07. The balance amount of Rs. 472 debited with the reason of "wrong product received in warehouse in previous order returns" that is completely wrong as return was initiated on 12th September 2022 and their delivery executive verified and accepted the returns as per the returnable policies. Indeed, I got return approved" confirmation message too and amount reversed. Although, didn't get any updated from First cry post that.

                After a two months such unethically debited the amount from my next order and cancelling the cart is not accepted at all and misleading to the consumers.

                  Hi Team, The following is the complaint I want to register with Firstcry-

                  I am a loyal Amazon user. I am using Amazon even before it was launched in India, back in 2006 in the US. Since it was launched here in India, I have been an extreme loyalist. Till the time I stumbled on your FirstCry site and found it intriguing.

                  Little did I know, though your concept is good and in tune with Indian requirements, you also have an Indian customer care executive, who is one of the worst I have encountered in India. Asking an 8-month pregnant lady to click a picture of 100 rupees clothes in a Professional Photographer mode with different angles, lighting, etc.

                  I recommend along with your membership, please include a professional photography course for a fee and I would be happy to get my 8-month pregnant wife trained so that she can deal with your customer care executive and provide THEM all the support they need to confirm the item, rather than take their support for her convenience. Good luck you will need it with this type of staff.

                  I will drop an email to Mr. Mahindra for his investment of time and maybe he can sponsor a photography course for First Cry. I will update you.

                    I have received a product where description is different than actual product. Its a caterpillar with many legs and it shows in images that caterpillar is standing on its legs firmly but actual product is having cloth legs which are not hard and can not hold caterpillar. It keeps rolling. The worst part i found today that there is no help center of firstcry. Chat with us option is never attended by any person, it keeps giving you options to select and doesn't arrange conversation and same is with us customer care number. No arrangment to talk to actual support.

                      I have placed a order whish was not delivered in the estimated delivery date, almost 6days crossed post delivery date but no response and no update in the Firstcry portal also . I have connected to the customer executive through calls and mails but not proper action taken. Still waiting for the product.
                      Worst experience ever faced .

                        We buy pullover for kid from firstcry (khushi sales) panchkula - haryana (indai) store and it was supposed be for 4-5 years kid but it did not fit in head which they accpet, now they refuse to replace and are bullying us and threating us.In return we left the pullover there and took no refund and came . You have goons as franchiese, never will vist and recommend others also.

                              First cry supplied one and half years old bottles of Patanjali Product

                              We have purchased four bottles of Patanjali bone capsules MRP RS 250 for each bottle. They never mentioned that they will provide one and half years old item.

                              Shocking we found that all the four bottles are one and half years old. Why? Why we were sent one and half years old product? Why the supplier did not send items from the fresh stock with fresh batch number rather than providing items from such a old stock. When we place order we do it in good faith trusting we will get fresh stock and not from the stale stock. Such old bottles are not acceptable and therefore replace them with fresh stock which fresh best number product only.

                              Make a note as follows in reference to your reply against our grievance foupplied by you this morning.
                              1. All four bottles belong to the same batch and therefore all are one and half years old and therefore not only one but all the four bottles are to be replaced with the fresh bottles from fresh batch.
                              2. You have mentioned about return pick up. We have asked for replacement and not refund. Therefore supply fresh bottles and collect back all the four old bottles.
                              3. Do not send anybody only to collect back the defective items but replace them simultaneously against fresh bottles.

                                I bought hood make Cucumber on 28 Oct 2022 for my baby of 2 months. after one use it gets shorted (Size gone down: not fit to my baby within 1 day). we try to connect to firstcry shop on 31 Oct 2022, they refuse us and provide us answer which is not acceptable. how can size become low only after 1 wear. we also not wash that product. every brand of garments in this world provide guaranty for same. kindly log a complaint about replacement of cheap quality of product, as firstcry Frenchie is selling duplicate product of respective brand. also log a compliant for Crazy answer and irrespective behavior shown by firstcry executive.

                                  I ordered a kids scooter on 11th october 22 and its delivery was scheduled on 14th but It got delayed to 16th then i did on recieve it and it was delayed and rescheduled multiple times- 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th of october 2022.on 25 i cancelled the order as it was not being delivered. But i recieved the amount as cash memo and did not want to order anything else so i ordered another scooter on 25th october 2022 whose delivery was scheduled on 27th but the same story of repeated rescheduling started again 29th then 31st of october and i am still waiting for my order's delivery.

                                    Hi, i had ordered the electric breast pump on 13th oct, with delivery date being 16th oct.
                                    Today is 30th oct and i have still not recieved the order.
                                    Customer support keep giving excuses. Even on email, they just copy pasting the standard email text.

                                    My whole purpose of getting the pump is defeated.

                                      I ordered 2 tshirt and 2 lounge pants to firstcry.com on 18 oct and at the time of placing order they said you will receive 3 product out of 4 on next and remaining 1 product will get on 23 oct . I called multiple times to customer care and they said again and again please wait please wait. I even called courier company they also said wait 24-48 hours on 23 oct . Today is 28 oct still i didn't receive the order. Also I placed one more order to this website on 25oct and 27 oct is delivery date for the same. Also I didn't receive the second order also. I am sharing the order details in the images. Please provide me resolution as soon as possible.
