In the picture of product shown on their app, the sleevles vest (pack of 3) was showing shoulder buttons. This was the reason, I ordered the product for my one year old son. The product sent neither has shoulder buttons nor the design and colour matches the shown picture of the product.
There is no return policy available even though it's their fault. Customer care is fully automated and there is no customer executive to talk to.
I want my choice of product or my refund back. It is not fair that they are forcing their choice on us. If the product is unavailable, please say so; but do not send the wrong product.
It's both.. waste of time and waste of money for us. And moreover, this feels like harrassment as there is no proper channel for feedback or customer service.

    I have received wrong item. I have ordered small size diapers however received XL. First this is a non returnable item and now the biggest problem is not only this, I can't even contact customer care for a timely exchange of this item. Call support is not working due to covid, agreed but their chat support has never worked and still not working. When I am trying to raise the concern through app that is also a failure and I even registered a complaint once however it's still in the same condition. PS I am using latest version of app. I don't understand why the UI of this big shot app is such annoying. Now somehow I am able to raise concern since it's something I needed on urgent basis, and for this they replied to contact me within 48 hours. I don't understand how they prioritising their issues when someone need assistance as soon as for some essential item, and they are giving assurance of 48 hours. I am regular customer for first cry and regular online buyer but I have never felt this helpless with any other app and this is not happen with me first time in firscry otherwise I wouldn't be this dis-appointed.

        Purchased first time with FirstCry a shirt for my son on his birthday. Wrongly entered wrong pincode of different place in my city but entered all correct address.

        They denied to change the pincode on my request.

        Worse experience in my first buy.

        Never buy product from them. Don't know customers values.

          You are providing very bad service. In the morning we received the massage, you product is out for delivery today you will receive your packet. But afternoon again we receive a massage "your shipment is delay by few days". What kind of service provide If you are not able to delivery product at time why you receive the order and mobile number which you are given in delivery massage. that's not working. you are doing very cheep behavior with your customer.

            I have ordered 6 packet of diapers for my kid. due to covid as i am not stepping out. it suppose to deliver by 9th May 21 but since then the delivery did not happened. particularly the orders coming through ECOM express never gets delivered. we have tried to reach First cry but same old statement wait for 72hrs.

              Order some products but didn’t receive yet any of them delivery dates are crossed also customer care not giving proper delivery date they are only faking about delivery

                I had ordered a top for my daughter ... the price for dis top was 366/- ... i had given 570/- (a 500 rupee note and 70 rupees change)to my maid to pay him in order to get 200/- balance. he did nt return the money and went. when i called him he says my maid had given 370 rupees only. i hv been ordering frm first cry since a very long time now. never faced such problem. the same delivery guy did another mistake yesterday also.. i live on the ground floor ... he delivered my item to the second floor and my status was showing delivered.. when i checked and called him he said my parcel got mixed with the parcel the second floor person had ordered and he had delivered it to them by mistake .. so i had to get it from them and paid them later.. so he created unnecessary confusion...and today again[protected]... my status showing delivered order no ( 9719412KMSB7C0F9B) but i havnt recieved any product... and when i am calling him, he's nt taking my call... this guy is so annoying

                    I ordered "GetBest Battery Operated Ride On Car - Red" on 17th April 2021 for my daughter's birthday. But I never received it and the seller called me and said that due to lockdown in Delhi the shipment can not be shipped.He said that he has created a shipment only for formality. Now he is not picking up my call.

                    I canceled the order on 26th April and since then, I am calling First Cry customer care everyday to cancel the order and refund the amount. But I am only getting assurance and not my money.

                    This is cheating on first cry part to keep the money and not give the product also.

                    Please help in getting the refund the amount as soon as possible.

                        Cheated with product. Received inadequate product.

                        I have regularly been a customer of your products since 2020. Recently, I ordered 4 out of 3 items delivered today.

                        I highlighted the defective items.

                        1. Cotton Single Briefs Pack of 5: Out of 5, there is 1 brief that is small in size.

                        You can clearly see in the picture that rose star one is small of another 4 slips.

