    The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was cancelled.Dont know whether i get my cash back or not.Didnt get a satisfying solution.Trying to get a reply but customer care service is too weak or slow

      I had purchase of some toys and cloths for my baby on his Birthday. But order never delivered by firstcry even after lot of follow-ups and requests. Everytime I got new dates and it happened thrice. I am Fully disagree with the service provided by firstcry.

        I belong from a rural area but my home adress is clear as living in a city or town.
        It's my first order from firstcry app and maybe or will be the last too. Just as of yesterday date[protected], my order package was about to be delivered.
        At the beginning, the delivery boy call me and asked, if he can deliver the parcel now at around 10:00am at my given home address. He also mentioned that he was new at the service as delivery boy and I understood his situation as he will not have much knowledge about my location. Although he's permanent residential maybe from 6-7km away from where my home location is. I understood his problem and even navigated him to my exact home address. Later the delivery boy said that in a moment he'll be out for delivery but not received any call, waiting and leaving my other important duties and work, until I called him back at the provided number later that evening around 5:30pm. He answered and replied "who are you", I said you were about to deliver my package so, will you be delivering now? His replied was a direct 'No!' That's too a little rude which I felt, I made myself calm and talk to him politely asking 'why' any prohibition at this hour? He said, 'There is no facilities of delivering to home address', I was stunned and shock. Then I ask him 'you could have told me that earlier too and why are you talking rudely, he said can't you understand that I cannot deliver the package and I told him that then why were you wasting my time making me wait till the evening making me leave my other important duties', and even told him that if there was no facilities in home delivery than why would your company provides such home delivery facilities in the app firstly! Later, what happened was truly shocking, I felt as if I was some kind of a 'moron' or what! He said that it's none of my business, I cannot deliver your package. This made me angry like hell! As if I could do anything to reach upto him and punished him, and hearing his words I believe any person on my place would feel the same too, but I calm myself and told him that I'll take legal actions against you. He said do whatever you want, if needed he'll provide me the complaint helpline number. Really! Later, at night came a message o[censored]ndeliverable of my order and to give some feedback. On the feedback there was an option to related issues with the delivery boy and other related issue, I chose that option and gave feedback, writing every bit of the details about what had happened with me that day. It's been almost 14 hours, yet no response from the customer care.
        And later today[protected] around 10:00am the same delivery boy called me, although this time I couldn't received directly as I was in a very important meeting with my stuff. Later, as soon as my meeting got over I called the delivery boy and ask him if he'll be delivering my parcel, he said that he came upto half road and that I didn't receive his call and so he went back somewhere nearby to deliver others parcel, I explained him about the unavoidable circumstances on which I was in and instead he started lecturing saying it's none of my concern, and that he wouldn't deliver the parcel. I was shocked again and started thinking really! I've never met such delivery boy or as a person until today. It made me kept going thinking over and over.
        Later, on today's argument he mentioned that he's been in this field of work for many years, as that day he just mentioned that he was a new delivery boy! when I told him that, 'should I teach you how a delivery boy should be working and how should a delivery boy should deliver a package'? Hearing this he hung up the call.

        I wonder how, such known company would let this happen or doesn't care what their customers faces. I solemnly request the firstcry company to look at their other delivery branches in each state or country where they have set up and on the working agent's as delivery boy to only hire those well mannered in speaking and good skill in behaving with the people. Because I believe that there are many other well mannered person who are waiting for the job as delivery boy.

        I pray and request the consumer complaint service to look to the matter as fast as possible and take legal action against the delivery boy,

          I ordered babyhug sleeveless vests in ur firstcry online shopping of 3 sets..each set containing 3 vests on 11th feb.. my order got delivered on feb 14.. but the clothes are not fitting my baby.. so i want to exchange this with bigger size of same model.. please help me.. as this non returnable.. exchange is also not happening

                  The floor of the cot fell off and my baby was in the cot too. Even after multiple complaints at first cry RG baruah road guwahati from where I brought it, they are not cooperating.

                    My 2 orders of total Rs. 2878.87 is stuck with firstcry. In both the cases payment was done through UPI. Amount has been debited from my account but order got cancel on there website. Now when I am asking for refund they asked me to share my bank statement. I did that as well but still they have not refunded the amount.

                    Its really frustating that i am chasing and they ask to wait for 24-48 hrs. Now its more than 5 days i am still waiting.

                    Can i please get my amount back.

                      I had ordered 5 items, but received only 4 items and the status shown is DELIVERED for that UNDELIVERED item too.

                      These guys also expect us to preserve the carton in which they send the products. How will I be able to send the image of Box which is NOT DELIVERED itself?

                      Either FC should send me the item ELSE REFUND my money a.s.a.p.

                        I ordered a product from First Cry in last August 2020. The product was damaged, so I requested to return the product. The First Cry executive came to my home and collected the product. He did not give any return receipt, but he handled return request several other times in the past and never gave the return receipt, so I did not ask for return receipt assuming that it is the process of First Cry.

                        Order detail:-

                        First cry executive detail who picked up the product from my home:-
                        Name - Praveen

                        I did not receive refund of that until now. I have been following with First Cry for last 6-7 months and they are saying that they did not receive product. I have given them enough evidence like call record of Praveen (First Cry executive who picked up the record), his entry approval in the my gated community society, but no luck.

                        I live in the Gated community and every entry/exist of visitor is allowed only on the resident approval which is tracked in the MyGate app.

                        I am attaching a snapshot of the Mr Praveen (FirstCry pick up person) who took my approval to enter in the society on 26-Aug-2020 at 1:15 PM (it is same time which I mentioned at the time of creating this complain request).

