I have placed an for philips avent natural feeding bottle 260ml. I had received defective product for which i am following with first cry customer support since 27th may however each of your representative is just copy pasting the same text without understanding the issue and not taking any action about my order. I have called 100 nos of times also has written atleast 10 mails but no use.

Is it a joke?? Why this stupid thing is happening again n again at first cry... Various people are just copying and pasting the same mail again n again... Is firstcry have such third class customer support?

Why can't a single person handles this issue.. You all r writing just a random mail. Also not providing your contact details. Plz provide me the contact number of higher management to take up this issue further.

It's been 5 days we are following for return for the wrong product we received, however no one in first cry is bothered it seems.
We have been told that the mattee is escalated however it doesn't seem so. 3 days have passed and no one contacted yet.

Plz provide the direct contact number of higher authorities as number provided on contact us is not being connected to anybody.

And now without any further delay plz refund our money back

It's really very disappointing that firstcry is forcing customers to accept faulty product without any fault from our side.

You should have verified the details before writing such mail... Herewith i am giving the details. I have ordered the 260 ml bottle which comes with 1+ month nipple with 2 holes (U can check d same on bottle box itself). Also i am sending u the screenshots of philips sites and screen shots o[censored]r sites also, where u can easily understand that 125 ml bottle comes with 0+ nipple with 1 hole, 260ml bottle with 1+ nipple with 2 holes and 3+ nipple comes with 3 holes... N so on (Nipple hole drop pictures also available on respective bottle boxes)

Then how can u tell that it's not mentioned. We do understand that d product is not returnable but if it is faulty product how u r expecting to waste our money for this faulty product.

Plz go the attached proofs and refund our money immediately.

I had placed order for philips avent natural feeding bottle 260ml. I have received d product an hour ago, however after checking it found that d nipple has only one hole instead of 2 (As per their the product details it comes with 2 holes for 1 months+ babies). Second hole is not punctured by the company fully. Have received faulty product.

I need an urgent replacement for this. I tried to reach to customer care but call is not getting connected to customer support. Plz help.

      Hi team,
      I have ordered some products on first cry on 7th may and 9th may, the delivery date was 16/18/19th may i have not received my orders yet, i have complaining again and again and again via mail but they did not take it seriously,
      I mailed them many times with some screenshots then they always call back to me with different customer care executives and they said same to same line again and again that we will do it in 24 hours or 72 hours then i did not get any reply, after that i mailed them again and they follow same process again, i have call recording of all the executives who gave me 24 hours each and every time, but they did not follow back, i # fed up and irritated by firstcry team and service mentally,
      Pathetic service, i'm like i will kill them my mind is blowwwwwwww by first cry a # they are, they are fraud

Den i emailed them about this problem they are saying the money is not with them again and again everytime they are saying to contact the bank! Then i visited the branch they are saying as per your complain the money was transferred to the first cry only! Still they are saying they haven't received the money yet! I have showed them my account statement also! They are not showing

            I placed an order for an infant jeans on 2nd mar 2020, 4th mar 2020 the status on the site showed delivered, but i did not receive any delivery of the same.                   This is in regards to the refund of 596.02 rs which i have not received against the order no. 9092546txe5a14210.. From firstcry.com. The issue is open since 26 feb 2020. Customer care giving me deadlines of 24, 48 of working hours. 10-15 days etc.

                  I am following up with firstcry.com customer care since march 19 2020. Just getting false promises and repetitive mails from different executives every time. Not able to talk to any one from customer care.

                  There is no hierarchy of escalating the issue. Old stories are being pasted on every reply. Check my attachment in which you can see the trail mail number reaches to '70'

                  Pathetic service and policies firstcry.com people are having.

                      Hi team,

                      I have been buying the products from you, but not happy with your courier partner xpressbees. They delay in delivering the products on time.

                      Request you to please change the courier partner such that you should not get the bad name because of these bad couriers.

                      They keep/ lay our products in the godowns and doesnt delivery even they reached to the destination services on time.

                      Earlier also done the cancellation due to the delay in these xpressbees guys.

                        596016oto6bade1a is not delivered to us and status shows it's been delivered on april 4th. Could someone look why this is wrongly updated and hope this gets resolved and i get the product as soon as possible.
                        I have checked with my neighbours and security person, and have been told that they have not received the packet. I believe this is been misused on the time of delivery by the delivery person during the lockdown.
                        I am happy if i receive the money refund or a new packet. I have been a regular customer since years, and give my concern some priority during this odd times. Don't close the query without my confirmation.

                            I placed an order[protected]yrd3537d9c) on firstcry app on march 9th, 2020. I was supposed to receive one set of products on 13th march 2020 and others on 18th march 2020. I didn't receive any of the products and neither an update for the same till 20th march 2020.
                            When i called to inquire about the products i ordered, which i was supposed to receive on the 13th, the reason given to me was the pincode i provided them with was incorrect. I have been living here for 7 years and this is the first time i receiving such feedback. I was told that i would be receiving the products within 48 hrs.

                            I called the customer care executive on 20th march to enquire but got a different answer, that they have cancelled the order as it was defective, all 5 different items which i ordered was defective.

                            I asked for a resolution, which they were not very helpful with. They wanted me to reorder. Kindly provide a believable reason for cancelling my order. I am thoroughly disappointed by the quality of the customer care as well as firstcry services in general. The order was shipped. How can they cancel my order without even letting me know? Kindly provide me with a resolution.

                                I was facing the problem of not received the product on delivery time.. I was promised next day delivery after placing the order it was change.. How long a customer should wait for his baby necessary product..

                                Last update was 13 march m sending mail to u on 17 march see what is the real situation of sales after service.. It's very bad for brand name of mahindra group... When i booked the order it was showing next day delivery today after 4 days there is no status of my product.. It will demolish the brand name...

                                Last i can say it was very bad experience.. So how i feel cheated.. Promise time next day but still not get the product even still there is no update of my tracking product...

                                    I purchased some products on firstcry.com and made payment through paytm, they have mentioned that for payment made through any of the wallet like paytmm mobikwik etc, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

                                    But they refund amount on firstcry cash account.

                                    They have given two number for customer care one number is continue be engage and on second number no one receive call.

                                    Very poor service they are giving, this was my last shopping i'll never purchase any thing from firstcry and never recommend to anyone for firstcry.

                                        I placed an order for poko pants diapers (Xl size -56) and cetaphil baby shampoo through their website.. And got product on time. But when i open the package.. Diaper which i got is duplicate and cheap replica product. And comes a bad odour... I feel so bad.. It the worst website i ever seen.. How can someone play with baby product? I lost my money
