    I purchased a baby rocker from first cry store and next day the handle in which toys were hanged that damages badly because of not good quality..
    I went to store next day for complaining and they said that handle will be replaced.. They will order another from company... It’s been 2.5 months but they are not responding & resolving that issue.. They are just making us fool from long time.. That baby rocker cost near about 6.5 thousand... When my baby was 3 months old we purchased that baby rocker.. My baby is now 5.5 months old.. What would i do with that baby rocker.. My baby is not comfortable on that as she is now 5.5 months old... I went to store yesterday still they were making us fool & saying we placed order but company is not sending that handle.. I told them yesterday that i must complaint a report in the company directly & they were ok for that even.. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.. If any customer needs a purchasing that much costly product from your store then that is your duty to take care about every query of customer.. My purchased contact number is [protected]...         I purchased 2 fisher price toys from firstcry.com of rs. 2352.21
        But i found that one toy is not working properly i made a return request. They are collect both products and send me this msg (Pickup done:your order from firstcry.com (213289zmv578eca5) is picked on awb:[protected] which was successfully picked up on
        7th july, 2020
        They credit only 581 ₹ not full amount.
        I emailed them so many times but they only say we will look into this matter.
        But the money is still not credited back in my account, plus their customer care not reply to emails. Its been a horrible experience.

          Hello,

          I have ordered "babyhug angel dreams cradle with storage basket & mosquito net - blue". Which was delivered on 21jun, when i opened the box some screw was missing and i have raised return request on 25jun which is still not picked up and the product is with me.. However i have sent lots of emails. They claim that it will pick up with 72 hrs and it is more then 15 days still the product was not picked up. They just fool customers and take money. I have requested to arrange a call from managers but noting received till now. And the return request which i have raised showing cancelled status.
          I have informed them that i will raise consumer complaint even though nothing happened. They jusy copy past sentence and instead of my name they have mentioned another customer name this is what happen when they just do copy paste..

            I had purchased babyhug electric breast pump from firstcry shop baner road pune on 9th june 2020 and it has stop working (Not enough suction) on 29th june 2020. I had raised complaint about this to firstcry on 30th june 2020. Even after 9 days i didn't have any update about my complaint and it has 1 year warranty. We have purchased this for around 4700 and now we cannot use it in this need time even paying this much amount.
            We have to use pump daily to extact milk for my 1 month old kid. But due to

                The car was delivered on 10th june and it was defective.
                I tried contacting customer care but it was not available.
                Order status of the product was not delivered till 26th june because of which i could not place a replacement request.
                Finally i found the contact email id on 21st june on which i had sent email about the defective product and i was asked to sent the product invoice and box photos. I sent the email with the product video and the required photos.
                I was informed on email that you guys will mark the product delivered after which i can place replacement request.
                Today at 3 pm the product was marked delivered and now i am not getting the replacement option and you are saying that the time has lapsed.
                You kept stalling me for past 6 days that product status will be marked delivered and then i will be able to place replacement request.

                  This is rediculous, you didn't deliver the product for many days even i followed and dropped multiple emails but of no use

                  My son's occasion has spoiled because of your carelessness, you people totally ruined the event, we were totally upset

                  Since there was no correct response from your team, i cancelled the product and its been more than 72 hours still i haven't got the refund

                  You promised me on last call that refund will be credited in my wallet in 3 hours

                  This is frustrating attitude

                  I want my refund right now in my wallet, i need to give my son another gift, he is crying and not having food from many days since we have promised the gift to him

                  Who will be responsible if something happned to his health ?
                  i am surely gonna sue your organization now

                  I am going to file a complaint in police department and go consumer court

                  Atleast do this job correctly, anyways you didnt deliver the product on time, atleast refund my amount back in my wallet, i need to purchase a new gift for my son to stop him crying for the stupid thing what you people have done

                  Process refund immediately in my wallet otherwise i am going to sue your company, mark this as my final words

                    I have returned 3 products to the firstcry of order no: 6941463fvl7042fcf

                    1. Babyhug singlet
                    2. Babyhug woven top
                    3. Cutewalk sandals (Pink).

                    Now i have received the refund amount of 2 products. But i haven't received the refund amount of babyhug woven top, as acknowledged by the customer care of firstcry over phone.

                    They are denying my money and lying the fact that i haven't returned the product yet!

                    I have returned all the 3 products all at once.

                    Why would i keep the product to myself?!

                    All those products returned are small in size. Those do not fit my baby.

                    Before returning the products, i have provided the pictures of those 3 products.

                    Babyhug singlet and babyhug woven top were returned in a separate firstcry box. Cutewalk pink sandal was provided in a different first cry box.

                    Again, now they are asking for the acknowledgment slip of the return.

