I have order baby pram from first cry on 15 jun2021, i didnt receive it till now 6 june2021, also, i m getting fake call as well as message from first cry courier service (xpressbee)of absentee during delivery etc
Inspite of calling many times there is same message of waiting and waiting from firstcry, it seems they are careless for the customer, i felt it a frustating experience,

told me to wait 24-48 hours and now and still the same situation is

I ask you for help, I am getting messages like wait 24-48 hours. And
after this time frame is over, again you tell me to wait the same. How
long will it take to deliver this small package? 1 month..2 months.Hey

and you had made a bad impression by making the delivery

colleagues. Now I think babyoye and mommy&me is far
better than your portal.
Is this the way to treat customers. I didn't expect such large
