I am writing to you to raise an issue about refund amount

The issue that I have experienced was: I had returned 5 items, out of which I received the refund for only 3. This way done way before lockdown in March. I patiently waited and even emailed the customer care team. I was told that due to lockdown the process will take longer. Since then I have sent several emails and I receive replies...

They will never pick up the item. Always they say they will pick up in 24-48 hours. People please dont buy from them...

I requested them to pick the item before 20 days. they are sending the same template again and again. Worst customer service ever....

I have ordered two products on 15 th july 2020 for my friends baby boy who lives in india.

One was delivered, but the another one "baby hug twist n play gym" is not delivered yet.

Delivery boy called on 22nd july 9 pm. He told parcel is heavy, he will bring it on the next day morning. We haven't recieved it yet. I have sent queries and mails but nobody replied from the first cry yet.