                          My complaint is about the delivery person. A New delivery person is delivering products to my address Since last four orders from firstcry app. He was asking to forward the product delivered message with bad manners. I am suspecting his behaviour. so, please change the delivery person to my address as I am a regular purchaser from your app. I hope you will resolve my problem from the next orders.

                            I order product on 24march and same will be out of delivery on 31march but i receive call from courier partner and said that product could not be delivered due to couirer delivery not avavliable to this location.
                            My issue is if location is not deliverable so why you people accept the order and after do many complaint they will hold my amt upto 9days and on 9apr amt will refunded now i want to interest amt also

                                  I had purchase of some toys and cloths for my baby on his Birthday. But order never delivered by firstcry even after lot of follow-ups and requests. Everytime I got new dates and it happened thrice. I am Fully disagree with the service provided by firstcry.

                                    I belong from a rural area but my home adress is clear as living in a city or town.
                                    It's my first order from firstcry app and maybe or will be the last too. Just as of yesterday date[protected], my order package was about to be delivered.
                                    At the beginning, the delivery boy call me and asked, if he can deliver the parcel now at around 10:00am at my given home address. He also mentioned that he was new at the service as delivery boy and I understood his situation as he will not have much knowledge about my location. Although he's permanent residential maybe from 6-7km away from where my home location is. I understood his problem and even navigated him to my exact home address. Later the delivery boy said that in a moment he'll be out for delivery but not received any call, waiting and leaving my other important duties and work, until I called him back at the provided number later that evening around 5:30pm. He answered and replied "who are you", I said you were about to deliver my package so, will you be delivering now? His replied was a direct 'No!' That's too a little rude which I felt, I made myself calm and talk to him politely asking 'why' any prohibition at this hour? He said, 'There is no facilities of delivering to home address', I was stunned and shock. Then I ask him 'you could have told me that earlier too and why are you talking rudely, he said can't you understand that I cannot deliver the package and I told him that then why were you wasting my time making me wait till the evening making me leave my other important duties', and even told him that if there was no facilities in home delivery than why would your company provides such home delivery facilities in the app firstly! Later, what happened was truly shocking, I felt as if I was some kind of a 'moron' or what! He said that it's none of my business, I cannot deliver your package. This made me angry like hell! As if I could do anything to reach upto him and punished him, and hearing his words I believe any person on my place would feel the same too, but I calm myself and told him that I'll take legal actions against you. He said do whatever you want, if needed he'll provide me the complaint helpline number. Really! Later, at night came a message o[censored]ndeliverable of my order and to give some feedback. On the feedback there was an option to related issues with the delivery boy and other related issue, I chose that option and gave feedback, writing every bit of the details about what had happened with me that day. It's been almost 14 hours, yet no response from the customer care.
                                    And later today[protected] around 10:00am the same delivery boy called me, although this time I couldn't received directly as I was in a very important meeting with my stuff. Later, as soon as my meeting got over I called the delivery boy and ask him if he'll be delivering my parcel, he said that he came upto half road and that I didn't receive his call and so he went back somewhere nearby to deliver others parcel, I explained him about the unavoidable circumstances on which I was in and instead he started lecturing saying it's none of my concern, and that he wouldn't deliver the parcel. I was shocked again and started thinking really! I've never met such delivery boy or as a person until today. It made me kept going thinking over and over.
                                    Later, on today's argument he mentioned that he's been in this field of work for many years, as that day he just mentioned that he was a new delivery boy! when I told him that, 'should I teach you how a delivery boy should be working and how should a delivery boy should deliver a package'? Hearing this he hung up the call.

                                    I wonder how, such known company would let this happen or doesn't care what their customers faces. I solemnly request the firstcry company to look at their other delivery branches in each state or country where they have set up and on the working agent's as delivery boy to only hire those well mannered in speaking and good skill in behaving with the people. Because I believe that there are many other well mannered person who are waiting for the job as delivery boy.

                                    I pray and request the consumer complaint service to look to the matter as fast as possible and take legal action against the delivery boy,

                                      I ordered babyhug sleeveless vests in ur firstcry online shopping of 3 sets..each set containing 3 vests on 11th feb.. my order got delivered on feb 14.. but the clothes are not fitting my baby.. so i want to exchange this with bigger size of same model.. please help me.. as this non returnable.. exchange is also not happening
