I ordered babyhug diapers for my daughter... but the quality is very poor.. always the gel is leaked and its irritated my daughter alot... i want refund other wise i need other brand diaper..

    I am a club member of FirstCry.com. They charged 999 for 1 year membership. For club members there is no delivery charge and they promised free assistance for installation..
    unfortunately I didn’t get any service like they promised.. They charged for delivery and I didn’t get installation service for my try cycle… still it’s in delivery box

      Everytime I purchase anything from firstcry thru cashkaro app I need to raise tickets. Why can't firstcry do it automatically??? Amazon gives cashkaro returns immediately without need to raise tickets. Very baddd.

      First cry doesn't provide cash returns automatically. Everytime I purchase anything from you I need to raise tickets for getting returns thru cashkaro. Veryy bad

        Automatic swing cradle machine swings very slowly as stops frequently once in 30 seconds even if it is empty.
        And when baby is put into cradle it stops as it cannot take 4 months babies weight also.
        Very bad.
        Pathetic product.
        Baby cannot sleep even it would have ability to swing in that low speed that moves only 1 inch left 1 inch right! And cusion is for name sake only, plus baby can fall down if he/she roll overs!

        I want to return the product and dont want to replace because of speed.

              I have placed order on 15th on July for my friend and order contained 6 items. On 19th first item delivery happened, but it was only empty box with invoice inside it. I raised concern to customer care team over call and email. But in the end they are saying that as per there investigation delivery on item happened. So it is now loss of my money. I would like to get my money back or item should get delivered.

                My products was due to be received on 14 July and still not yet received...I get a message tat I wanted the delivery late. I never asked for delivery late.. it's a fake reason given in delivery statsu... when I call to the contact details as sent to me through sms by xbees, the delivery person says tat it's a wrong number and one more number was switched off... all fake contacts messaged by xbees... And the customer call is of no use... First of all the customer care of first cry won't respond properly with interest and though he replies tat products will be delivered but still not yet received the products till date... First cry was a trusted online shopping but it has started to fraud joong with fraud xbees..

                    Babyhug diaper issue

                    I have ordered babyhug medium size diaper and whenever this gets wet it looses gel from inside and it's all over my baby's skin. This can harm my baby's we use these diapers on sensitive area. This is really concerning. I want to return this pathetic diaper. I have bought 86 pants pack . Please take this back...

                    I have requested the return of an item through first cry application one week before. I did not get any response regarding the same for few days. After that I got a message with the mobile number of an executive that my item will be going to pick up that day. However I have not received any call from him. I tried calling him but his phone is switched off for long hours and hence I am not able to contact him.
                    Today morning I got a message from first cry that my pick up of an item is cancelled as I have cancelled the same from my end. Please explain me how can you put the blame on the customer as the service is not properly done by your executive. As a customer this is a bad experience for me. This issue has unnecessarily waste my time. Please try to avoid these kind of issues in future.

                      I bought this diaper to my 3 month old baby .she is getting rashes from it.I paid around 1300 for this diapers n bought 2 pack of 84 pcs.n I cannot use . I want to return the product.

                      Very useless diaper, my baby's health has deteriorated even for 10 minutes, this diaper has changed 2 times in 2 hours, what about a diaper that cannot last overnight, ordered for the first time and so bad 1 packet is used, one is left return

                        Trying to return the item for more than 1 month. The pick up message is popping on my phone but im again getting a message that i am not available at the home by the end of the day. I called several times and raised complaint. FirstCry.com seems to ignore the fact that the item is not picked yet. I need my money right away or else I will persue this matter to social media.

                            We are loyal customer of firstcry. We always believe and trust your products for our baby. Recently we visited your firstcry shop in porbandar gujarat-360575. And we found that price in the store and price of that similar product in the application was having a vast difference. I am sending the pictures of bill and the product in the application.
                            I was totally disappointed after seeing that difference. I actually enquired at the shop about the price and they answered that at both places, prices would be same. But after getting the clear picture of price, I felt cheated.
                            And now I am going to media for the same because it's not fair and it's a cheating in the business. In clear words, your stores are looting money from customers. After all that, there is not exchange or return policy which is totally unfair about the store. And that too they have not said but only written on the bill. See the issue or I will complaint to consumer court and media about the issue.

                              I cancelled some items and still I didn't get my refund amount.i call several times..I totally disappointed..after the cash refund only I can take another item.their upadation is also too slow. I hate this app

                                  Why Company have charged me return fee of 25 rupees on every returned order? That cost me total of 125 Rs on returned orders when the product was not even useful or used. While placing order a Note was mentioned Return fee may be levied on return of the order. Now what does may be refer to your policy????? First the policies are not clear at time of placing order. Note should have been placed clearly how much amount will be deducted at return item.

                                  This new policy is totally absurd. Don't loot people if site not making profit.
                                  This site is going to end very soon with trusted customers leaving and going to other sites!

                                  Policy checks how many products returned but not how many products not returned? If the quality check of products and size correctly mentioned, why would there be need of returning the item.

                                  Customer not going to check New Privacy Policy details unless its properly stated in Notes at time of placing an order. I will raise concern for this major issue for sure! Wait for Notice.

After 3 days I will open the product and assemble but the product is not working properly one leg is not placed in the earth my baby try to ride but it's skid she can't ride easily so I want to return the product else u can send any service people to check the product

                                      Order tracking id :[protected], as per the details order must be delivered within 2 days which changed to 19th June' 2021 but still, I did not see any moment in the tracking shipment since 15th June' 2021.

                                      No update from firstcry about the issue or delay. Every day I am messaging them but they have the worst chatbot which have very limited option and that too without any success.

                                      It seems now firstcry started doing fraud.

                                      They broke my trust.
