    2 dresses 1 from order number which ends with 31CC and another from 469B are returned together in the same package. Pickup guy did not check the dresses and he thought there is only 1 dress and returned it to the seller and I have received refund for only 1 dress

    Initial contact was on Oct 28th and I am following up with them everyday with no resolution. ticket number[protected]

    Phone support is not helpful and they are disconnecting the call. Email support they are copy pasting same responses with no resolution.

      I order few sets of baby cloths from firstcry.com mobile app. One of the product was not in a mentioned size. I made a return request. Its been more than 15Days, still no return pickup person called or visited our house. Everyday I receive automated call which says " Return request was unsuccessful for no reason". When I called to customer care they said they took a complaint, but no action yet. Today[protected] I called again, the customer care guy said that, "The pickup service guy updated wrong status".

      Please take a necessary action against the company.

          PFA of fungus on all the sides of the crib.
          This is to inform you that we have purchased a crib, mattress and bedding set on[protected] from your store, it was kept in our bedroom by the person who fixed it, today while cleaning I got to see that one side is broken and the wood is having fungus on it. We have spend so much and we have received a damaged piece, you have promised that it can be used till 5 years, that is when my husband had purchased it. Babyhug 9403 is the item. Itseems as if we got a very old and bad quality product. Also the bedding set was very dirty and I requested the store manager to replace the same for which he said that there is no other piece available. How can a product break when it is not touched in the first place? Also what ply is that which is so low quality and we paid for it.
          Almost 17k.
          Request you to look into this and do the needful in whatever way you can.

            Even after repeated calls to logistic and customers care xpressbees my product has not been delivered on time or even you ppl can’t assure me when it is going to deliver
            1 What is happening with the delivery I don’t know .

            2 Why you ppl first cry team has chosen this WORST LOGISTIC TEAM can you plz explain me what action have you take against this service dont you find other service providers to deliver the product on time once check this xpressbees reviews before

            3 How irresponsible delivery service is this
            Since 20th of this month I’m facing the issues

            4 Who is going to solve this?

            5 Refunding amount is not a solution for this kind of problems

            6 since I’m writing mails to you guys you ppl simply say me 48hrs or 78 hrs to resolve the issue but still now it has not been resolved at

            Really I don’t want to continue with you if you are providing this kind of delivery service

            I haven’t received any update or mail from the company but here it is marked as resolved
            FirstCry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            So this is not a new thing with FirstCry & Xpressbees. They have unethical and careless attitude. No governance.
            Unfortunately I too have the similar experience.

            Since 5th June 2021 you guys (FirstCry+Xpressbees) mentally torcherd me. Inspite of raising concern, you gave fake excuses. Your delivery partner never contacted and shown interest to deliver. Completely unethical service, behavior found with FirstCry and it's partner Xpressbees. Since 5th June 2021 to 12th June 2021 you can calculate the time and my attempted request to reaching you out before cancelling it. I am not interested in your (FirstCry+Xpressbees) false excuses.

            Within that period I could have bought the product from AMAZON and got it delivered.
            FirstCry feels happy by making refund of the product after making CutomerCry and doing mental torture.

                  Order number 6386332UVJD42E23E Wrong product shipped-

                  This is in regards to the return of the product (PinkCow Pearl Detailed Sleeveless Net Drape Gown - Light Blue). I had ordered a Dress for my child and I received a ladies handbag without any tag. I mailed so many times and talked to customer care executive but they are neither refunding my money nor delivering the product which I ordered. Does this give them right to harass the consumers like this.

                  I need my money back as its my hard earned money and would not let any online site cheat us like this.

                  I will go to any level to get my refund.

                      I ordered few products on 25th SEP and waited to 15days to deliver product inspire of delivery date being 29th sep.
                      I complained on 9th Oct after a long wait none of executive had any solution or answer and suddenly my order was cancelled and money was refunded to me in account. After that also I agreed to order same products when executive called on the same discount applicable. It took 3-4 days to executive to call back and when I received call there was a technical issue and again it is 2 days no response.
                      This has really become a mental harrasment. When u pay and you don't get products moreover you hv to followup with them so much

                              I had ordered himalaya diapers through first cry website. The product received was damaged and of worst quality. When i reached out to first cry website they refused to return or replace the product. They are asking me to reach out to the manufacturer. Why will i contact manufacturer when i am receiving wrong product from first cry.

                                I have placed order on Sep 1st with firstcry for babyhug 7 compartment which I wanted to buy for my daughter. She was eagerly looking forward for the product. After researching for 15 days, we zeroed in for firstcry as the product was available at a good discount.

                                When the product arrived it was in damaged condition and it was a sad moment as my daughter was very excited and we had to convince her a lot as to why product needs to be delivered and we will get the replacement soon.

                                However the reverse pickup as another headache. Courier person was not instructed properly about the size of the product and the feedback was provided to firstcry about the same immediately. After 3 to 4 days, product was reversed pickup.

                                Second order was placed for the same product and we were like ok next time product will be handled with care. However to our shock, this time product was further damaged. And again I had to initiate the reverse pickup.

                                Same mistake repeated again - courier person was not instructed properly about the size of the pack. Though it was the fault of firstcry, feedback was registered stating customer address and contact was not available.

                                It was total agony for my 5 year old daughter and I had to spend lot of time consoling her and also mental harrassment and frustration caused by continuous call from firstcry and asking me to fill the same details again and again.
                                I would like compensation double the product amount as in the market, price of the product is more and I have to buy the same product asap.
