Delay in delivery

I have ordered diaper and wipes through firstcry app on 17nov and they mentioned delivery date as 21nov ..Till now 27th Nov product is not delivered and when I called customer care to cancel and refund the amount they denied my cancel request and they told to me wait to receive the product..
I don't see any update since from 19th Nov on my product details.so please help me to get the refund amount and cancel the order....

Worst products by Baby hug sold by First cry

This Baby hug is the worst brand ever for buying any baby product.

Today I ordered a hood for my baby and ofcourse due to Covid no one will dare to make their baby wear any cloth without washing. My baby is 7 month old while I ordered size of 12-18 month old. Hood which looked good beforehand had just an arm space on the head side so head of baby didn't go in. Worst product ever from Babyhug. Please refund my money. I am attaching...

I ordered 3 products and paid money. But received, only one item. I tried to contact customer care and response was very bad.

As per them they already sent.But, I got only 1 item, other 2 were missing - they took money for 3 items and refused refund also.

Next time how I can buy any item from firstcry. I'm regular customer for firstcry and a huge amount I may be...

Item returned but not refunded

2 dresses 1 from order number which ends with 31CC and another from 469B are returned together in the same package. Pickup guy did not check the dresses and he thought there is only 1 dress and returned it to the seller and I have received refund for only 1 dress

Initial contact was on Oct 28th and I am following up with them everyday with no resolution. ticket number[protected]

Damaged product

PFA of fungus on all the sides of the crib.

Ordered the product on 20th of October still not at delivery pathetic

Regarding Delivery

My order from firstcry.com with tracking number [protected] firstcry is showing as delivered but we did not receive order yet and ecom express website i can see still in transit please check....

Wrong product delivered and firstCry is not taking back
