I had ordered mamy pogo pants. The product is fake. Subquality, cheap product. I opened the pack and the the daipers were fake. They are completely unsed. I want a refund and return pick up.
Selling 100% fake branded products and cheating customers.

        Delivery status showing delivered. Even I received msg as delivered. But actually I haven't received the product. Inspite of contacting many times through app the issue is not resolved. Very bad response from first cry. Com

          I am regular user of firstcry. I even bought club membership with firstcry and i have placed more than 20 plus orders in last 6 months. I haven't faced any delivery issues before this. But I placed an order on 7th nov 2021 worth rs 483.84 and the corresponding order number is 14628667NYXD19DFE0 the status of this order was shown as delivered on 9th nov. But the product is not delivered to me. I have raised a query on first cry app for this on 10th nov 2021. I am getting some automated calls every 2 days stating your issue will be resolved in 48 hours. Today is 17th nov. Till now i haven't got any resolution on this. I dont have a way to call and talk to customer service agent directly. Please deliver the order or refund my money back

            The delivery person Surajit Das (phone number [protected]) called me for my delivery and I guided him, however out of sudden he marked the order delivered and I called from my registered number as well as other number he is not receiving the call. Being a loyal customer and a regular customer I felt this really scary.Such a barbarian thief the delivery person is.

              The store in Indore told me that I can use their membership vouchers online as well as in-store and online, they knew I do not stay in Indore and promised me that I can use it online, when I tried using first time it did not worked, and support team started saying that voucher are meant for stores only. I explained that I cannot travel each month just for a purchase to Indore so either enable online or cancel membership and they were not ready to do either, the store and support kept calling me telling its my mistake that I took membership

                This is in regards to the return of the product (carter 3 sets clothes I had ordered for my daughter and received wrong sized clothes.
                1. Carters 2 piece tank n biker shorts set.blue n pink
                2.carters floral jersey top white.
                3.carters 2 piece chambray top n floral legging set blue.
                I had ordered for my 4 years old daughter n they had sent clothes for 2 years old kid.
                . Since i was travelling due to some emergency I wasnt at my home i could not request a return within their days as per policy. Now the firstcry team is saying they cannot initiate refund or take the product back or exchange it as the days return policy has been lapsed. Does this give them right to harass the consumers like this. I was only 1 day late for return. First they shouldn't have send wrong sized clothes. Its of no use my money got wasted.
                I called they dont understand or listen properly.

                I need my money back as its my hard earned money and would not let any online site cheat us like this.

                I will go to any level to get my refund.

                    I was delivered an old or used product which was smelling bad as well. I have raised a concern inorder to get the return confirmation. I have received a response after 4 days and now the window to raise a concern is closed. They cleverly avoided this situation.
                    If there's an option of no return, the quantity of the product should have been perfectly checked and sent

                    I am expecting a resolution to get this product picked and initiate a refund.

                          I ordered on fc. The product quality is not match with original display and I returned item. After month when I checked amount in my account not transferred. When I approached fc they said we transfer my amount in fc wallet. First of all who permit fc to return payment in fc wallet. I paid amount from my account so transfer my amount in my original mode I am very harrassed and cheated by fc Still my payment not refund in my account.kindly stop this fraud and harrasment by fc.

                            As per website this product (mamypoke pants) to be delivered next day. I had booked on 06Oct21. This has not been delivered till today i.e 8Oct21 6.30pm.
                            I tried reaching Firstcry customer care but the response I got was not satisfactory. Team was polite but they had not clue how to address this on priority except to assure they do their best and to put the feedback/complaint in system.

                            I have no hope on Firstcry that they are customer oriented. I have been with Firstcry since 9+years now and have made my mind that I will say goodbye to Fristcry.

                            Let me see how long this takes to get resolved.

                            4 days. We appreciate your patience".

                              The delivery boy of our area i.e Tura, Beldarpara is very rude and disgusting to the customers 😠 They cancel the orders by themselves if I ask them to come and deliver at a certain place...😠 Please look after the matter as soon as possible. They misbehave with the customers and talk rudely and don't even deliver the products if we ask them to deliver at our place 😠

                                  I had ordered multiple products from Firstcry.com, vide order ID-7061199KVAA7EFF49 dated 28.09.2021 worth Rs 3271.58 /- from which Melissa & Doug on the GO Water Wow! Farm water Revealed Pad -Multi colour (Q-1) was displayed at 50% discount but only 8 % was given in the final billing. Moreover, when complained to the customer care of the online platform, they out rightly rejected that they cannot do anything about it. the amount of 413/- was paid against the MRP displayed of 449/-. Such practices by the online platforms of defrauding customers is unethical and immoral. Many more would have been victimized like me. Please look into the matter and provide justice.

This is not the first instance I am facing similar issue with FirstCry. Every time they are giving false commitment like this to retain their business which is not acceptable at all.                                       I ordered a Diaper (ESSENTIAL ITEM) on 19 September, 2021 and it was out of delivery on 22 September. But the courier person passed the wrong information to firstcry to make a reason for not delivering the product and misbehaved with me.
                                      For the last 6 days I have contacted customer care but still FIRST CRY have not delivered the product and no action has been taken against the delivery person for mentally harassing the customer.

                                        Ordered 2 products I.e baby bath bed and baby sleeping bag on 2nd sept 2021 and paid for both products and given delivery date by 6/09/2021 but same was not delivered on the date and no call recieved for information the next day raise concern to company portal recieved call after 4 days that it will rake more time and by 13/09/2021 company automatically extended the date and on 21/09/2021 they cancelled my order with informing me and doesn’t bother to give call. The products were ordered with an emotion as we having our first baby and on belief that this is good brand we should relay on there services but they having no emotions, very careless in getting the Commitment done. Technically they breached contract, that must be Taken care, as a party I did my part formalities on time but they does not want claim in regards to this.attaching 1 order screenshots
