Dear sir
We are loyal customer of firstcry. We always believe and trust your products for our baby. Recently we visited your firstcry shop in porbandar gujarat-360575. And we found that price in the store and price of that similar product in the application was having a vast difference. I am sending the pictures of bill and the product in the application.
I was totally disappointed after seeing that difference. I actually enquired at the shop about the price and they answered that at both places, prices would be same. But after getting the clear picture of price, I felt cheated.
And now I am going to media for the same because it's not fair and it's a cheating in the business. In clear words, your stores are looting money from customers. After all that, there is not exchange or return policy which is totally unfair about the store. And that too they have not said but only written on the bill. See the issue or I will complaint to consumer court and media about the issue.

    I cancelled some items and still I didn't get my refund amount.i call several times..I totally disappointed..after the cash refund only I can take another item.their upadation is also too slow. I hate this app

        Why Company have charged me return fee of 25 rupees on every returned order? That cost me total of 125 Rs on returned orders when the product was not even useful or used. While placing order a Note was mentioned Return fee may be levied on return of the order. Now what does may be refer to your policy????? First the policies are not clear at time of placing order. Note should have been placed clearly how much amount will be deducted at return item.

        This new policy is totally absurd. Don't loot people if site not making profit.
        This site is going to end very soon with trusted customers leaving and going to other sites!

        Policy checks how many products returned but not how many products not returned? If the quality check of products and size correctly mentioned, why would there be need of returning the item.

        Customer not going to check New Privacy Policy details unless its properly stated in Notes at time of placing an order. I will raise concern for this major issue for sure! Wait for Notice.

          I had booked item through firstcry awd no:[protected] it's delivered June 14. After 3 days I will open the product and assemble but the product is not working properly one leg is not placed in the earth my baby try to ride but it's skid she can't ride easily so I want to return the product else u can send any service people to check the product

            Order tracking id :[protected], as per the details order must be delivered within 2 days which changed to 19th June' 2021 but still, I did not see any moment in the tracking shipment since 15th June' 2021.

            No update from firstcry about the issue or delay. Every day I am messaging them but they have the worst chatbot which have very limited option and that too without any success.

            It seems now firstcry started doing fraud.

            They broke my trust.

              I have order two set of FUNBLAST BAMBOO FIBER FEEDING SET for my babies vide order ID No. 5011762VXID71DF5E on 09/06/2021 and the same delivered on 13/06/2021. it was shocking when I open one set and found broken and since then I had tried umpteen time to your toll free customer complaint number but the same is not responding. I had not open the other set finding the other broken. I want the sets shall be replace or money be refunded.

                I get daily message that product is out for delivery during day time, and it has not yet been delivered. In night the message is being sent that I want late delivery. This is happening daily since 100+ hours

                No one from delivery has contacted so far regarding this

                Unable to cancel and get my money as well.

                Since 5th June you guys (FirstCry+Xpressbees) mentally torcherd me. Inspite of raising concern, you gave fake excuses. Your delivery partner never contacted and shown interest to deliver. Completely unethical service, behavior found with FirstCry and it's partner Xpressbees. Since 5th June to 12th June you can calculate the time and my attempted request to reaching you out before cancelling it. I am not interested in your (FirstCry+Xpressbees) false excuses.

                  I have ordered 6 items for my baby on May 22nd 2021.They delivered me a parcel which contains just two products that too wrong items(not the ordered ones) and showing the status as all 5 out if 6 items delivered. They asked me to selfreturn the wrong products as my products did not have return policy. I returned the 2 items through India post. I asked them for refund for all 5 items. But they are not ready to provide refund for my missing items.

                  They are playing fraudulent during this covid time. They are not taking responsibility for the missing items.
                  I need justice as they are questioning my credibility.

                  I am attaching the invoice of my order and the items which I received.

                    I have ordered babyhug panda swing car for my kid on 31/05/2021 and got delivered on 02/06/2021 at 1:40 pm.
                    While assembly I observed that the car body is broken from below.
                    I contacted toll free number [protected] and as per their guidance sent you mail at [protected]@firstcry.com and [protected]@brainbees.com but till now no revert.
                    You are playing with our emotions so care for customers.
                    Please replace broken piece and send me new piece of car immediately.
                    This is my first online order through firstcry and experience is really bad.

                      Shopping for the first time on FirstCry.

                      Order Item: Face Protection Shield Cat Design - Orange (minqty:1)

                      Due to poor packing or defective product, there is a dent in the face shield. because of that, the sponge is also folding after wearing, in line with the dent.

                      Very unfortunate that the item is non-returnable. Are non-returnable Items justified? What will poor Customer do with a new, defective product?

                          In the picture of product shown on their app, the sleevles vest (pack of 3) was showing shoulder buttons. This was the reason, I ordered the product for my one year old son. The product sent neither has shoulder buttons nor the design and colour matches the shown picture of the product.
                          There is no return policy available even though it's their fault. Customer care is fully automated and there is no customer executive to talk to.
                          I want my choice of product or my refund back. It is not fair that they are forcing their choice on us. If the product is unavailable, please say so; but do not send the wrong product.
                          It's both.. waste of time and waste of money for us. And moreover, this feels like harrassment as there is no proper channel for feedback or customer service.

                            I have received wrong item. I have ordered small size diapers however received XL. First this is a non returnable item and now the biggest problem is not only this, I can't even contact customer care for a timely exchange of this item. Call support is not working due to covid, agreed but their chat support has never worked and still not working. When I am trying to raise the concern through app that is also a failure and I even registered a complaint once however it's still in the same condition. PS I am using latest version of app. I don't understand why the UI of this big shot app is such annoying. Now somehow I am able to raise concern since it's something I needed on urgent basis, and for this they replied to contact me within 48 hours. I don't understand how they prioritising their issues when someone need assistance as soon as for some essential item, and they are giving assurance of 48 hours. I am regular customer for first cry and regular online buyer but I have never felt this helpless with any other app and this is not happen with me first time in firscry otherwise I wouldn't be this dis-appointed.

                                Purchased first time with FirstCry a shirt for my son on his birthday. Wrongly entered wrong pincode of different place in my city but entered all correct address.

                                They denied to change the pincode on my request.

                                Worse experience in my first buy.

                                  You are providing very bad service. In the morning we received the massage, you product is out for delivery today you will receive your packet. But afternoon again we receive a massage "your shipment is delay by few days". What kind of service provide If you are not able to delivery product at time why you receive the order and mobile number which you are given in delivery massage. that's not working. you are doing very cheep behavior with your customer.

                                      Order some products but didn’t receive yet any of them delivery dates are crossed also customer care not giving proper delivery date they are only faking about delivery

                                        I had ordered a top for my daughter ... the price for dis top was 366/- ... i had given 570/- (a 500 rupee note and 70 rupees change)to my maid to pay him in order to get 200/- balance. he did nt return the money and went. when i called him he says my maid had given 370 rupees only. i hv been ordering frm first cry since a very long time now. never faced such problem. the same delivery guy did another mistake yesterday also.. i live on the ground floor ... he delivered my item to the second floor and my status was showing delivered.. when i checked and called him he said my parcel got mixed with the parcel the second floor person had ordered and he had delivered it to them by mistake .. so i had to get it from them and paid them later.. so he created unnecessary confusion...and today again[protected]... my status showing delivered order no ( 9719412KMSB7C0F9B) but i havnt recieved any product... and when i am calling him, he's nt taking my call... this guy is so annoying
