I ordered a baby tricycle on 13 th August with an expected delivery date 17th August. Actualy it is for his first birthday gift and till today August 27th it is not delivered so I cancelled it, I lost my dignity as I have no gift for bday and they charged me shipping charge for a non delivered item.
Pity on this. Take immediate action and I need my compensation for my time and charged shipping charge.

    I have placed an order on firstcry and they canceled the order and said the amount will be refunded back in 7 to 10 working days but till now they have not refunded the money and its been 20 days .

      Hello Team,

      I have raised app and email complaint both to firstcry and still no satisfactory resolution.

      We had ordered babies socks for 2-3 years old age size but product size delivered for new born.

      Next day of product delivery we raised request for return but first cry rejected stating that this is not returnable product.

          We could not process the Refund in your account due to gateway issue. We request you to please share the correct and complete details below so that we can initiate the refund in your account without any hassle.
          After so many intimation no again refund was initiated after sharing bank details as well.

            Order#7789708ZOZ5D8FF60 Casio Keyboard. I have received defective product. On regisering thE return my request has been closed saying that this is manufacturing defect and due to hygeine issues the product cannot be returned and reach out to the brand.
            This is very disappointing and annoying. Looks like actually the polcy is provide defective products as non refundable items.

              Order Number : 3327600ENN9725513
              This order no. had 4 products in which one we had cancelled. The rest 3 pdts we had raised for refund. But the customer care informed that they would not be able to pick up so asked us to courier the same to their warehouse. So we had to go and do the booking to send the 3 items to their location. Post follow up of more than a month customer care infomed that the pdts has not been recd. by them. Again we followed up & they said it has been recd & we will refund the amount, but all in vain. We followed up again this time they said it has not been delivered to the address, please provide the ack. details. We had gone to the Post office to get the ack. copy and shared the same with them. This time again he said we will refund the amount, but they didnt. Then they informed that pdts have not reached to them. We still keep providing them by sharing the rcd. copy of the courier details. Finally they told it has not reached to their destined ware house so we will not be able to process. We informed them that we would courier back incase they can help connecting with the ware house send it back to the address. But they were reluctant to help, though that ware house was of first cry and the other 2 pdts apart from these 3 they had refunded the amount. We have gone thro' so much trauma and false commitments from the customer care, we had to go to & fro in cab and also paid for the courier of the 3 items.
              Please look into this as this is not a small amount, we have also not got the amount for the courier charges, nor the cab charges which we had paid to visit the post office again and again due to their adamant customer care.

                We had placed an order for 2 quantities but have received only 1 set in the box. PFA the relevant images, also below are the order details:

                Issue: Two quantities were ordered but only 1 was delivered

                I raised a complaint on Aug 9 and provided all the relevant information. Since then there has been no update from FirstCry and I have been following up with them over call and email but no response. At times there customer support executives have misbehaved with me as well.
                I have written to the Senior Management of FirstCry (Supam Maheshwari, Prashant Jadhav, Amitava Saha) but have received no response.

                I had a simple request to either fulfil the complete order or refund the money but looking at the response I would rather opt for refund.

                  I ordered a product from Firstcry, but because of size issuses I have to return the order . The order got picked up the next day, but the executive has not updated it in the app, becasue of which my refund has not been intitated and I am getting regular calls asking when the order will be picked up .

                    I already raised a complaint that I received wrong product.
                    Shared all relevant pictures, and today I received a mail from First Cry with subject line, "Return request rejected for Order No. 2137420GVG5A0FF42".

                    And when I checked in app it is saying concern closed. I am not getting how can you do like this.

                    I received wrong product and without resolving this issue how can you close the ticket.

                    Please resolve this issue asap.

                        I had ordered this Himalaya germ free laundry detergent product on July 25 2022 and I received all the other products except this. I have submitted several queries and still no solution . If you are not planning to send atleast refund the amount. Order ID 13873919CXWBFA000F….
                        Please do the needful at once.
                        Product is not delivered and you have mentioned incorrect delivery status. I am a regular customer and this is very disappointing.

                            I have ordered a shampoo protector and a musical walker. First one delivered on time and the Second one was came late and came msg as delivered. The delivery boy not even make a call. But msg came as delivered. I have created a complaint in FirstCry.com app. It is in open state and no more updates. It’s already 6 days over as the complaint registered.

                              I handover product to the pickup boy after pickup done my refund intitate but when I transfer the refund my bank than firscry team cancel the trancition and said that i give wrong product to the pickup boy now I m filing complain on consumer that i give always right product and how it can be possible if I give wrong product and pickup boy take the product and done the pickup I have all prove that i always give right product.

                                I have placed an order of Babyhug Cocoon Stroller via Firstcry app & it found to be a smaller in size which is not been fit to my Baby and request for replacement with higher size product. But support is diagreeing to replace/exchange with a comment saying only it can replace with same product whereas in product details it has mentioned of 7 days replacement and no where mentioned in firstcry replacement policies as it only can replaced with same product. Support is very unprofessional and not looking the issue on priority. Also one of support agent has accepted as its not mentioned and noted my feedback to make sure to update in policy.
                                Also i tried to replace the product with same product as the size mentioned in product details are not matching and they declared it support upto 0 to 36 months whereas my baby is of 50 days and his legs are coming out than how can upto 36 months baby use it.
                                For both the request, firstcry has cancelled it and making us fool. Complaint has raised multiple times via mail and call but no solution and they are behaving unprofessional.
                                I understand the replacement policy that's the reason i never asked for refund or return instead looking to replace under provided option but still no support provided.

                                  I have recently ordered 5 products all in the quantity of 2 from first cry . I have 9 out of 10 but have not received 1 tshirt. It was prepaid order . I raised complaint on firstcry through their app and the response which I got is that they have sent correct quantity. The weight which was written on parcel was 0.20 gm and they claim it was containing 2 tshirts but that's not possible. They are not listening and claiming same thing. I am one of the regular customer of firstcry as I have twin babies I always order for 2 quantity of same thing. This is the first time I am facing this issue. Pls do the needful

                                    Placed an order for two products for my newborn. Firstcry marked it as delivered but it was not delivered. I didn't get a call from the delivery personnel either.

                                    I raised an issue in the app. They called me 2 days later and promised that it should be delivered in 48 hrs. But it is still not delivered. And they closed the issue without informing me. I opened another issue. They did the same promise and still didn't deliver and closed the issue. I have no way to reach them as customer support number goes to a robo call which refused to connect me to a person and always says "You already have an issue open". I also sent an email asking them to either deliver or provide refund and didn't get a response till now.

                                      I have placed an order on First Cry and it was supposed to be delivered on 19th July. Even after repeated calls to the consumer center, a solution is not received. And the biggest culprit in this is Xpress Bees Courier Service, who is not delivering my product. The distance from Source location and destination is hardly 30 minutes to 1 hour maximum and even after 6 whole days they are not delivering the product. Even both the customer care...

                                      This is with reference to the product " Babyhug Muslin Cloth Nappy Set of 12\u00a0Medium - Multicolor Printed" against order number 17322405IRW1FEAE07.

                                      Material is harsh as compared to other products I've used before, it is unused and only touched by my hands, has been picked up by the Executive but there has been a failure of the refund which is Rs 538.

                                      Company States it's a non returnable product which I don't deny the same however in that case they shouldn't have picked up the product at all as I'm at a loss of valuable money now
