I had ordered himalaya diapers through first cry website. The product received was damaged and of worst quality. When i reached out to first cry website they refused to return or replace the product. They are asking me to reach out to the manufacturer. Why will i contact manufacturer when i am receiving wrong product from first cry.

    I have placed order on Sep 1st with firstcry for babyhug 7 compartment which I wanted to buy for my daughter. She was eagerly looking forward for the product. After researching for 15 days, we zeroed in for firstcry as the product was available at a good discount.

    When the product arrived it was in damaged condition and it was a sad moment as my daughter was very excited and we had to convince her a lot as to why product needs to be delivered and we will get the replacement soon.

    However the reverse pickup as another headache. Courier person was not instructed properly about the size of the product and the feedback was provided to firstcry about the same immediately. After 3 to 4 days, product was reversed pickup.

    Second order was placed for the same product and we were like ok next time product will be handled with care. However to our shock, this time product was further damaged. And again I had to initiate the reverse pickup.

    Same mistake repeated again - courier person was not instructed properly about the size of the pack. Though it was the fault of firstcry, feedback was registered stating customer address and contact was not available.

    It was total agony for my 5 year old daughter and I had to spend lot of time consoling her and also mental harrassment and frustration caused by continuous call from firstcry and asking me to fill the same details again and again.
    I would like compensation double the product amount as in the market, price of the product is more and I have to buy the same product asap.

              The delivery boy refused to deliver the items in my house. Although my house is on the paved concrete link road. My family is regular customer of firsycry. It is quite evident in your record. I have a small baby and I can't leave har lonely. Advice your field staff.

Mean like sexual harrsement i went out from the store nd queiry about staff name his name shaifi something else i think so he is manger. Please look at him and these is the last warning for your entire firstcry if repeats again i want go for media.

                  I have ordered 17 items from the website and it got cancelled other day.
                  The reason they quote is we dont have stock.
                  If you dont have products then why you take orders. Kindly write there only out of stock. It is just to deceit customers that they take orders and cancel it later. They are just promoting the website with coupns discounts etc and when customer places order they cancel at their end saying that they dont have stock. Its highly unbelievable that all 17 items are not there in the stock..complete nuisance!!
                  The calculation they do of after discount or gst its not upto the mark. God only knows how they do it. Its just creating hits on the website else nothing.

                    Hi Team,
                    I orders 2 pairs of items for my twin babies on 10th Aug. It's got delivered on 17th I got only 1 pair. I tried lot to reach to customer care on this finally I dropped a mail customer care they ask me to return request from the app. Same I did on 18th. Still now there is no response from any of them. I never see this type of customer service in my life.

                      I ordered "Syga 8.5 Inch LCD Writing Tablet Scribbling Pad" and it didnt work. I had to return it myself, and they didnt help with pickup. I returned the parcel through bluedart, but their warehouse sent it back to bluedart, saying that the parcel was Returned To Origin At Shipper's Request. And that was not the case, because neither I, nor the courier company requested such a thing.

                            I have recieved msg that my order is arriving today.. So i called ur agent that pleae deliver my parcel before 3.30. Coz i have given office address. Now my office will remain close for few days. N we are leaving today by 3.45. I told him all problems related to my office circumstances. Bt he talked me arrogantly. N ur told me that not possible for me. My experience related to first cry is worst. Agent r arrogant.

                              I have given office address. Since my office is going to be closed for few days . So I told agent to please reach before 3.30. bt ur agent denying me. I told him problm.                                 They have literally torchered us since long time. Have ordered few stuffs and have to return due to some circumstances. So filed for return pick up, so they said we will come and collect, the day never came. Whenever I used to write a email for collection they used to phone and tell we will send someone within a week..this happens 6-7 times and now they are coming up that collection is not available at your location so courier the stuffs to 3 different warehouse, which is not possible. They have been mentally harrasing us..when delivery is available at my location then why not collection.

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
                                    The issue that I have experienced was: They delivered the partial order which was dilivered on 5th august to wrong address and the delivery boy then said he will not do anything about it as he has already delivered . I raised the query but they just closed it.
                                    It occurred on: 5/08/2020
                                    Refund the amount or deliver the goods to correct address
                                    I have been asking for a solution but they first cry is not responding properly i have send atleast 6, 7 emails talked to their representative still the issue exist.

But in there website showing along with babyhug cotton buds, curatio atogla baby lotion - 200 ml (Code: 1175813) also dispatched and received by me. The same thing i have given a complaint that i received only babyhug cotton buds (Code: 616436) on the date which i received the shipment[protected]. And shared the delivered box images to them and they sent me a mail that they will resolve the issue within 24-48 hrs. But till date no response from their side.

                                        I placed an order for "babyhug panda gyro-swing car with steering wheel - black & white" on 25th july 2020. I got the product delivered on 26th july. As corona precaution measure advised by govt of india. I kept the product in an isolated room and didn't open it until 29th july. Post which i found it defective with following problems:

                                        1. The electronic system for playing music was not working
                                        2. The steering shaft nuts were very right to fasten, the thread of nut and bolt didn't match, and hence they were not getting fasten beyond two turns, making the product dangerous for a kid to use. Also because of that the product was wobbling.
                                        3. The eye of the panda scooter was broken

                                        And because of the following reasons i raised the return request on 30th july. A person from the pickup agency (Xpressbees) called me and said his motorcycle is punctured and he will not be able to make a pickup today and will come tomorrow, and that the rain is about to happen. I agreed to his request but he had sent the status that address is incorrect (This is the same address where the product was delivered). Now i kept getting calls from first cry to either cancel my return or update the address on website.

                                        I tried reaching out to firstcry customer care but they had no option to reach out to any human. And when i called the pickup person he said the request is no longer with him and someone else will do the pickup next day. Meanwhile firstcry kept calling me (Computer generated call) everyday to cancel my return or update address.

                                        On aug 1st i updated my address on the firstcry website. But still i kept getting the same computerized call again and again. With no option to reach out to any human i resorted to twitter and asked their support team to help me on this matter. To which they respond to me on 2nd aug stating that my return period for the product has expired and nothing can be done for it.

                                        Now i am stuck with a broken product which is unsafe for my kid to ride.

                                        I am looking to return this product and get my refund for the product.
