Ordered 2 products I.e baby bath bed and baby sleeping bag on 2nd sept 2021 and paid for both products and given delivery date by 6/09/2021 but same was not delivered on the date and no call recieved for information the next day raise concern to company portal recieved call after 4 days that it will rake more time and by 13/09/2021 company automatically extended the date and on 21/09/2021 they cancelled my order with informing me and doesn’t bother to give call. The products were ordered with an emotion as we having our first baby and on belief that this is good brand we should relay on there services but they having no emotions, very careless in getting the Commitment done. Technically they breached contract, that must be Taken care, as a party I did my part formalities on time but they does not want claim in regards to this.attaching 1 order screenshots