                    Pickup has been done before too. But never ever any acknowledgement slip was provided to me. So this time also i was not provided any acknowledgement slip.

                    In a nutshell, the firstcry team has not only cheated my money but also the trust of a mother.

                    I want my money back.

                      Every time i am challenging with firstcry clothing products, i ordered clothes for 4 months' baby (Order number 6805065tveff73827). It's wondering with sizes. I have chosen size is 6m - 12m and 12m - 18m both are different orders.

                      6m - 12m clothes look like the fit to just born baby, and 12m - 18m clothes fit for 3 months baby. If i called to customer care they are replied as to what is the size mentioned on the cloths is correct. How they are decided the size.

                      They are not accepting return and replacement also. Earlier already wasted 1000/- selected size 2m-3m, so i realized again ordered with 6m - 12m and 12m - 18m sizes.

                      Don't know how they have decided sizes.

                        I bought a breast pump from first cry on 31/05/20 online. I was delivered a nonfunctional piece. I tried contacting first cry customer care on 07/06/20 but there was no reply. I finally sent a mail on 09/06/20 and was told they will contact me after 48hrs which actually they did after 4days. Since then i have send numerous mail but even after 8days they havent rectified the mistake and i am just getting automated mails
                        As this is a product for very limited time o[censored]se and my child care is compromised due to this avoidable delay i would ask for a complete refund and an additional sum of 20k inr for the harassment and agony i faced.

                          This is regarding the product ordered on firstcry.com.

                          We assumed that we could get the genuine product since we have ordered from first cry.com which remains in the top for kids online shopping but later we realised that it's not true and received the faulty product.

                          The toy Taking Tom worth Rs.500 was ordered from the fristcry.com application, the product was delivered within the time but it was not working. It was noticed to the company through customer care service, but there's is no response from the company on replacement or refund.

                          In the form of online shopping the company is selling the faulty products.

                          Here by we want the refund amount or replacement.

                          So request you to provide us the justice on this issue.

                            Dear team,

                            It's been more than a week and my issue still stands unresolved.
                            Below are the details of my product which was not delivered however still marked delivered.
                            I was promised with 72 hour resolution time. There have been several call and i also requested for refund however i was only promised 72 hour deadline everytime.
                            With no fault of mine, i have been requested to wait endlessly.

                              It's been 5 days we are following for return for the wrong product we received, however no one in first cry is bothered it seems.
                              We have been told that the mattee is escalated however it doesn't seem so. 3 days have passed and no one contacted yet.

                              Plz provide the direct contact number of higher authorities as number provided on contact us is not being connected to anybody.

                              It's really very disappointing that firstcry is forcing customers to accept faulty product without any fault from our side.

                              You should have verified the details before writing such mail... Herewith i am giving the details. I have ordered the 260 ml bottle which comes with 1+ month nipple with 2 holes (U can check d same on bottle box itself). Also i am sending u the screenshots of philips sites and screen shots o[censored]r sites also, where u can easily understand that 125 ml bottle comes with 0+ nipple with 1 hole, 260ml bottle with 1+ nipple with 2 holes and 3+ nipple comes with 3 holes... N so on (Nipple hole drop pictures also available on respective bottle boxes)

                              Then how can u tell that it's not mentioned. We do understand that d product is not returnable but if it is faulty product how u r expecting to waste our money for this faulty product.

                              Plz go the attached proofs and refund our money immediately.

I have received d product an hour ago, however after checking it found that d nipple has only one hole instead of 2 (As per their the product details it comes with 2 holes for 1 months+ babies). Second hole is not punctured by the company fully. Have received faulty product.

                                  I mailed them many times with some screenshots then they always call back to me with different customer care executives and they said same to same line again and again that we will do it in 24 hours or 72 hours then i did not get any reply, after that i mailed them again and they follow same process again, i have call recording of all the executives who gave me 24 hours each and every time, but they did not follow back, i # fed up and irritated by firstcry team and service mentally,

                                    Am writing to you to raise an issue about: clothing, shoes & accessories

                                    The issue that i have experienced was: i have placed an order on 6th may 2020 my money was deducted from my account! And was approved by firstcry! Den i emailed them about this problem they are saying the money is not with them again and again everytime they are saying to contact the bank! Then i visited the branch they are saying as per your complain the money was transferred to the first cry only! Still they are saying they haven't received the money yet! I have showed them my account statement also! They are not showing

                                        I placed an order for an infant jeans on 2nd mar 2020, 4th mar 2020 the status on the site showed delivered, but i did not receive any delivery of the same. I constantly followed up with the team by raising complaints but in vain., we are in end of may now and this whole tracking has become an harassment. Worst service ever.. Order no. 5947464tpf2087580