                        I talk to Mr Praveen also and he clearly said that he returned the product in the office, he don't know further why refund is not given. I am attaching the recorded phone call for your reference. Praveen 's entry in my society on 26-Aug-2020 between 1:00-1:30 PM (attached snapshot) and his acceptance that he did return the product in the office is enough proof.

                        Could you explain what kind of investigation were done, how do you come to the conclusion that product is not received? Just saying that you did not receive product does not mean that you did not pick up product. I have provided telephonic conversation record where pick up guy clearly saying that he picked up the product and confirms that he did handed over product in the office, I also provided his entry/exit timing along with gated community approval when he collected the product. Did you check record why he came in my society, for what reason he asked my approval to enter in the society.
                        Why do not you set up a conference call along with delivery guy whom mobile number I shared you, he is your employee, can you provide me telephonic conversation recording where pick up person Praveen says that he did not pick up product. I don't know your office where product inventory managed, but I know person who picked up the product. If you deny to refund, then you must provide proof from the person whom I am claiming that he pick up product.

                          Team i am writing this Email with utter disappointment for the Product that i received on 16th Dec 2020 The product is Bear Print 2 in 1 Cradle cum Bassinet with Mosquito Net and Swing Lock function Brown Order Number 951647YHDB4CB1A5 The FC assembly man came over the same day and got it assembled PS My baby is due arrival on Jan 2nd week of 2021 hence we had put the complete cradle on top of bed and not touched by anyone only to check once today and saw tat 2 of the wheels came out without any use I cross checked other 2 wheels they are almost like lose and can come out anytime I am very disappointed and called the FC assembly guy who had come to install it and he asked me to get in touch with you for replacement of this Cradle This cradle is of no use unless its safe for my baby to be used and i urge for replacement of this cradle.

                          After 2-3 weeks I am now told cannot ge replaced, ?? This is insane

                            I have ordered Sebamed Baby Soaps and looks they are used and damaged.
                            Even last month I have placed an order for Aveeno baby lotion and received the product which is about to expire in 3 months in 2020.. but in website it is shown as expiry date 2023.when raising complaints, there is no response even after sending emails with photos of the product..

                            For the Non return products, does first cry playing with small. Kids/baby health? No response at all.. no solution providing.. clearing old stocks or damaged products for the orders placed in online and saying later they are non returnable even the seal is not open and all the bills available? NO TRUST IN FIRST CRY

                              1. The delivery guy from xpress bee did not want to come to first floor and deliver the item to my flat. Despite of a driver and delivery guy, they mentioned that package was too heavy. My elderly father was expected to pick up the package.

                              2. It was initially mentioned that some representative will come and assemble the cot, later i was told that no one could come at my pin code.

                              3. The package i received was half open

                                I have ordered small size reusable diaper from MEE MEE, where as delivered product is for NB (New born).
                                The customer care saying that 0+ months is for new born. while ordering the product it clearly indicates that the size is small. hence I have ordered small size.

                                The Mee Mee products with same diapers are available with NB, S and M sizes.

                                since the product details in the app while ordering clearly indicates the size is for small, hence I have ordered this product.

                                The delivered product is NB. customer care is not accepting the same.

                                Kindly resolve the issue. I have attached all the evidences.

                                I have ordered 132 mammypoko extra absorb pants diaper medium size. But today morning I have received only 66pants.l have Alsop paid money for 132 diapers medium size cash on delivery mode. So could you please solve this problem??

                                  I have Ordered on DEC 3 and as per estimation time they have to delivery on DEC 8 But its Showing just shipped from last 13 days, from Dec 9 onwards I am daily checking with First cry customer care and there is no further update . simple saying had issue with courier partner .
                                  I requested with them if you issue courier partner ..try to give same product to other courier partner. but they are saying that is not possible and they speaking un professionally .

                                  Still I didn't received the my Order .I am daily checking with First cry customer care

                                    I have booked one swing car, but received damaged and used.
                                    i think someone has used that car around 2 year.
                                    and first cry delivery that car.
                                    when i complain to customer care then they have deny to return and replace that car.
                                    nobody is there for quality check.

                                      I ordered 02 nos IP Camera on 22nd Nov 2020 Tentative delivery date was 27th Nov..I got one camera almost on time but other one have no information. Already delayed too much i cant even trace my shipment..
                                      I contacted CC nd there websie chat .All are non professional not giving proper information.

                                      First cry cheated my hard earn money. They didnt deliver item but claiming it is delivered in there web site.

                                        Hi Non Profesional Team of firstcry,

                                        Order no: 11717048GXXGC324D8(Delivery boy denied to deliver door step delivery, I went to pickup the Delivery from where he asked)
                                        Order no:. 11717048XQTEAA7BA6(Cancelled due to deliver person denied to deliver)

                                        After so many complaints first cry people not resolved my issue expressbee delivery boy denied to deliver the doorstep delivery. we need to go and collect the delivery from where delivery boy asked.

                                        Pathetic service always customer care used to say wait for 72 hours. we will resolve your query and deliver the the goods, but waited 72 hours again 72 hours problem remain the same they never take actions to there courier partner who used to say do whatever complaint you want to do, i will not give doorstep delivery. And first cry cant able to take any action agains them and there courier partner agents.

                                        They used to take delivery charges and taxes additional to the products for giving the services but no use finally customer has to go and take his product where ever delivery person ask to come.

                                        I think this is my last order in firstcry now I will never order any product from
                                        firstcry and also tell other to not to buy from this company site.
