Product not delivered and shows as delivered status

I have ordered a shampoo protector and a musical walker. First one delivered on time and the Second one was came late and came msg as delivered. The delivery boy not even make a call. But msg came as delivered. I have created a complaint in FirstCry.com app. It is in open state and no more updates. It’s already 6 days over as the complaint registered....

My refund deducted after pickup and initiate refund

I handover product to the pickup boy after pickup done my refund intitate but when I transfer the refund my bank than firscry team cancel the trancition and said that i give wrong product to the pickup boy now I m filing complain on consumer that i give always right product and how it can be possible if I give wrong product and pickup boy take the product and done the pickup I have all prove that i always give right product....

Wrong product and replacement

I have placed an order of Babyhug Cocoon Stroller via Firstcry app & it found to be a smaller in size which is not been fit to my Baby and request for replacement with higher size product. But support is diagreeing to replace/exchange with a comment saying only it can replace with same product whereas in product details it has mentioned of 7 days replacement and no where mentioned in firstcry replacement policies as it only can replaced with...

Ordered 2 shirts received only 1

I have recently ordered 5 products all in the quantity of 2 from first cry . I have 9 out of 10 but have not received 1 tshirt. It was prepaid order . I raised complaint on firstcry through their app and the response which I got is that they have sent correct quantity. The weight which was written on parcel was 0.20 gm and they claim it was containing 2 tshirts but that's not possible. They are not listening and claiming same thing. I am...

Product marked as delivered but it is not delivered

Placed an order for two products for my newborn. Firstcry marked it as delivered but it was not delivered. I didn't get a call from the delivery personnel either.

I raised an issue in the app. They called me 2 days later and promised that it should be delivered in 48 hrs. But it is still not delivered. And they closed the issue without informing me. I opened another issue. They did the same promise and still didn't deliver...

Not Delivering the Product after repeated complaints to customer care

I have placed an order on First Cry and it was supposed to be delivered on 19th July. Even after repeated calls to the consumer center, a solution is not received. And the biggest culprit in this is Xpress Bees Courier Service, who is not delivering my product. The distance from Source location and destination is hardly 30 minutes to 1 hour maximum and even after 6 whole days they are not delivering the product. Even both the customer care...

Refused to refund

This is with reference to the product " Babyhug Muslin Cloth Nappy Set of 12\u00a0Medium - Multicolor Printed" against order number 17322405IRW1FEAE07.

Material is harsh as compared to other products I've used before, it is unused and only touched by my hands, has been picked up by the Executive but there has been a failure of the refund which is Rs 538.

Company States it's a non returnable product which I don't...

Firstcry - Not able to redeem gifted coupon

There was coupon gifted to us, i tried to redeem those coupon through online shopping and also through store, however it shows coupon is invalid.
coupon was amounting 1500, neither customercare nor store people able to redeem those coupon...

Firstcry - Not able to redeem coupon

There was coupon gifted to us, however we are not able to redeem those coupon neither through online nor on store.
tried calling customercare, they were not supportive and arguing on same statement...

I have ordered a pampers diaper through Firstcry.com in 15th July'2022 and they supposed to deliver by next day 16th July'2022 and I paid already.
But they have not delivered till 18th July EOB and they have not communicated with proper justification of delaying yet. Day by day the delivery date is increasing to next date in the portal. Disgusting service I ever come across....

Not received the product, but got message product is delivered.

I have ordered 4 products from FirstCry.com out of which 2 were delivered, which I received the message 2 products delivery has been done. Other 2 products was saying out for deliver. Then after 6 hrs again I got the message your other 2 products are also delivered Order No. 13145428GIT01427C6 with Shipment AWB Number:[protected] via Xpressbees.
But didn't received those products.
Even I tried reaching the delivery agent,...

Firstcry order 3 in one high chair marked as delivered but haven't received till date.

I placed the order for 3 in one high chair from firstcry on 26th june 2022. It was marked as delivered on july 1st but we did not received the order till now.tried registering complaints many times but did not get any proper reply. Neither from xpressbees nor from firstcry. Babyhug Two handle sipper bottle blue 400ml

I have ordered two Babyhug two handle straw sipper bottle for my baby

My 8 products are delivered in 4 different packages and in the last package, which supposed to contain 5 items have only 4. 1 of them was missing. In the bill i recieved it shows 5 items....

Product not delivered but update in their system product is delivered

We are in continuous follow up with first cry team that our ordered item is not delivered, whereas your delivery person intentionally updated in their portal that the order item is delivered.

Missing diaper

As i ordered two diapers one is pamper L and other is huggies xl on 21 june, but on 22 june i received only one packet i.e pamper L and other one is missing from the packet. The packet is completely sealed by the company.
Tracking id is also same for both my diapers .
And it shows delivered on my email id but actually it is not....

FirstCry.com charges GST on discounted MRP

I order a baby cloth from First Cry.com. They are giving discounts on products (which is the MRP). After that, while payment, they add extra GST (on a discounted price), and the total adds up to almost the MRP.

As GST is already included in MRP, how can one just charge it again just by giving discounts? I hope action will be taken towards this case.
